A few days ago, I had ordered a 2023 RAV4 XSE from this dealer,
The product Advisor Galen Koo had doing a good job at my request for explaining to me for all the prices and extras options, he had got me a better price for the rust proofing and the 3M protection, and now is the waiting time and I hope my car will come sooner.

Went into the store to get some information regarding a new Toyota 4Runner. We did not make a purchase yet but Galen was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Bad, weird vibes. Only the service advisor and service cashier seemed to have an ounce of kindness, otherwise staff were curt and short. Had an intermittent issue with our vehicle and were charged for a diagnosis of nothing. Would not recommend. Will not return. Take your money elsewhere. Typical dealer experience.

I recently sold my car and tried to find a replacement in Toyota. I was helped and well served by Edwin every time I visited. He answered my questions patiently and managed to find me a car during this period of shortage. Excellent experience of purchase of all time.

This business does not care about their customers or care how they made them feel and will make you feel bad and use it against you the "favours" they did for you. They overcharge all their thirdparty warranties. Recently bought a vehicle and I so regret doing business here. Go to any other Toyota dealer.

I went to dealer because I was offered 0% rate of interest on the vehicle when I reached the whole story changed by very Unprofessional so called manager (Dario Luah) and made fun of the Muslim religion saying that they want 0% interest on the vehical. George was a huge help in finding my vehicle. He was able to source the model I wanted and make it work within my price range. If you want a truly personalized customer experience I recommend George.

I brought my 2020 RAV4 LE in to the service department because the AC was not working. There was no change in temperature between cold and cold with AC on. Plus there was a hissing sound when AC was on indicating issues with pressurizing system.

After the service tech at Toyota NorthWest inspected my car I was told that no leaks were found and that the system just needed a recharge for 250 dollars. The representative I talked to said that sometimes AC systems can come from the manufacture not fully charged. Which would makes sense since a vehicle only a year and a half old should not need an AC recharge. However, after I talked with the service manager she indicated that she has seen that happen before and that Toyota would not cover the cost of the recharge unless a leak was found. She said that she could have probably done something for me but because I didn’t have service history with them and because I had not shown “loyalty” that there was nothing that could be done. Apparently purchasing a 27,000 dollar vehicular from Toyota isn’t enough to show brand loyalty…

It’s pretty sad when you purchase a brand new vehicle and you are required to recharge the AC system for 250 dollars after only a year and a half. Pretty sure that’s not how closed AC systems should function. I had a 1994 Toyota Camry that didn’t require one recharge after 10 years of driving. I am very unhappy with the service provided by Toyota Northwest Edmonton. Toyota should have covered the recharge cost in this situation. I will not be returning to this dealership anytime soon.

I met with David and he was incredibly attentive and helpful in finding the perfect match for me. He worked well to advocate for a great deal in a trade in for my previous vehicle and the process was very smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend Toyota for your next vehicle needs!

I recently purchased a 2015 4Runner SR5 at this dealership. My initial contact in Sales was with Jonathan through AutoTrader. Test drive day I had Evan assist me with the walk around and eventual drive.
I found both young men to be helpful and informative with a relaxed attitude. At no time did I feel that I was being rushed into a decision.
The 4Runner quality spoke for itself, there were no nasty surprises like I found at other dealerships when I went for a drive in what they were selling.
The price point and inspection along with the Carfax sold me on the unit I picked up 1 week later.

My experience with Sadie was great. She was easy going, listened to what my wife and I needed in a vehicle, and worked to get the pricing we wanted.

I had a family event to get to in Ontario and needed my most awesome est of trucks serviced before I left. Sadly it was short notice and I had jammed up my knee and wasn’t comfortable / should drive. The great folks at this location understood and commiserated with my predicament and actually came to my home and picked up my most awesome est of trucks within an hour of my call. Yes it’s a Toyota (my second one). I requested that an extra $100 be put on my bill for the people involved for gift cards as a gesture of my thankfulness but was told that this was not necessary and was simply just the customer service you should expect at Toyota Northwest. I insisted and the same message was conveyed in a most graceful and gracious manner that I felt like I was stealing something. But after reflection it occurred to me. Great service is great service. Hands down the team at Northwest service department made me realize what great service actually is.

Experience here was great. Edwin Z.helped us pick out our vehicle. Most of it was done online and once we came in he did a diligent job of showing us the features of our new 2021 Toyota Rav4. Hes very quick with his response times and is able to be flexible around our schedule. Prompt and efficient.

Sadie and Barbara were really helpful in my search for a used vehicle. I went to a bunch of dealerships and of all the salespeople I dealt with, I felt the highest level of trust and connection with this team. They had a lot of patience with all my questions and I felt really understood by them. This matters to me a lot! I bought a used vehicle here a couple weeks ago and my experience was quite good. I had been to a different dealership before this one and the different experience between the two was night and day.

Vivek sold us our vehicle and he was easy to work with and even laughed at my dumb jokes. He saved me a lot of hassle and delivered the vehicle to my house, which was appreciated. He took the time to go over the features of the vehicle and was responsive to questions after the sale concluded.

My Rav4 driver's seat had an issue, the service team together with their professional and experienced mechanics did a great job in fixing it. Special thanx to Liri and Haneen who have been shown great support. Keep up the good work guys. You are the best.

I think Toyota Northwest is the best Toyota dealership in Edmonton. I bought my new Rav 4 from them in July 2021, they were able to beat all other dealership offers and were much easier to deal with compared to other Toyota dealerships. Jonathan made my shopping experience very quick and easy, and also very straightforward. There were no hidden or unexpected fees, or any upselling of any products/insurance. They talked about options but what I really liked is that nobody was pushing me to buy anything. Excellent service!

I am very dissatisfied with their service. Went in for a software update last March 3,2021. They ruined the whole head unit. They said they're going to replace it. It's been 4 months and they haven't fixed it. Been calling many many times and only given promises. It seems like the advisor handling my case has been dodging my concerns and ignoring my calls.

She was quick and efficient in her efforts and was very insightful on my scheduled services, and even helped me book an appointment for June. She possessed the knowledge you would expect a service advisor to have unlike other dealers. I will gladly be bringing my Supra to them for any and all scheduled maintenance.

I was told to give a good review by service department because they are getting me a new hub after I had found a damaged one from a previous service. I was told that they don’t think that they damaged the hub In question because it happened in “a while back” and “they want to make me happy so we will order the hub for you” great thanks for that.

Not impressed in the least of this good reviews tactic if you want me to be happy just say “we are going to replace the part” I have not removed the hubs on my vehicle ever! It’s a 2018 Tacoma the hub covers are 70+ dollars I know because Costco had broken one a month prior while getting wheels switched out from winter to summer Costco screwed up I then had my wheels balanced at northwest Toyota and found yet another broken hub cover.

I then inquired into my oil change service had no idea that I was booked in for at 1pm I was then told that it was an 1hr30min wait because of two people ahead of me. Curious to how your appointments work? Obviously if you book in at a specific time it isn’t set in stone, Be aware of this if you have other things to do with your vehicle.

Such a great experience from start to finish. I had the privilege of being helped by Damian. He truly went above and beyond and made it the best vehicle purchase I have had thus far. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and overall knowledge. Unbelievable customer service all around! 10/10 would recommend.

Today i paid for road ready package 279 - and no "maintenance services" was done which should include replacement of rear differential fluid, transfer case fluid, battery services, cooling fluid exchange.although i paid for the package that was suppose to include maintenance service, oil change, brake service and alignment check.this is totally a misguiding promotion.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. The overall time for a simple tire swap was ridiculous. I don't need to be sat down and consulted on my vehicle when all I needed was my winter wheels changed off. Being pushed into buying new wheels with basically brand new wheels is also very annoying. Just do the work and give me my vehicle back, I don't need your life story.

It's a sad day for me to have to down rate Toyota, my favourite car company in the world. But it's necessary when there's dealerships like this one.

Toyota Northwest is a disgusting location, the staff are beyond ignorant and the service techs are uneducated troglodytes. As a person who knows how dealerships work, I was baffled when they attempted to add service fees using terms that don't exist just to trick the unknowing into paying obscene amounts of money for things that don't exist.

Please, don't ever take a vehicle to this abortion clinic of a dealership.

I had sent in an online inquiry and was dealing with Damien who was great to work with and was very responsive to my inquiry into the 2020 Supra. I was very interested in this color combination and have been waiting for the Supra to come out for a long time and was very pleased to see it available at this dealership. The biggest concern was the price as the Supra was the most expensive I have seen anywhere and I understand they are rare and highly sought after so I made an offer of 78,000 Plus GST which is about 18,000 over what the MSRP is. I did not receive a counter offer and I guess my business was not valuable enough for this dealership as I was turned down. This dealership has a very weird way of conducting business and I think whoever is responsible for pricing for the Supra needs to get a reality check.
