Town & Country Auto Parts (Auto Parts Plus)

Purchased an Wilson alternator 8 months ago for my Explorer. Town&Country covered 100% of the cost for a replacement. Thanks Guys!
New alternator has another full one year warranty.

Really great store with friendly, helpful employees. The prices on most things are fairly reasonable. I generally go here if I can’t find something at another store. If you don’t see what you need, ask one of the guys at the desk, they keep lots of stuff in the back that’s not on display. If they don’t have it in stock, they’ll usually order it. I somewhat recently purchased a file from there which works pretty well. After moving to Cochrane, I was disappointed about the lack of stores like this. I didn’t even know about this place until well over a year after I moved. I don’t need to go to Calgary as often now to buy parts.

Not happy.was just in town and country, and the guy at the far counter raised his voice at me and got very rude with me. Not happy!

DO NOT GO. GUY ON THE END IS RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE! IF I COULD OF GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD! IM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE BBB.

I agree with the last post. Jamie is rude and just snapped at me as well. Bad very impolite service.

I had a great experience. First time in and I will be back. Dealt with Scott he was very helpful and polite.thank you. Also in response to the other negative reviews people shouldn't judge someone for having a bad day.

Went into to the store Last Thursday with brake rotors to be turned. I was told to go see Jamie at the far end of the building. I approached him with no greeting other than a rude and abrupt I'm busy. I then asked him if I should come back, with no response. So I left and came back only to find I needed new rotors. Cutting to the point I did not buy the rotors at Town and country due to the fact Jamie was extremely rude.

Went into the store to pick up parts. I dealt with Jamie. He was rude and argumentative. Will never deal with him again.

Great Auto Parts store, they helped me on the spur of the moment with a great price where NAPA could not!

Won't be back after my last visit purchasing a bad battery at Town and Country. They sold me a bad battery and I tried to take it back, but staff came out and tested it, said it was good and I had a bad ground wire in my truck. Auto Shop tested battery ($100 out of pocket for me) and said it was bad, so I dropped it off at T&C, they send it in and the battery company confirms bad battery. Now T&C won't pay for the auto shop charges so I'm out $100, because of a bad battery they sold! Stand behind your products, or you won't be in business much longer.
