They offer FREE pickup of your bottles from home. It’s easy to schedule and they’re on time. They’ll process the bottles and then etransfer to you. I’ve used their service for so long. It’s simply perfect.

I turned around to wash my hands and when I looked back at the screen the total was $4 less. I thought *maybe* my mistake, but I knew i would never leave the counter till the countings done again. Today, my next visit 2 months later, I watched the worker count my bottles and did an internal happy dance when the total went over $20. My cash out was only $13? When i pointed it out he said I was wrong and quickly printed me a $3 cash out ticket. I watched the numbers, the dishonesty was deliberate.

Amazing service! They were able to get a pickup scheduled pretty quickly. The customer service was outstanding! The person who I was chatting with via text was quick with responses and very kind. The pickup driver was awesome and super helpful! I have a small toddler and living in a condo makes it difficult to get bags down, they let me know when they arrived and I was able to get all the bags down in two batches. The driver did offered to come help bring down, which i appreciated! But I was able to manage. My count was done correctly and quickly. The etransfer was sent right away after receiving my receipt. Thank you for your service and I will definitely be recommending to friends/family and I will be using again!

I count my tins and had 200 tins and 3 bags of alcohol, pop, milk and other items that were bursting out of my bags.
They gave me 29.00. This was not 29.00 worth of recycles. I count on this extra money due to hard times.
I do not suggest that you come here. They happily rip you off with no remorse.

The pickup service is awesome! They were prompt, professional and fast. Will definitely be using this service again!

They constantly miscalculate your recycle on purpose. Hoping ppl don’t control it.

3 times in 4 last visits they calculated lower amount of recycle. I did catch them on it.

Very cheap way to earn extra especially on ppl that need surviving by doing recycling.

Refusing recycle that 100% accepted everywhere else.

Choose other place for recycle.

That what the owner replied along with his answer. Assuming that I lie, otherwise I would not return.

That exactly why they got negative review. Because their worker replied “You should tell us in advance an exact amount of money suppose to be before they will start calculate”. Assuming that I will lie because of 40 cents difference.

We started using the pickup service when covid was bad and continue to use it now. It is easy to book, they come when they say they will, and the e-transfer comes through without a fee. No effort at all on our part. A great service and very reliable.

This was a great service. It was So convenient for me because I don't drive. I will definitely be using the pick up service again.

Trail depot has refused to accept certain items that are supposed to be recyclable. Have gone to other depots and have had no problem returning these items that Trail says aren’t returnable.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the staff at Trail are taking them from the bins after people toss them and collecting the money.
Won’t be back.

Pretty much theives as far as I'm concerned. Gave a friend of mine 6 regular size garbage bags full of recyclables, usually between 50 - 60 bucks worth when I take them. Maybe her English isn't that great and figured they could rip her off.they did. Gave her 25 dollars! Absolutely Ridiculous!

Clean, efficient, odorless, not at all your dad's bottle depot, as automation makes the trip much quicker and easier. I'm glad to call this is my go-to bottle depot of choice.

Every time I visit here they short count the over L bottles. Not a nice way to do business!
