They have an extremely rude supervisor. She gave me an attitude and while I was still talking to her telling her she can't give me an attitude, she turned her back on me and started mocking as she walked away. Shocking behaviour.
I had to give one star. They have discount signs but does not align to the current product. Apparently they are claiming, might have been miss placed by other customers. Then I suggest if you could routinely check if the product is in the correct area for the clearance discount. Not very apologetic as well as I waited for a very long line and blames other customer.
Raenne is such a rude and racist person and said i cannot return the item because i opened the box. I returned the bassinet after a week of purchase and it was fully disassembled and had zero scratches and i had receipt too. I still don’t Understand why she was mad at me. I tried to explain her that baby is bit healthier and this bassinet is not a perfect fit for him and she was getting mad at me for not checking the measurements earlier. Her behaviour was extremely inappropriate.
