Traffic Court

0 stars if I could, I got parking tickets which I never received and I did pay for parking on all the tickets but I payed them online and they were tied to my older vehicle, Honestly don't waste your time appealing anything once convicted they just want money, I appealed and explained my situation at lenght and I got a generic message saying I should pay and have been denied. I'm certain no one reads the emailed forms and these bylaws just exist to make the common folks lives harder.
It's cool I will pay the almost 1k in parking tickets and survive on ramen and saliva for the rest of the month. Lame

These people are theives. The city designs it’s laws to steal money from innocent citizens then their extremely as they steal from you I hope this bad review brings them down a peg. Corrupt officials

Toby is unwilling to his job. Toby must think as a supervisor (self stated) that he is above any work. Toby made threats as to over charging if he had to look anything up. As a representative of the court Toby could possibly use extensive training on how to be more personable and not be so aggressive with the people that want to pay their fines. Toby should not be attempting to help as Toby is not a competent person when it comes to helping members of the public.

Sick people work here. They do their best to be sociopathic. They create even more crime by criminalizing poverty.

This isn't even real, there's no one answering the phones, just puts you on hold until you decide to hang up

Have been on hold almost 4 hours now.the last dozen times I called I wasn't even connected. Atrocious service

Useless system in place no one answers phone or talk to. Just blame covid for everything. Taking millions from citizens from fines every year and can not even offer any kid of service! The system is a total failure!
