It was my first experience at the store and I can say it is one of the best store I have ever visited. The staff was really very cooperative. Especially the authorized person at customer service named dhwannik helped me to find rock'em sock'em robot. I recommend this store to all the toy loving people.

After my terrible experience at Brentwood, I came here to this location which I frequently visit. The manager was able to apply my coupons which were mistakenly shown as used. This location also had the correct LEGO gift with purchases in stock, and LEGO savings cards which Brentwood lacked. Thanks for running your store well and keeping it well stocked. Friendly staff and easy to buy from.

I was at the Sunridge Toys r us today and I have to say that the service I received was so amazing. Tammi was so extremely helpful. I was absolutely clueless about a birthday gift for my nephew and she helped me find everything I needed. She was patient and didn't rush me and answered all of my questions. She was so knowledgeable. And she was even so good with my kids! I will absolutely shop here again. Such a great experience.

Had the BEST experience at Babies R Us/Toys R Us off 32nd Ave NE, Calgary AB! My husband and I are expecting our first baby in May and were out doing some shopping with my mom this morning.

The lady working in Babies R Us (Karen) was so informative, cracked a few jokes, gave us a few great tips and was so friendly! Then the cashier asked about our registry, asked if we had received the $25 off coupon and the free swag bag when we signed up (I was unaware of both of these perks) I said no to both and quickly found the email for the coupon and they grabbed us a swag bag! The guy loading up our truck with the bigger items was even amazing and friendly! Super impressed! I wish I caught the names of the cashier and the warehouse guy but they were both amazing!

Amazing customer service, can't wait to finish up our shopping there!

Love the collection of toys there! The staff was able to direct me to the exact toys I was looking for without much effort. Definitely would return there next time I need items for my infant.

I popped in on November 4 to find a gift for my 9 year old. As always Toys R Us seemed overwhelming full of options but I had an idea. Somehow the staff knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. The two staff members at the front treated me in such a friendly way, reminiscent of in the small town where I live, chatting and offering a catalogue so the kids can make a Christmas wish list. I had a really great experience and am happy with my purchase.

Got gifted one of those electronic jeeps and they would not give me store credit unless I had a receipt such bad service and waste of time. Box wasn't even opened

Amazing service, had bought a bike for our daughter and the gears were faulty, they honored the return policy and even let us pick out a different bike because we weren't happy with the brand. Thank you a billion times over. Definitely nice to feel customer service as a consumer. All our birthday gifts Christmas gifts will be bought here.

Disrespectful staff and they don’t know how to talk with customers. I try to return a car but they did they can’t return.

I was a little disapointed with my visit. Could not find what I was looking for or anyone to help me. Also there was only one til open.

Bought something as it showed available on the website and the guy called the storage to confirm availability and said it is. They even have 5. But when I got at the back for pick up. The storage guy said he couldn't find it and just go ask for a refund. When the lady let them double check in storage now they said it's there. Just wasted my time. I went from CF Market Mall Toys R Us to here as it was available.

The store is fully stocked for the summer! Water guns, swimming accessories, everything summer. Gavin was great at the checkout!

This is the toys r us I always went to growing up and with very little other competitors around to match the prices here it’s a good choice to shop, not to busy and definitely has a big selection of items to buy

Always a great place to go inbetween a very large selection of toys, game's, puzzles, posters and more. With friendly knowledgeable staff ready to help answer questions you might have or help find what you are looking for. Perfect place to go for lego and hot wheels alike.

Toys R Us have everything you could want for any boy or girl. Shelves and shelves of games, puzzles, Lego, dolls, baby items, cars, trucks and educational toys. All stock is well organized and lots of stock.

A great place to purchase items, a horrible place for customer service. Went with a relative with a mental disorder and they treated her rudely. She simply asked for help with finding an item and the employee condescendingly told her to just find it herself. No wonder society has a problem with mental health stigma. Disappointing but not surprising.

I was at the NE Toys R Us location this evening, desperate for a birthday present for my granddaughter. One of the staff working, Nick M, actually sought the opportunity to help. I was impressed with his knowledge of an incredibly broad spectrum of toys and games. He was able to recommend the appropriate toy based on the age of my grand daughter and was very willing to answer my questions. He was very polite, professional, and genuinely interested in meeting the needs of the customer. I would come back any time.

Customer service was very professional very quick to help out in a situation that was on a very short time frame. They were very kind and absolutely will continue to do business with these folks. Shout out to Keridiss for her excellent customer service skills. Thank you!

Thanks to Nick at the front who helped my son with his pokemon, as I know nothing about it.

I called to check for availability for a product. They said come we have it and i was there in 10mins Max. Upon arrival i asked one team member and he said they have it and gave me the ticket for the product. The counter guy called for availability and charged me for the product. Then came there shipping whom i talked over the phone and said we don’t have it. Their Manager Sherry was standing around and asking their employees. They gave me my money back but the manager even didn’t felt responsible to approach us for the clarification. I notified her about the unprofessionalism her team and she showed.

Chantelle, the Baby Manager kindly helped me today for returning a mattress cover. She was so nice and helpful.

This is one of the best Toys R Us in town and it's due to the staff here. Often, when asked, they are willing to take the extra step to help you locate a toy or find out if it's coming on the truck. I didn't even know they have the ability until they offered to check for me.

One outstanding team member is Nick. He is always patient and helpful. He is always positive and goes out of the way to help me. Nick never simply responds with no. He always offer solutions and options. I feel like he genuinely enjoys helping people. When I see him in the store, I usually make a beeline to him to ask for help as he always tries. This toys r us is lucky to have him.

In terms of hot items, I have found many such toys here so it's one of my main check-in locations.

Absolutely the worst Toys R Us in the city. Super inconsistent with their rules surrounding just about anything. I've come in several times to give my business, and I've had little to no issues. But it seems the staff are not trained properly or up to date. This store is a different story depending on who the manager is or the staff on that day. I understand if they are rules and limits to product, but it needs to be consistent. I'm spending around 200-500 every time I shop here, but to be denied and confronted today with no explanation and to make up rules is simply disgusting and terrible customer service.
Save yourself the trip and do not shop here. CrossIron Mills or Chinook are the places to shop at.

Reading through reviews it seems like this place is a mess, I will be contacting head office and any higher ups to get to the bottom of this.

This white elephant should've closed along with the rest of the American chain.
