I must say that this is easily the very best dry cleaning facility in Calgary. The staff are very friendly, the service is quick and you can’t beat the prices. That’s just the basic stuff. I’ve been meaning to post a review for a while now. Not so long ago they really went above and beyond for my family. My dad recently passed away and we were bringing his burial suit to the funeral home. We noticed some stains and went to many other cleaners to get the suit pressed. My brother called me in despair and I told him to go here. He went and they cleaned and pressed the suit in less than an hour and didn’t charge him. I will never take my things anywhere else.

Love Tower Cleaners. They are always friendly at the front and are exceptionally fast when it comes to getting my dry cleaning completed. I love the email for when it is ready for pickup. With a turn around of Max 2 days, with the insane amount of dry cleaning they do, it is very well organized, well run and efficient. Thank you!

I had been using another cleaner which could never seem to get my instructions correctly. Tower cleaners did a wonderful job of all our restoration cleaning after a flood in our home in 2008 but weren't as conveniently located. Decided to take our bed linens after our Christmas company left and they did a superb job at much less cost! I will continue to use Tower Cleaning going forward. Thanks for your service!

Suits smell as if they weren't cleaned and were pressed poorly having to try and remove hard creases around the buttons on 2 suits and press out creases on the collar of one of them. Also the liners of the trousers are horribly creased all over showing through and one pair has 2 creases on the right leg. WOW, I expect more from professionals.

Very professional, attentive and on-time. They are also pro-active with their notifications system. Much appreciated, will make the trip every time.

I have used Towers for years and they are always terrific. Items are clean, pressed well and even minor repairs are completed without even requesting. Once I thought they had lost a shirt and they did their utmost to find it…. Turned out to be my mistake but they were more than willing to make things right. The staff are always super friendly too! Can’t say enough good things about them!

We live in Canmore and have not had a good experience with the local dry cleaner in town and since we make regular trips to Calgary for my wife's cancer treatments it was great to discover a reliable and friendly dry cleaning service there.

I always go to the Main Plant location on 53 ave. The staff is so helpful and the facilities are top notch. I had as unexpected business trip and needed my shirts the next day. They were able to have my dry cleaning ready for me so I could pick them up on the way to the airport. Tower Cleaners are wonderful!

They were very professional, they got all the dried Sulphur and dirt out. And fixed a hole I had. I’m extremely grateful for that. What I was a little upset about was…. I asked for it to be done Friday and they confirmed it and it was on my ticket. It was out on the storage rack on Friday and I was never called. I needed them Friday but had to call them on Tuesday and see if it was ready or not. I will use them again cause their professionalism out ranks the small mistake.

I took in some dress shirts after Christmas that were to be ready on Jan 4. Normally I get an email when the order is ready, but nothing showed up so I stopped in on Jan 7 and was told that the order wasn't ready yet. After another week, I stopped in again and was told that one of my shirts wasn't ready but the rest were. I decided to wait as they said another week. Another week went by with no contact so I went again and was finally told that my shirt was missing and they needed another week to track it down. I was told that they had 30 days from the date the order was to be picked up (Jan 4th) and if they couldn't locate it they would contact me with an offer of compensation. Well, Feb 4th has come and gone two weeks ago and still nothing. I have been ignored, misled, and lied to, presumably in the hopes that I would forget about the lost dress shirt and the problem would just go away. So, I'm on here letting you know what happened.

I get that things go wrong sometimes. When they do, take responsibility, be honest with your customer, and make it right. That customer is owed a duty of care that should be HIGHER than normal because you lost his personal property. Their response of avoiding the issue and failing to make it right tells me they have no integrity, and that's not a business that I will trust with my personal property ever again. You have been warned.

Always an amazing experience, I get all my goose down jackets cleaned through here and they come back smelling and looking absolutely brand new

Been going here for over ten years, they are awesome…personally I drop off at the main plant near Blackfoot snd 58th because there’s a discount and it’s on the way to my gym…highly recommend…even one time an expensive shirt was damaged and they covered the cost to replace it

I am able to drop off my red tagged Tower Cleaning bag easily at the main plant. I'm in and out in a minute. I receive an email when it's ready and it was ready in less than 24 hours.

The staff at the main branch were quick, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I got my wool jacket dry clean and it looked good as new. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My partner and I had a pipe break and flood our apartment, and the insurance company got CRDN to come in a clean all the textiles that were damaged from the flood.we had nothing but issues from them, they ruined several articles of clothing and such by cleaning them incorrectly, as well as telling us that our textiles were going to cost $11,000 to clean. They contacted us with the quote amount and told us that if we wanted to stop the process and re-evaluate what was going to be cleaned that we could. We responded an hour later that we would like to stop the process and go through our belongings to help lower the costs, (as we were trying to keep our policy limits in mind,) and even scheduled a time where we could come in.we received an email the next day saying that they had already cleaned everything, too bad, so sad. Because of this, we had very little money to be able to replace everything we had lost, and had to fight with CRDN and our insurance company to re-examine the bill, which they found was largely discrepant. We are incredibly upset with the service, treatment of items and everything to do with the entire experience. They ignored our attempts to get in touch with them, including emails and voicemails. I will never recommend this company to anyone and i would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Just had to pull in to this Tower Cleaners location this morning for a quick Shirt Press as I was in a hurry to get to work. Asked if they can do a shirt real quick and they didn’t even hesitate. It even only took 15 minutes. Super fast, super prompt. I highly recommend these guys at this location hands down.

I have used Tower for years and they have always done a great job. However, this weekend they really went above and beyond. I had dropped off some garments for a specific event on Saturday night. I forgot to pick it up and then realized the store is closed on weekends. I sent an email after hours and very promptly received a response from Tom Goldthorp, Customer Care & Retail Manager. He let me know he would do what he could and on Saturday morning he arranged for my garments to be moved to an open store. Awesome service.

Great service and actually dry cleaning at this location (vs others that send them to the main plant) only complaint is I was not called or emailed as they said when my order was ready (albet rushed and last minute on my part)

Very good. Lots of parking easy to get to. Girl working up front young girl can't remember her name great customer service skills. They have 20 percent off right now. Bill was less than I expected. Had some alterations done they told me I could confirm it was right in the bathroom. Just created a new happy customer in me.
