Do not go there for alterations! I brought 2 pairs of new jeans in for hemming on Jan 4. They were pinned to the correct length and promised to be done on Jan 11th. When I went to pick up, they were not able to find them. Even the seamstress didn’t know where they were. I must say the lady at the front desk was lovely, very apologetic for not being able to give me any answers. The lady finally called me 2 days later to tell me she had my pants. They also cost $18.95 each to hem a pair of pinned pants and deliver them late. Terrible, expensive service. Don’t go there for alterations!

Everything is good with service from cleaning well with our clothes and the lady that providing friendly service in the front counter. Happy customer!

My lovely designer coat is ruined. Another dry cleaner initially didn’t do a good job
These have ruined it completely and removed the label off the coat.
It has been pressed over the buttons so now it has button marks on pockets and front of coat
I can’t tell you how upset I am about this

I had a rush order this past summer (5 days). The lady working when I dropped off my suit was condescending, mocked me for not bringing my suit in earlier, and made for a poor first experience. Will not be returning to this locations

This was my first time getting anything dry cleaned and it was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and my clothes and hat came back looking great! Will definitely be coming here again.

Just took my clothing to be dry cleaned. The lady at the desk (Lil) was very pleasant and friendly. Clothes arrived on time and the pricing was reasonable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Absolute despicable customer service. As soon as I walked in, some witch behind the counter rolled her eyes at me for daring to interrupt whatever she was doing. No greeting or anything, she just glares and says (without even knowing what it was) “That won’t be ready til Wednesday. ” I said that’s okay and I proceeded to open the bag and she snapped “don’t open it! ” And I said I had to show her some alterations…. Then she rolled her eyes again and sighed loudly. Needless to say, I promptly walked right out the door and will never, ever return.

Very unprofessional. Very bad service. They lose your items and don’t contact you back. These guys lose a very expensive hoodie string and when I reach out to them, they don’t even BOTHER to try to find it. Or call me back to give me an update. Or anything. If this wasn’t an expensive hoodie, I wouldn’t cared it was lost but the fact that no one hasn’t reach out after I go in multiple times inquiry about it - bad service. Never coming back.

I made the mistake not to ask how much they will charge for my laundry… Mi favourite place for dry cleaning is in Downtown, but I was to impatient and I decided no to go because it was double the distance and didn’t want to spend to much gas… I ended paying 10 times the amount using this $€¥#%&@ place. BIG MISTAKE!
This was an expensive lesson!

I dropped off 2 pairs of suit pants and a semi-formal wedding dress and they were all returned within a few days absolutely clean and beautiful! The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this dry cleaners and will use again.

That elderly lady looks very unprofessional with her words. You declared my duvet homeless and stayed at your laundry site for more than 3 weeks and she had the effrontery to raise her voice at me.

I don’t mean harm but I just need you to know I am not compelled to do business with you.

There are lots of services out there that would value my penny.

These guys are really good, my suit never looked better. Also was done in a day. Which is more than I can say for any other dry cleaner I have used. However, don't leave it there for more than a day after it's done or it will smell like cigarettes and cheap air freshener like mine does now.

Came after hours to let me grab clothes I needed for a special event. Haven’t had any issues with my clothes
