Worst experience ever!

Staff name “heather” was sooooo rude! Imagine how parents were so excited to buy stroller and other stuff for our very first baby and heather accused us something we didn’t do! Instead of helping us, she started showing unfriendly gestures by grabbing from us the “Graco stroller” we wanted to buy.does she think we can’t buy that? Is this how we treat customers? I’ve been patronizing this brand for almost 10 years back in singapore, but this is the worst experience we’ve ever encountered so far. Really worst as we just started our day this morning and encountered this staff.

I went to babies r us, and dealt with Kiara, she was beyond helpful in explaining the products we were interested in, she went above and beyond in her customer service role for us.

Worst people. Breast pump is broken, they took 53$ and now they want me to talk to manufacturers. Like seriously if you guys can’t help your customer why you are selling it. Manager is so rude. I guess you guys change staff and provide good service

I was surprised by the great customer service of their staff. They were genuine with their recommendations and provide great assistance. I was interested to buy a few toys for my little cousins and I managed to get everything easily because of their staff. It was a nice shopping experience that I wont forget.

The lady that helped me Friday July 8th went above and beyond. I didnt get her name wish I did! I bought a big item she measured my trunk and the package I was purchasing was so helpful. Young girl with glasses at around 6: 00 pm. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and helpful as usual! Didn't have as much selection for child door locks as I would have hoped (none able to fit my lever handled doors with a square base) but I usually can find all the baby products that I need at a decent price.

Went in store for shopping our 1st baby items, Gail is a absolute gem of a person.however, cant say the same about Annika, She basically tortured us to create a baby registry, We were fed up and decided to get her to creat hoping she would help us answer our questions im return but after the regustry was created, She was nowhere to be seen, We noticed she was with her another "Target" to create another registry to her name. Gail came to resuce and answered all of our questions and the right pick items up to buy, We felt sorry for Gail as we couldn't get her to create a registry for us. We ended up taking our business to BuyBuy Baby where the customer service was absolutely amazing and great deal/promos.

Awesome customer service experience while shopping for the baby stroller. A Lady named “GAIL” she helped me a lot in finding the best stroller for by 1st baby… will always prefer to go there for shopping… Will surely give more than 5 stars especially because of you GAIL.

Vanessa was an enormous help to my wife and I when we were shopping for a stroller. Vanessa engaged us politely and was a pleasure to chat with. Vanessa had a good understanding of the different options and walked us through them in detail. Bonus, she was able to share her own experiences as a mother with us to help us make our decision. Thank you Vanessa! Individuals like this deserve recognition!

I have a legitimate medical mask exemption and I went to find my child a birthday gift.
When I could not find the gift that I saw was available in store on their website, I went to go ask for help.
The front desk lady called their manager.
The manager came out of their office and told me I had to leave because I was not wearing a mask and that mask exemptions were not accepted.
This is discrimination at its finest.
The bylaw clearly states that people with exemptions exist and should be treated fairly.
They have lost my business and much more money from friends and family who will also no longer shop there.
Please read the bylaw and human rights act here in Alberta/Canada and re-evaluate your service.

I love this store. They have such a good selection of everything and they rarely have much of a line up at the cashiers. I tried their curbside pickup and my purchase was ready in less than an hour.

I'm not happy with the return policy and I will never buy anything from Toys R Us in the future. I don't understand I bought something its still in the box not opened I have the receipt but can't return it.
You should know how difficult this year has been, but I think you don't value the customer.
You probably don't know for a few dollar amount you are losing lots of profit because it should not be one time business.
