Don't get me wrong the services that they provide here is exceptional. The level of customer service is lacking professionalism and competency. If it wasn't for the customer service experience I recently received, I wouldn't be leaving this 1/5 star review.

Great customer service, they booked my appointment even that I asked at the very last moment, the lady do all on her hands to get my service.
All was excellent, I will come back again and again.

I go to Shruti for brow threading for a while. She managed to bring the shape that I liked back. She is also a great cosmetologist and i loved the facial that she did.

I have been coming to this spa since the time it opened. I have taken all the services from them but my all time favourite is deep tissue massage with Samantha. She knows where to apply pressure and how much.

I trust her to the point that no name crosses my mind when it come to therapeutic massage.
