This spa is 10/10! All of the staff are incredibly friendly. The face massages are my favorite form of self care, Chancey always does an amazing job making me glowy and refreshed! Yin got rid of a knot in my shoulder that I've had for 20 years in just two sessions and was so informative of what she was doing to help me and abolish my pain! Everyone needs to check this place out

Very nice and relaxing place, My massage therapist was outstanding and know what he is doing, I went there for first time and will for sure visit more often now.

I never leave reviews but I am so happy I have found Touch of Wellness. The front end staff have always been friendly & professional. I have seen Chancey for my massages & they have been amazing! I have been trying to find a good therapist for years. I can honestly say she has given me the best massage I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this office.

Wonderful staff. As we entered Touch of Wellness my sister and I are greeted by friendly and professional front reception person, Katie. We were brought into our individual rooms. The rooms are clean and has good ambiance with nice spa music background. We both had hot stone massage. Serena who massaged my sister was awesome with her healing hands who also had great personality. Bryan was awesome who gave great massage and great communication. I am sure relaxed and enjoyed the treatment. We look forward to the next massage here on our next return. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to TOW for years and always have a great experience. The facilities are clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have such a wide range of services and great RMTs who are experienced and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I recommend getting a massage from Touch of Wellness! I love this place! Chancey was amazing, I felt immediately better after my massage. It is also a very welcoming environment and everyone is so kind. Chancey also told me about some stretches and pressure points I can do by myself at home to be preventative. 5/5 I will be back again! It was my first time going to this place today on recommendation by a coworker. The lady at the front desk is not very cooperative when dealing with insurances. Instead of directly billing to my insurance and waiting for payment to be received (which could take 1-2 weeks), she informed me that my insurance is reviewing the claim and they send her an acknowledgement only. Obviously they ll send an acknowledgment, you won’t receive full payment instantly. I had to pay in full using my credit card. I have been using this insurance since last 2 years and never ever had I had an issue with direct billing, be it a massage place physiotherapy or dental clinics. My plan covers 100% for these services. I guess TOW should have some patience with direct billing instead of causing inconvenience to clients. The massage/facial services are not bad and I was planning to book future appointments but now I won’t be booking again.

This place is awesome, had an awesome relaxing session with Mai, it was so relaxing, She is the best. I felt so good and really 60 minutes is not enough, next time I am going to book for 90 minutes. Did a charcoal facial with Millicent she is great and she did awesome job. Both of them are awesome and friendly. This is definitely the best place.

Very professional and prompt service. The massage room is warm and clean. The massage is very relaxing and an hour is to short, must book the 90 mins next time.

I highly recommend this massage therapy clinic! Millicent and Lizette are the ones who did my massage and it felt great. They are experienced and very friendly. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable which is the best! Thanking them for their positive attitudes that help their patients enjoy their massages!

I go to this place whenever I have to and they are super awesome. The receptionist is very nice and always listen to you book you according to your schedule. Ruby is very good therapist, I highly recommend her. During pandemic they follow precautions and still make your experience pleasant.

This is the place for a professional massage. Friendly staffs, best RMTs, and amazing service. I‘m really happy with my massage. I feel so much better after. If you’re looking for a good place for restoring your body. This is the place to come to.

I wanted to try Hydrofacial at Thouch of wellness. From what i understand, Hydrofacials are the one with actually Hydrofacial suction machin where there is proper extraction. The one I got was a regular massage which was great. They should make it more clear that Hydrofacial is just a massage. Price is not worth it for the type of services provided for that facial. If providing actual Hydrofacial is not covered under benefits then they should make it very clear when asked while booking an appointment. Massages are good but wouldn't recommend Facials.

Apparently Touch of Wellness refuses to hire people with disabilities. I applied for the RMT position they had posted on Indeed, and let them know in my original application that I had a speaking disability. I received a phone call later and the woman on the other end was extremely condescending about my stutter, and going on a long-winded spiel about how "healthcare requires clear communication. "

If she would have let me get a word in, I was going to let her know that while my stutter is worse over the phone, in person I have learned strategies to control it. As a result, I've been able to build a successful practice and many long term clients over the last three years despite my disability. But she had already decided that my stutter "didn't work for her" and "wasn't what she or the clinic was looking for. " I was hung up on after a patronizing "mkay? "

So I go to the clinic the next day to try to speak to the owner with the clear communication she demands, and to not give her the opportunity hang up on me because she doesn't like the way I talk. The receptionist took my information (even though they already had it from my initial application) and said they would phone me to resolve the issue. I never received any call.

So with that I would like to say thank you Touch of Wellness. Thank you for letting me know the sort of environment you cultivate at your clinic. And thank you for being candid to me (and now the world) about your discriminatory hiring practices.

I went here today for the first time and, I am so happy that I did. The experience was thoroughly relaxing, calming and refreshing. I was served by Ms. Maui and, she was just wonderful.

I would visit again for mt next session.
