I went to get a tricycle but you only had 200 and 300 dollar ones I'm sorry but not everyone is rich

Cheri in the baby department was incredibly friendly and helpful. Able to give us all the specs and details we needed when picking out a new car seat and had no hesitations offering to take the display models out to our car to try the fit. Took care to advise us of upcoming sales and to check if the seat we were interested in would be included. I adore their helpful staff. When I am shopping for toys, I really appreciate helpful staff because I oftentimes need their recommendations. I was even surprised because I was even informed of the details and model info of the toys I'm planning to buy. On the other hand, their toys were amazing and doesn't look cheap. Each were quality guaranteed.

Honestly some of the best staff at a Toys R Us, clean well lit store, beautiful! Absolutely perfect for children of ALL ages!

When I came into this store with my boyfriend, I was shamed by one of the employees. We were just minding our own business when a middle-aged blond woman suddenly came up to me and said a customer complained because I was wearing shorts. She said to me in the most malicious way possible "Your buttcheeks are hanging out. Anywhere else that would be okay, but this is a toy store. " She was extremely passive aggressive and basically implied that I need to leave. I normally keep to myself, but the whole thing honestly had me mortified because she had handled this with no tact and humiliated me in front of my boyfriend, who was at a loss for words. People wear shorts all the time since it's the summer, but I was singled out by this individual. I left right away because I was extremely upset and was made to feel uncomfortable. I was not even aware that Toys R Us had a "dress code. " And if they did, they should have signs posted before we entered. Nobody even greeted us when we entered or after we left. We normally went here to buy Lego, but after that experience, I do not think I will be coming back.

Bought 3 new car seats, water guns, kids folding chairs and all items were as expected.

The reason I’m writing this is, they had a giraffe costumed staff member playing with bubbles, stomp rocket. They interacted with my 2 little ones and my 3 year old wouldn’t stop talking about it the whole ride home.

Great place for toys, my daughter likes to look and see the different toys, they are online too, but the in store experience is the magic for my child and me. Staff are competent, though too few.

Does not accept mask exemptions. Human rights violation. Plenty of room for social distancing so no need for this. Obviously they will never see another dime of my money.

Ordered something online here to be able to receive promo - went out of my way to come to this location and even phoned and was told that they will put the free promo item aside for me.
Could have gotten it elsewhere with other discounts and rewards. When I came to pick it up - only then was I told it wasnt applicable.
They did nothing for me at customer service.
Poor customer service here.
The Toys R Us on 97street was much closer to home and they have better friendlier staff and service. Will not come to the 170street location again.

I am here right now and it's the best customer service I've got in Edmonton since I moved here 4 years ago. Aleshia greeted us and was super helpful, friendly and patient with our thousand questions. If I had a business I'd definitely offer Aleshia a job with my company, so please make sure she's well awarded because she definitely deserves it!:) Gotta love employees who work with their heart.

Ashley at the till is very helpful and polite! She helped me and my husband figure out a problem we were having in no time! Awesome employee! Plus great store we love shopping here!
