Junk place, poor service.nothing like being followed around the store.the girl that worked said she thought we were going to steal.all we wanted was to buy a game.

Great store. Didn’t seem as large as the big city ones but had everything the kids were looking for.

We went in a Saturday and they had a free Lego building event for the kids. A really nice surprise.

Buyer beware. I purchased a puzzle wrapped in plastic. I opened the puzzle and realized it wouldn't work for my daughter (it had buckles and laces and the buckles were hard to work) I tried to return the puzzle with the original package and was refused. The lady was rude to begin with. No hi hello how are you. Just what is wrong with it. Stopped to help another customer. Then told me it's not returnable because it's not in the original package. It was in the original package just had the plastic open. Needless to say overall an unpleasant experience. I will be reconsidering my purchases if they they cannot be returned

Just bought my seven year old son an an expensive Mario lego set. No instructions inside, was told they can't do anything and to contact Lego. Absolutely ridiculous. It should not be the customer's job to tackle defective products they are sold. Manager was zero help, we only wanted to exchange for one that had the actual instructions.

My son received Lego from the store on his birthday, we couldn't find gift receipt for the item and wanted to exchange it for a more expensive Lego set. Store's return policy does not allow exchanges for in-store merchandising. Item isn't even open, really disappointing and will lead me to not shop at this retailer anymore.

Vey nice customer service received from annalyne (sorry if wrote wrong) returned a product, we lost the receipt but with membership card help she went over and beyond to help us out, she was very patient and helpful, thanks so much.will return to buy for sure.and there GC has no expiry.

The service we received was rushed and I didn't appreciate the cashier raising her voice to my elderly mother. Nobody was behind us and it was a slow day. We talked to the manager and I didn't feel heard or taken seriously from her either.

Not bad, but there was very little stalk at the moment, I'm sure it was due to boxing "week".

I always have a blast shopping for myse- Kids. Just the selection is crazy. Sure sometimes things are a bit more than other places but they just carry so much more. Shop smart and you can get everything you or your kids could ever want.

I wouldn't buy anything from there that you can't verify on-site if it works. They won't exchange or return anything unless it hasn't been opened. I bought a r/c for my kid for Christmas and it didn't work out of the box and now I can't return or exchange it.

Come for ideas, leave cause of the screaming kids that can't get every toy in the store and buy what you want on Amazon. These prices are just so unrealistc

Found what we were looking for with help from others hoppers, the staff was friendly and personable.

Recently called the customer service and asked if they sold a certain item. A young female worker answered. I asked if they sold the item and her response was. "ummm, we probably do. Not too sure. Not sure we have any but, not sure".

Is it not your job to know what items the store sells? If you are unsure if the store sells that item should you not go and ask someone who can help answer my question. I did not call and ask for a helpless answer like that. Disappointed with the help I received from the young lady answering the phone.
