Great selection but prices are higher than Walmart or Amazon, should be the opposite, it is a dedicated store for toys only.

They have an extremely rude supervisor. She gave me an attitude and while I was still talking to her telling her she can't give me an attitude, she turned her back on me and started mocking as she walked away. Shocking behaviour.

I had to give one star. They have discount signs but does not align to the current product. Apparently they are claiming, might have been miss placed by other customers. Then I suggest if you could routinely check if the product is in the correct area for the clearance discount. Not very apologetic as well as I waited for a very long line and blames other customer.

A bit of a smaller, more intimate Toys"R"Us location. They still have pretty much everything you could find at any other franchised location.

I think they may have cut off access from the mall, which definitely makes the convienance and accessibility worse.

Still, not a bad location.

I wish it was little more organized and little more affordable but I guess how everything is going up I am not hugely surprised with price increase.

Raenne is such a rude and racist person and said i cannot return the item because i opened the box. I returned the bassinet after a week of purchase and it was fully disassembled and had zero scratches and i had receipt too. I still don’t Understand why she was mad at me. I tried to explain her that baby is bit healthier and this bassinet is not a perfect fit for him and she was getting mad at me for not checking the measurements earlier. Her behaviour was extremely inappropriate.

Toy stores like this have changed a lot. I just parked at the entrance then had to walk past the partially empty toy shelves and all the baby stuff.

Lots of useful stuffs, toys & books for babies & kids under one roof. They have good collections of bassinet & strollers. Staffs are helpful.

Naw way this place is amazing! It has a lot of good toys and brands like linkimals LOL dolls little people hot wheels goo kit zu and more!

Bought something from the baby registry of a friend and everything was perfect and the entire shopping experience was just incredible!
