Tower Hill

We lived in this apartment for a year and a half, and it was really great for our family. The propertymanager, Mackenzie, was super nice and the best manager we've ever had. The building was always clean and very quiet, with great sound insulation which was awesome. If you needed something, Mackenzie and the maintenance team were quick to help and very friendly. I totally suggest this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.

I’ve lived in Tower Hill for a year now, and it has been a great experience. Mackenzie has been a fantastic landlord and all of the staff have been friendly and professional. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Never any issues with pests.

The only issue that I have is with the guest parking spots; the snow removal team fills them during the winter with the excess parking lot snow and renders them unusable for the winter months. It makes inviting guests over very difficult.

The building manager Mckenzie is very pleasant and easy to talk to, she is professional and listened. I would rent Tower Hill Apartment again.

I want to start from the beginning, when I was looking for an apartment, there were a lot of options, but when I started looking at them, they were just awful and the prices were not worth it unambiguously. Later, I posted an ad on Facebook saying that I was urgently looking for an apartment and that's how I found Julia, she told me that there were a couple of options, I chose the one that was more affordable, she made an appointment and that's how I met the amazing manager Mackenzie. She showed me the apartment, unfortunately it wasn't right for me. We started looking for different options, I was not immediately rejected and took the time and not a little time to consider all options. We found one great option, the conditions are super, the price is ideal, but with free housing, I had to leave on April 18, and the apartment that I liked was available from April 27. I thought for a long time and in the end came to the conclusion that I wanted only this apartment, I made a deposit and waited quietly. I always had an answer and this is exactly the person I needed these days because I am from Ukraine and I understand that when you are in a foreign country and no one can help you, only people who live here can. The apartment itself is clean and that is important, especially when I have a small child. I plan to live in an apartment from this company in the future as well. I am very happy with it and would absolutely recommend Boardwalk to everyone.
