Had my new-to-me vehicle for 7 days and I was told I had 'bad fuel'. I took it up with Petro Canada and Suncor, to which they confirmed to the highest degree, no bad fuel was reported in the station I purchased it from.

NW Toyota could not confirm that the estimated repair order could fix the problem with my vehicle. They offered some financial relief but were unclear about what the final estimate might be during the discussions.

I decided to have it towed to another mechanic.

Very, very frustrated, I trusted the service here and will not ever again be a customer.

My week, time, and money have been completely wasted here. The Toyota brand deserves far better.

DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE BAD FUEL.

Hi everyone if you buy a car from this dealer be careful they want you to sign everything's so fast with out telling there's any problems on the vehicle and demanding deposit ofther if you find problems you can't get your money back be aware of fraud thanks

I had a strut issue, they diagnosed it wrong twice once as a drive shaft, which cost me 1500, and the second misdiagnosis was for a wheel bearing and " worn out spindle " price was 1500 mpre dollars, spindle was a little rusty not worn out just like I thought since it's a solid piece of metal they just had no intention of fighting any rust and would rather cost me 800 instead. There was absolutely zero wrong with my spindle, and I replaced my own hub (wheel bearing) which was also perfectly fine for only 190$

Excellent customer service, the sales personal JP was exceptional, very knowledgeable, patient and personable. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. If your looking for a new car don't hesitate to ask for JP.

The salesman (Kyle) was very nice and helpful. He helped us to get the new Toyota Rav 4,2022 model. He also told us that, if we need any help, he's always there. We do recommend Kyle to anyone who needs help in buying their vehicle.

Misquoted for service, and detailing was not at an acceptable standard.

Service was going to refund the $150 for detailing and provide a free detailing for resolution, but appointment time wasn't met on the service side so we opted for just the refund.

It's not acceptable to screw up, and then screw up the resolution.

Will service vehicle and detail at another location moving forward.

Bad experience with this service department. To start it is hard to even get anyone on the phone, I always get voicemail. Last time I was there I told them I need to have my vehicle by 3PM. I showed up for my appointment early, but they made me late because I didn't get my vehicle back until 4PM and the work doesn't seem to have even been started on it! No courtesy shuttle was offered, no courtesy rental was offered. I would not recommend going to this location. I bought my Sienna here but I'm going to get it serviced somewhere else.

Sales was okay (what to expect). But coordination/parts/service is something need to be improve.

I got my car to realized that my tire was way toooooo inflated (46-48psi) lucky enough we did not pushed our long drive… i know iknow, i should’ve checked that one before leaving (but, i expected that this is something to be taken care by the dealership). Secondly, i was given by different Winter Tire size, stock was R18, i was given by R20 (lol). I was overly charge in terms of winter tire cost (r18 was 1200ish while i was charge by 1700ish). I realized this one when checking their own website.i know i know, i should’ve be more into details on what i am getting, but the invoice only indicated Winter Tire (bundles with others). And Lastly, i was scheduled (confirmed) to collect the correct winter tires and some installation, to my surprise - parts and service is closed! Without even advise? Lol.i made time (8am, even cancelled all my appointment (including work schedule) and my wife birthday vacation) … waited for almost 2 hours just to sort out what’s next.what a waste of time and energy.

Ps, my sales agent been cooperative.but… dealership expection was never met.

Bought a new car from Marko, a courteous, efficient, and friendly person. The purchasing process was completed in a timely manner. Marko set up the electronic aspects for me and explained everything in a clear manner.
It was a pleasant experience, overall!

They gave us a great deal on the rav 4. All of the staff were super helpful, Chuck, Dario, and Roman.
Other dealerships didn’t even want to give us quotes. We would recommend this dealership and Chuck as your next product advisor.

I was so impressed with how helpful the service department team was to me that is why I promised to write a review. This team goes above and beyond and you can see the synchronicity between them. The service manager was quickly available she answered all my questions and was just a delight to speak to.

I was worried about my car in this weather but the Service Manager squeezed me in and made sure I was taken care of and my vehicle was safe for these roads. 10 stars!

I went to Toyota to do a trade in and was helped out by Evan Coch. Younger gentleman who was very helpful and patient. Wasn’t pushy with anything and did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal to make sure I was happy before all else. He knows his stuff. Coreena Wong helped me out on the finance side of things and she also was very patient and helpful.she walked me through every thing and was very transparent with me with for what I was spending my money on. Great experience and would definitely recommend someone to go there for a new or used vehicle buying experience.

The dealership serviced my vehicle under a paid for warranty service.
They returned the vehicle to me with leaves in the air fan after changing the filter, tires are incorrect set pressure, failure to address concerns regarding a safety recall.

I will be moving my business to another location, and I recommend that you seriously consider another Toyota dealership for the purchase and future service of your vehicle.

Jordana at the service department was absolutely fantastic. It’s tough to make an experience such as major car repairs enjoyable, but she was able to do just that. She was kind and friendly, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. I couldn’t say how appreciative I am that she was able to take care of me in this difficult situation.

Please don't go there. They are scammers, thiefs, whatever bad name you can give to them. Had very bad experience with them. Normally i don't write reviews but just came to help and make aware everyone. If i get the chance, i can give them negative stars.

Please don't trust them what they are saying. They hide everything in used cars and sell defective cars, they take commission and increase price for new cars,
They are unprofessional and they make Toyota 's name very bad.

Unprofessional and unwelcoming sales Manager (Dominic) who was absolutely rude and didnt reflect the value of the dealership.we really felt embarrassed and ashamed to negotiate a reasonable price ($5 dollars difference in price). Also, I believe there is misselling /misleading about the car color. The other sales representative was friendly, but unfortunately not a decision maker.
