Had a good experience today buying an upright freezer from Sebastian Beatty. Polite and helpful.

We had a great experience with Helen and Danah. Lots of knowledge and very helpful! We ended up with the perfect fridge.

Sebastian was very friendly and efficient in helping me arrange a price match, purchase, and delivery/install of a washer/dryer very quickly when ours broke down. I would deal with him again and recommend others to do so too.

I recently purchased 3 appliances from the Trail Appliances store at Crowfoot. Helen, my sales rep, was exceptional. Her knowledge and expertise were amazing. Because of the appliance shortages and people having to wait an unreasonable amount of time for delivery (my sister purchased a fridge in March from another company and she has still not received it) Helen was able to suggest similar models that were available. To say I am pleased with the service and the store would be an understatement. Thank you.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Trail appliances in Crowfoot. I would like to commend sales consultant Kylie Montpetit. She provided me with excellent service and was a pleasure to deal with. She is highly knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail about every feature on every appliance I looked at. She was also very honest about which dishwasher would be best for me even if the price was lower. (Didn’t try to get me to spend more)! I will definitely be calling on Kylie again! As I will be buying a new fridge in the near future.

I recently went to Trail Appliances in Crowfoot to look for a new fridge because I thought mine was on its last leg. I had a great experience with Sebastian, he was very accommodating and very professional!
I decided on a fridge model and Sebastian arranged a delivered date, and I was excited to receive my new purchase! Sebastian informed me if for some reason I had to cancel the purchase that they have a 100% refund policy. Receiving this information gave me peace of mind, since I was aware that most competitors do not have a 100% refund policy.
To my surprise my fridge started working again prior to the delivery date, therefore I had to cancel my purchase. Sebastian displayed understanding, and with his professionalism assured me that a full refund was being processed!

Great experience at Trail Appliances purchasing a front load washer at competitive price and fast delivery. Friendly and very knowable Sebastian Beatty answered all our questions and provided excellent advice. The previous BMW building in NW Calgary is amazing Trail sales location.

Went to Trail Appliances to look for a new fridge. Salesperson Mo showed us our options and we had a fridge delivered in a couple days. Delivery guys were great. Great to shop local and have a great experience!

I appreciated the way in which Crowfoot Trail Appliances went out of their way to provide me with excellent customer service. We are very happy with our new dishwasher. We will definitely return when it's time for the next appliance replacement.

The price is ridiculous for a service call. It was 180 PLUS they didn’t tell me that they would tack on another 35 bucks to take a price of glass out. Wow! It used to be 89. This gouging has got to stop. The 2 stars are for the repairman who did his job well and doesn’t control the gouging. Shame on you Trail appliances. Oh ya, and the receptionist who took the call must have been having a bad week as she was very ‘put out’ to take my call.

I had excellent service from all levels of Trail Appliances. My fridge died on Dec 7. I researched available products online and went into the crowfoot store on Dec 8. Mark Tisdall helped me find a fridge in stock that met my criteria, Avery and Danah acted quickly and got my new appliance on the truck for Delivery on Tuesday. Zach and Jarvin made the delivery and tried many ways to get my old fridge out of my house. It turned out it was impossible so I had to hire a boom lift and have the fridge lifted to the balcony. Zach and Jarvin rejigged their day so they could come back 2 hours later and move my fridge inside off the balcony and hook up the water. I wish it hadn't happened but I am very pleased with my decision to go to Trail Appliances as I had a new fridge before my Christmas visitors arrived.

During times of supply change shortages thanks to Crowfoot Sales Consultant (Sebastian's) experience I was able to find an appliance that met my needs on time. Purchase was made online - but there's not substitute for dealing with good people.

Mo helped me out on Saturday - I was caught in a pinch with a broken washer and dryer, and he was hands-on with helping me find a pair that fit my space AND were the best quality for my budget. It goes a long way that Trail is a local company, and that they were able to provide delivery quickly because the products were in stock. I could tell that Mo really cared about the solution from start to finish, including the delivery and install. I’d highly recommend Trail Crowfoot and especially Mo!

We purchased appliances for a large reno we were doing earlier this year. Trail Appliances, and particularly Helen, was extremely helpful. We experienced some supply chain problems and Helen was on it. She was very proactive, creative and worked through the chain to help expedite some key parts of our order. All arrived in good time, and we could not be happier with the excellent service, and great quality of the appliances.

Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional Sales Specialist, has really good skills to explain products and services and provide all appliances information with examples.

My parents (95 and 85 years young) microwave died after 15 or so years of use. As its an over the range model, we were looking for a replacement as well as installation. I called trail crowfoot and was connected to Sebastian Beatty in their sales department. Sebastian was amazing and I would 100% buy from him again in the future. He listed to my story, what my parents needed (similar product, ease of use and decent price) and helped us find the right replacement for the right price - no trying to upsell me as he understood the assignment perfectly.in a mater of hours, we had a new microwave paid for and delivery set a week from the purchase date. We love Trail, bought all our appliances from trail in 2017 and will recommend and shop Trail even more now that i found "my guy". Thanks for the quick and honest help!

I was just in to Trail Appliance in Crowfoot to replace my dryer that failed. I went in intending to replace my unit with a lower cost unit. I was fortunate enough to meet Shane Long there today. Within a few seconds of entering the building I was greeted nicely by Shane. I explained my issue and he jumped into action and showed me to the lower cost units. There was no pushy upsell attempts, no nonsense at all. The vibe I got was that he legitimately wanted to help me out. And he did. I had a few other stores to check out today but opted to make the sale here because I seriously doubt I’d get the same level of service. Thanks Shane for somehow making me happy that my dryer broke.

Fantastic service yet again from Troy and his team! Ben and Moe have both saved us from near appliance disasters. Great people to work with that are always willing to go the extra mile. We will continue to choose Trail over anywhere else!

Recently my wife and I went to Trail Appliances in Crowfoot to look at wall ovens. Avery Young, the Sales Manager greeted us. He listened to our needs, showed us what they stock and in the end told us how to make the most out of what we had. He spent 30 minutes, we got great service and he gets our abiding appreciation.

Excellent experience with Scott Vickers and his manager, Avery. After we got our appliance home and hooked up, I realized it didn't have an important feature we wanted. Trail gave us 3 options, keep the appliance, provide us with another appliance with the feature (no additional hookup or delivery fee) or they would come and pick up the appliance and provide us with a full refund. We elected to keep the appliance; but the willingness of Trail to above and beyond was truly impressive. Thank you!

I have not purchased kitchen appliances in years and needed guidance. I was hesitant at first because my thoughts were that all sales people are just looking out for the sale. This was far from the truth. My purchasing experience was great. Kylie:

* asked me detailed questions to ensure she got a clear picture of my needs
* she responded to my emails in under 24 hours, so I never felt as if I was being ignored
* Kylie explained the difference between the different brands and we ended up selecting a kitchen package that fit my needs in a timely manner

Kylie Montpetit was very helpful, informative, and professional. Most importantly, she ensured she was selling me items that they had available, instead of selling me items they did not have.

I'm glad there's a parts counter here. Reliable Parts are reliable, knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom is sterile and empty all the time. Nobody greets you when you come in and it's really obvious that this facility is primarily an appendage to the housing building industry.

They are happy to take your money for the appliances, but 4 months later when our dishwasher broke down they make you go through the manufacture to get repairs, which take 3 weeks to get appointment. Might as well buy from Home Depot.

Very happy with our experience at Trail. Mo was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and able to get us new appliances very quickly. I was not aware of an Induction range, of which we ended up purchasing, and I am thrilled that Mo showed us this option & the benefits of it. In our last purchase of appliances, we purchased online. This time, we made the decision to shop local and are very happy we did. The experience was overall much better & our appliances arrived in 2 days! From Mo showing us our options to the delivery men, we are incredibly happy we chose Trail. It was one of the easiest experiences we have had recently.

Bought a new range and was treated so well by Dennis at Trail. Due to current situations, we purchased over the phone so didn't see the appliance in person and had to trust Dennis to answer questions and give opinions. We told him what we needed, wanted, and that since we were under a time constraint, also needed delivery ASAP. Dennis delivered on all aspects and helped us further with registration and a bonus offer! We are very pleased with our experience and happily give 5 Stars and recommend both Trail and Dennis.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience! A special shout out to Scott Vickers, he was very helpful and exceeded all expectations! Great communication up until our appliances we delivered, then radio silence after we had issues and needed support. Currently proud owners of a brand new fridge that leaks that we can’t get serviced and can’t get a response from our sales guy about. There’s lots of appliance stores in Calgary, don’t bother with Trail. If you must, avoid the Crowfoot location. If you again must go here, don’t use Mo O’Hearn as your sales guy.

Sebastian went over and beyond the call of duty for me. I had a tough search ahead of me to find the right refrigerator for so many reasons. But he took the time to listen, had patience with me and was very knowledgeable. He searched with eagerness and his hard work and quick pace paid off. He found the perfect fit -literally! Thanks Sebastian!

We had major renovations done at our home in Cochrane. A key issue was a cooktop which was on backorder from a supplier for a full year. Our Project Manager did some scouting and advised that Trail Appliances had our cooktop in stock - but without the ring. We spoke with salesperson Sebastian Beatty, and Faye reluctantly decided that the protective ring was a must-have.

Sebastian then asked for a few minutes to check out stock in other cities and inbound December confirmed orders. He came back and said they would free up one of their ringed units (to be replenished from Edmonton as all 5 in Calgary were spoken for) and we could pick it up at their south location. We promptly did so an hour later.

Trail was extremely professional in terms of accomodating us while Sebastian was busy. A senior manager wandered over and suggested unit numbers to check in inventory to the trainee helping us - and then stayed to talk things over. I was impressed in the friendly and folksy manner he did that with both the trainee and us. Sebastian arrived shortly thereafter and it was more of the same. "Listen to the customer and help find a solution" was what stuck with me (none of that said by Sebastian but the impression was made). Frankly, Trail has our heart and soul.

Very pleased with our fridge purchase. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to upsell me. Delivery was quickly arranged and delivery personnel were efficient and proficient! We tried to purchase the same fridge from another store and were told it wouldn’t fit in the front door but both the salesman and delivery guys from Trail both agreed it could be easily done. And it was. Thanks Crowfoot Trail!

I had a great experience buying a built-in fridge there. My salesperson, Jake Houston, went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Had to purchase a new dishwasher on short notice for my tenant. Looked online at the stock for Trail appliances and after doing some research, decided on a brand and model. When I asked about the product being in stock with the online chat (assuming country-wide), the rep replied that they were out until Feb 2022. I decided to call Trail Appliances Crowfoot directly, as there seemed to be a disconnect between what the Chat person was saying, and what the stock showed online at this location.

Nancy L.answered my call and was immediately helpful, knowing right away that they do have some stock in the brand I'm looking for, and will go to her office, keeping me on the line so she can confirm the models they have. She had me transferred, and we chatted about what models they have available, delivery options, what area of the city, install options, etc. She told me I am able put a deposit on to order the product with her if I wanted to, and we chatted about the full installation and recycle options (they take your old dishwasher and recycle it, they don't add to the landfill with it). The all-in cost to deliver, install, bring additional parts if necessary, and recycle the old dishwasher (I believe recycling may be included if you bring your old one in to them directly after buying a new one from Trail, regardless of whether or not you have them do your install/uninstall).

In less than 15 minutes on the phone with Nancy, I had all the info I needed, and put the deposit down. She then sent an email with an invoice, customer info that she had set up, and a link to pay the remainder of the cost less the deposit (pro tip: check the attachments in the email for the link to pay).

Nancy also asked if I'd like them to call my tenant directly and arrange a time with him. I provided his info and he was all booked up within 30 mins of my transaction. I didn't have to leave the house, didn't need to hire an installation company or plumber, and didn't need to worry about pick-up or dropping off my old appliance (my vehicle can't fit a dishwasher). I consider all of this EFFICIENT, fantastic service.

TL: DR Needed a dishwasher for my renter on short notice, Nancy L.at Crowfoot confirmed product availability, model and price, and had me paid and booked in under 30 mins via phone and email communication. GREAT service. Efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. If you're short on time, and you need a great, friendly rep that goes above and beyond, call Nancy L.

Super disappointed. The delivery boys came, were very pleasant took great care at moving my old fridge into the garage. But they squeezed it between the wall/work bench, so then the doors wouldn't open, I moved it myself afterwards to face it 90 degrees different, and then realized the face plate of my plug had been broken. I then went inside, excited for the new fridge. But upon opening the doors I immediately realized there was damage to the door hinge. These two errors could have been identified if we had taken just 2 minutes to attempt to open the doors and give a cursory glance to look for damage. I am a single mom who travels an hour to/from work. So I took the day off to receive the fridge as my window was in the middle of the day. Now I am told that someone will call me in 24 hours. I am not satisfied sadly.

I’m pleased with the help I received from Nancy at Trail Appliances in Crowfoot. She helped walk me through the process ordering a new LG washer & dryer online, getting the best deal and getting it delivered in 3 days. She was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. When I forgot to order my stackable kit I managed to reach her at 7 am on delivery day. She got the kit added and the delivery went smoothly. The two young men who delivered and set up were great. Both courteous and knowledgeable. They removed the old machines and had the new ones setup in no time. I’m really pleased with the service and have a set that I hope will last many years. I was in a purchasing a wash and dryer for our new home we are building. I reached out to Trail Appliances via email and was put in touch with Nancy, who was kind enough to answer all of my questions and have my purchase completed all without me having to step foot in the store which given the times was perfect! She was very thorough and I appreciate that they will hold my appliances for me until I move into my new home this March. All in all it was a great experience and I am very much looking forward to my new washer and dryer.

My fridge has been having temperature issues for several months. When it would not even get cold, it was definitely time to replace it. Went to the Crowfoot Trail Appliance location and dealt with Sebastian Beatty. He was very informative and I ended up purchasing a new fridge as their prices are very reasonable. Sebastian was able to help get the fridge delivered the next day as mine was ready to quit working altogether. The two young men who delivered my appliance were extremely efficient and courteous. The time of delivery quoted was spot on and they managed to complete the process within 20 minutes. Will continue to deal with this location should I ever need to purchase any other appliances. Very happy with the service their whole team provided!
