When I first came here they didn’t have a very good receptionist working at the front desk and turned me off right away.

She is longer working there and now the young lady’s work at the front desk are very kind and professional.

They were extremely kind and helpful when I came to get treatment for a bad car accident that happen in the winter of 2021.

Jeff helped with my back problems and has a ton of experience and a very good business owner. He has good intentions and really appreciate him helping me during my stressful time I had post accident.

There is so much I have to say about Camelia; but if I had to sum it up she is the sweetest Romanian lady who always listens to what I want massaged and is absolutely incredible at deep tissue massage.

I had a few other massage therapists I went to before her; but after the kindness and expertise I will not go anywhere else.

I am currently recovering from a broken ankle so I have not been there in a little bit; but Camelia is worth every single massage benefit I get from work and am loyal to her giving me massages.

I have been to other Chiropractors but there is nobody is better than Jeff! I am thankful for the result of his care, knowledge and understanding to relieve my pain and increase my mobility. As well, the massage and pain management team have eased my suffering with their amazing knowledge and experience. Camelia Bunda is a magician. I'm a sub-elite runner/triathlete and have dealt with lower back injuries for years. I've been seeing Camelia once a month and haven't had an injury since! I've tried a lot of good chiropractors and massage therapists in Edmonton and Calgary, but Camelia is simply a head and shoulder above all.

I don’t know if it’s a compliment to have the softest hands in the business or the toughest. Whatever the answer is to that question is, Dr. Jeff has them.

I’ve been dealing with moderate, and at times severe, back pain for 12 years. After falling recently I realized I didn’t want to keep just throwing pain medication at my problem. A single visit relieved the worst of the pain, and after a week of treatments I have mobility I haven’t had in 12 years.

He took my skepticism of chiropractics, walked me through everything he was doing, and always made sure I was comfortable.

I don’t know why I need to be covered in baby oil to get an adjustment, but it works every time.

The staff at the front are always helpful, friendly, and work around my schedule. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Alysha Rawji weekly for several years for tendonitis and plantar fasciitis treatment. The improvement has been tremendous and she is pleasant, energetic, and efficient during her appointments. Her care is beyond treatment, but also incorporates lifestyle and ergonomic recommendations. The team at Tower Chiropractic is friendly and welcoming!

This clinic is amazing! The staff are all very kind. I see Dr. Mat and without fail he always finds a solution for my injuries! I also really appreciate the patient education on stretches to prevent further injuries from happening!

There is no way to adequately recommend Tower Chiropractic and Massage. Ten years of pain and limited mobility seem like a distant memory now. Jeff listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint and begin treatment for something I was convinced would required surgical intervention. I’m walking for fun again, and the joy that has become a mainstay in my life from getting active again, is all thanks to Jeff and his marvellous team. 6/5 stars, and I’ll be going here until Jeff retires.

Of note, I went in only after my partner sought treatment at Tower Chiropractic and Massage for an intense and long running bout of vertigo. Seeing the dramatic improvement in her symptoms, along with her feedback about the friendly and attentive team, I didn’t really have a choice but to shoot my shot. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Best Chiro clinic I’ve ever been too. Jeff has been so helpful addressing my ongoing back issues that it’s been life-changing. I wasn’t able to do many of the sports I enjoyed with my back problems. In working with Jeff, my back issues have gone away and now I am able to do to sports I love.

I first came to Tower Chiro in 2011 when I moved to Calgary and have been helped amazingly every visit. I found Dr. Jeffrey by looking up the best chiro in RateMD since I wanted someone I could trust with my neck. Having suffered numerous neck and back problems, a pinched nerve in the ribs and in the arm, as well as a complicated pregnancy, everything I came with got improved and fixed. I even trusted him with my toddler when there was a week of complaining her neck was sore, and he fixed it with a minor adjustment. Dr. Jeffrey supported me in so many ways, he has a thorough set of talents and sincerely looks for your good. As well, Camelia has a huge gift of helping to resolve underlying issues through massage therapy. Several clients also mentioned to me in the waiting room, with tears, that they weren't able to walk and he got them back to their normal lifestyle. I cannot recommend them enough!

This place is just amazing - a real gem. I went from being essentially immobile and in quite intense pain from a pinched nerve to fully pain free in just a few visits. Dr. Schacter is truly a lifesaver. You don't notice what a blessing it is to move around painlessly until you lose it. Dr. Schacter and his staff helped me regain my freedom and I can't thank them enough. As if that wasn't enough, they were able to get me in on short notice, accommodated my schedule, and the everyone I met was professional and friendly. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Five stars doesn't begin to describe it.

Dr. Aysha is amazing. It was my first appointment for my adjustment I thought I don't need it but I actually do. I highly recommend the staff that works in this clinic. They are very accommodating and friendly.

Great service. If you're uncomfortable with a service they will never push, they allow you to progress as you like with suggestions along the way that will speed up your recovery once you are comfortable with it. Would highly recommend.

I have had back issues for a while, saw someone while I was still living in Australia but realised I needed a chiropractor in Calgary once I had moved here. Thanks to a friend reference, I decided to simply drop into Tower Chiro & Massage to see if I could make a booking. To my surprise they were able to see me straight away, and within minutes of meeting Dr. Jeff Schacter, he was able to correctly diagnose my back issues and laid out a plan for us to correct this issue.
Since, I can visibly notice the difference, my back has lost almost all previous pain (which at times was disabling) and I now stand without hunching over.
Furthermore, the entire team at Tower Chiro & Massage are extremely friendly and warm people. From the second I walked in there, they all had a lovely familiarity with the way they treated me. I cannot recommend these guys enough and urge all who are considering chiropractic or massage treatment to visit this fantastic business.

The BEST chiropractor i have ever been to.no one can adjust my neck as Dr. Matt can. After 2 sessions my neck and knee pain was gone. He is an amazing man and is awesome to chat with. Highly recommended. As well as Carmilla. She is the sweetest most amazing massage therapist I've seen ever. She focuses on what really needs to be fixed and always finds the areas I never thought were sore or tight. Cant say enough about how amazing all the staff are as well.

I have been a patient at Tower Chiro for 7 years. I came to Tower after many months (and $$) of treatments that went no where at another clinic after a car accident simply because I was not heard.
After my first visit with Dr Jeff I knew I was in the right place for me and I would be well taken care of and respected. My neck issues were addressed quickly, starting on my first visit. I am a very active person and constantly dealing with aches and pains as I age and always find solutions at Tower Chiro & Massage.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Schacter for over 15 years. I do a lot of mileage with my running and involved in various sports. I appreciate that he uses infrared heat and it has resulted in better adjustments for me. He also helped me with some jaw discomfort. Always significant improvement after each visit.

Dr. Jeffrey Schacter- Best in City and I will give more than 5stars for the treatment. I have severe neck pain and it’s caused severe headache and eye redness. It’s completely set in 3 visits. Years of pain just set in 2 weeks. It’s just a magic

Anyone who knows back pain knows that it can be one of the worst pains of your life. This place is an absolute miracle! I could hardly even walk straight for almost a solid month it was pure agony to even try to do anything with my day to day life until I came here. Jeff worked with me solid for weeks until I was an actual functioning human again. I cannot express the gratitude I have for him and every person working there I have had the pleasure of coming across. Every one of them welcomes you with a smile and kind words every single time. They take the time to really work with you and make sure you are feeling your absolute best before leaving there, I could not recommend them more. I haven’t felt this great in years and I will be a regular as long as they are open!

I have been surprised and thrilled with the results of the chiro treatments by Matt McManus. I have had chronic hip pain and migraine headaches as well as general stiffness and soreness in my back and neck. I think I have had about 4 treatments so far and my hip pain is completely gone, and it is looking like the headaches may be gone too (it has been about 3 weeks since my last one)! The y-strap adjustment was why I came in, and it is amazing, but I think it is Matt's careful assessment and the other adjustments that have helped me the most.

Dr. Schacter is amazing! He is very friendly and knowledgeable, also was able to help fix a bad rib problem I had, and has been helping to make sure it is not a reoccurring issue. Highly recommend giving this fine establishment a visit if you are feeling like you need an adjustment!

Dr. Matt Macmanus is the best! He fixed my problem in my stomach. I’ve been suffering this problem for a year. Hiatal heria makes my life so hard.its only Dr. Mcmanus solve my problem. I really thank God that I found him.

Dr. Matt Mcmanus is the best chiropractor I have seen. He is very skilled. He does some adjustments that I never had done before. He adjusted my hips perfectly. I also had a hiatal hernia for many years and he was able to perform an adjustment by pulling my stomach bellow the diaphragm. Since that procedure I no longer have any acid reflex or any pain. He also performs the Y strap neck traction and that is very effective. I feel that my posture is better and all the tension and pain in my neck is gone. Not to mention that he is very funny and makes the adjustments easy.

Dr. Alysha Rawji - my hero. It took me 37 years to finally see a chiropractor and now I recommend them (her!) to everyone. I play sports 4-5 times a week and I can honestly saw that Alysha's treatments are the single biggest impact on my physical health. She's so good! When I walk in she just looks at me and tells me what's wrong - it's wild. If you haven't tried chiro, just bite the bullet and try it. If you're looking for a chiro, 100% recommend Dr. Rawji.

Dr. Rawji is amazing. I was a bit hesitant to come and see her when they re-opened, but they are keeping appointments spread out and sanitize everything in between. Dr. Rawji takes the time to talk to me explain the course of her treatment and her adjustments always make me feel so much better! I would highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Rawji.

I wanted to set up a “new patient appointment” for myself, emailed them to say I would like to come in mid-March. They got back to me to say they scheduled an appointment on the last week of February (which tells me they don’t clearly read emails). I emailed them back to state that in my previous email, I couldn’t come in till mid-March. No response back! This was a unpleasant first impression and will take my business somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff Schacter's for over 20 years. Each time I have a problem (typically migraines and back pain), his adjustments have me back to normal in no time!

He recently introduced me to Dr. Alysha Rawji in his clinic. I had been having sciatica issues and although chiropractic did give me good relief, I needed that little bit extra to get me back to pain free. Alysha's treatments were just that next step that was needed.

Out being in extreme pain. I heard that a massage would help reliefe pain, so I went on a mission to find a place that would give massage. I called tower massage and booked with Evelyn. When I went in she saw how stiff I was and how much mobility I didnt have and got Dr. Matt to give me an adjustment. I was automatically able to move my neck a lot more. Then Evelyn gave me a massage, I swear it was like magic, I started to feel so much better. Had another appointment Wednesday with Evelyn and Dr. Matt and they worked magic on my neck and now I al.ost have full range of movement.

Ohh did I mention this was my very first time going for both? I'm definitely going to be going more often, and am going to tell everyone my experience.
