If I could give zero stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!
I had taken my Dodge journey here and I was having issues with my battery. Something was draining it and killing it. I went there, I got 2 batteries replaced and had it chargeed once. The third time I took it in I asked them to do a diagnostic test and they refused to do one for me. I had suggested that the alternator could be failing and they told me it wouldn't be without even testing it! I feel like they wouldn't evrn listen to what I had to say when I was trying get my point across. It's really sad honestly that even today they won't even listen to a woman who probly knows alot about her car.why wouldn't I? Lol Ive had it for 5 years.haha

. I started having trouble again and I took it to a mom and pop shop instead and they found the issues withing 2 days of having it. It WAS THE ALTERNATOR and a few other things like a ground wire that had been disconnected and the hands free was staying on also draining the battery. Know how the shop found the issue? BY DOING DIAGNOSTIC TEST, 2 IN FACT! JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ALL GOOD! Thaks for nothing Dodge!

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY NADER THE SERVICE MANAGER IS GREAT SO CARING, RUSSEL SERVE ADVISER THEIR IS A LOT TO LEARN FROM HIM WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Had a perfect experience dealing here. Finally a shop/service dept.that treats customers like people and I can’t say enough good things for how I was treated. Bob from the service department is amazing to deal with. He made sure all my demands/issues were met with excellence. I highly recommend tower Chrysler and Bob with the service department. You will drive away with a smile on your face.

Bought a great truck from here and the sales rep was great. The other people i had to deal with was awfuI. I had a trade in which they ended up giving me less than agreed upon and this was after driving over 2 hours. Then had to wait for finance for almost an hour. And then I couldn't even take my new truck home with me. What a joke. I've bought new before at different places and they bent over backwards. Tower was not a good experience.

Recently purchased a brand new RAM 1500 from here. Overall, a positive experience. Brandon was an excellent salesman and helped me choose the right option. Very professional so I recommend him to everyone.
I think I got a fair deal as I had spoken to couple of other dealers before. Do your homework, push couple of dealers to the limit and always be prepared to walk away. And of course no matter how good of a bargainer you think you are, these folks are also making tonne of money out of you and it should be that way, so just try not to be the worst case (or best case for dealership). I like to think I wasn’t but who knows

I bought my used 2019 ram 1500 sport in September from Nick at tower Chrysler. I was waiting to write a review but now I’m confident I picked up a great truck. Really awesome guy, got me exactly what I was looking for. Not pushy or annoying like salesmen I’ve delt with in the past. I highly recommend buying a vehicle here. Aaron was great at going over different options available. He is also the least insistent or pushy sales guy I've ever dealt with, while still being really helpful.

Josh in finance is a very personable guy and was extremely patient in explaining all the different aspects of things. I had some questions after the fact and he still took the time to answer them thoroughly.

Took my vehicle in for service and left happy. The service and communication from the advisor (Nick) explained everything well and recommended repairs were done well and the prices were fair. The truck runs great and the detailing service was worth every penny. It runs and looks spectacular. No one likes a broken vehicle, but when it happens I definitely recommend tower Chrysler.

I called to inquire about a vehicle that I had been looking for for a few years. I was lucky enough to get David Gretz as my guy! I did a test drive and the whole thing was completed with an hour. David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also a “no pressure “ kinda guy. I had a great experience at Tower Chrysler.

Aftercare from sales, well lets just say I am still waiting for my refund check agreed in September 2020 for 3M the truck didn’t even need! Their trade in valuations are also rock bottom.

As for service, when I told them the issue at the time they did some work for me, they just said sorry no one here can help you. Stay away! There are plenty of other Chrysler dealers who value their customers, find another one.

I love Dodge's, in fact my last 4 trucks have been dodges. What I don't like is the confusion of phone's automated system

Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service call back and follow up by this dealership. Not to mention their voice automated service makes it impossible to speak with someone directly. Not to mention the tardiness of not delivering what they said they would. Tires were supposed to be there last Friday. At 11 am and nothing when I arrived for pick up. All the way from across Town. I’ve used them twice to switch out my tires and the last time my steering wheel was shaking after 80 kms when tires were supposed to be mounted, aligned and balanced. A $267 cost. Clearly they weren’t. Took the car back one more time shortly after that to get corrected. It still wasn’t. I’m done. Not happy with the customer service or concern for customer in general.
Once I get my tires this week I will never use them ever again.
Very disappointed.

BEWARE They Charge an Environmental Fee which they "Charge to Everyone" without telling you about it. They only told us about it after we complained. It was $40 for us but they said it's a percentage of your order. All we had got done was the Tires Changed, an alignment and a chip Fixed. (Also a Recall but there was no charge for that.) We have now called them 3 times to get it refunded with no reply! In the end we did hear from them and they did refund it! So just make sure you really look at the charges on your invoice.

I gotta say this was one of the best buying experience I have had. Justin walked me through the whole trading in and buying process, it was more like bs ing with an old friend than purchasing a truck. From inquiring to driving out was only a few hours total so I got to drive around in my new truck for the weekend. A great exciting day for sure.

A massive shoutout to the team at tower! I have bought multiple vehicles in the past from this dealership but never have had the exceptional service like I did this time around. Very Bad Poor Oil change service on Jeep Srt 2020 performed by this dealership oil filter was not properly installed which cause a oil leak in my garage and i need to get it fixed to other jeep dealership and need to get it shampoo which cost $ 85 so that i can clean all oil messed up by inexperience Mechanic poor service never visit again

Chris was fantastic, car we ready for a test drive when I arrived, and ready to go through all paperwork and information when I returned. First time buying a car from a dealership, and it was pleasant and very helpful.

My husband and I went to this dealership to have a look around and we ended up finding a Jeep compass that we absolutely fell in love with, a salesman by the name of David Gretz came out immediately on our arrival, this gentleman went over and Beyond anything that we've ever experienced at a car lot. He was very friendly, persable and did everything to help us took us for test drives on a couple different vehicles but as it turned out we still were in love with the Jeep compass. Thank you Dave and the entire team at tower Chrysler Dodge our experience with this company was excellent!

Aaron was great to deal with. Aaron was straight forward, was not pushy what so ever. Aaron understood that we needed to think on my next purchase. I would definitely look for Aaron when making a purchase for your next vehicle.

Worst experience ever. We purchased a new Ram 1500 from Tower and Chris Isaak. When leaving with the vehicle Chris mistakenly broke one of the trim clips in the back. He agreed that he would have a new one ordered and installed as soon as it came in.
After a month, Chris confirmed the part was in and we brought the vehicle in for repair. After the work was complete and we had a service record stating “Chris Isaak replaced the broken clip”. A day later I checked the clip and it fell right off. Upon a closer look, this clip was not replaced but glued, GLUED, which is not what the service record says (the service record says “Chris Isaak replaced the broken clip”). I contacted the Sales Manager, Jerry, who advised that “the part is on order and they glued it until it comes in”. This is an outright lie, unless they lied on the service record. The service record clearly states it was replaced, but now they are saying it was glued and will be ordered? Jerry committed taking this over and ordering the new clip, that was over two months ago and still no replacement.

And if this wasn’t enough, we had also purchased Xpel Paint Protection Film (PPF), which was not installed in a professional manor with “laser cut” pieces as was advertised to us. The workmanship was beyond poor, with up to 1” gaps around the edges, jagged and cuts where they tried to make it fit. Again, I brought this to Chris and Jerry’s attention and was told by Jerry “where do we draw the line, what is it going to be next” in a very confrontational manor. In the end I took my vehicle to a third-party installer who, has never seen an install this bad, and had the Xpel removed and replaced. My simple answer to Jerry’s question is, this is completely in Tower Chryslers hands. If the way you and your staff dealt with customers and the workmanship was professional, there wouldn’t be any need for that comment.

There are a handful of other items that I could mention here, but the fact of the matter is, Tower Chrysler does not care about their customers, only their bottom line. They will promise you the world when you are looking to make a purchase and as soon as you sign the papers you are yesterdays news.

Chris Isaak has an aggressive sales approach. There was a sales event, we made clear that we were not in a rush to buy and that we wanted to look at some models from different brands before deciding. He wanted our sin numbers for a preaproval, we said we didn’t want to give that info until we were ready to purchase, then he changed his attitude and said they only attended by appointment and we could see the cars online. He opened only one car, we asked the price for that car and his reply was that he didn’t know the price for when we will be ready to buy. Totally uninterested and rude. The worst experience we have ever had. It was like if he had a tantrum because we wouldn’t buy that specific day.

We had a great experience. From the time we arrived until we made our selection. They have a great team of people that were able to answer all of our questions and a terrific selection of vehicles!
