Our thanks to JP. We were without a fridge for 2 weeks from a different retailer. Could not wait a further 2 weeks so canceled and called JP. He had a new fridge in our house the next day *wow. He had the best crew out to install. Amazing installers too. Curteous and very compotent. Thanks again JP (John Paul).

We visited Trail Appliances South Showroom on November 21 to have a look at microwave ovens to replace our old Sharp microwave drawer which quit working. It was originally purchased along with all of our appliances and Kinectico water softener and RO system. We were approached by Margo McPherson. We found her to be very friendly and a true professional. She asked questions and listened carefully to our concerns and understood them. She then made a recommendation. We went with her suggestion and purchased a new Sharp microwave drawer. The customer service and assistance she provided greatly exceeded our expectations. Thank you Margo for all your help.

The on line chat is one of the best services I came across in Canada. Almost zero waiting time on line, and they sent me replies after checking out the ETA from suppliers in just one hour. Incredibly efficient and impressive. I think all other companies should learn from Trail.

Phoned Trail to order the fridge that I thought was my best choice, was put in touch with Rachel Wiggins and she identified a fridge that was a much better option for our needs. It arrived several weeks ahead of schedule and to top things off we got money back because the price was reduced for Black Friday. All in all a very pleasant experience and can not recommend Rachel enough!

I have dealt with a few major appliance retailers and Trail by far offers the most in terms of service, price and availability. I live in YYC but purchased appliances for a place in Edmonton. Adam at Trail in SE Calgary, made everything from the selection process to delivery so seamless. He was knowledgeable, readily available and gave excellent customer service. Saved a bunch of dollars too through their various promotions and 30 day price guarantee. If there’s a place you can trust, it’s definitely Trail.

Terrible service and communication! Had a new washer delivered that wasn't filling with water. Called Trail and they sent a technician to diagnose. I was told the level sensor wasn't working and the washer may need to be replaced or need parts. Called a week later to follow up on the status and was told I need to book an appointment with the manufacturer! No follow up from Trail, and if I wouldn't have called I would STILL be waiting and expecting a call for service. If I could give 0 stars for a rating I would! I stand by my review.terrible communication!

After searching for a day and a half for a certain fridge with no luck on availability I came across Trail Appliance on line chat center. I used the service and found item I was looking for in less than 5mins and confirmed pick up for the next day. I will definitely use this service for my next appliance purchase.
