Great service, great prices, never had an bad experience rolling with them when it comes to tires and rims, etc.

I've used this shop exclusively for nearly 15 years and the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Chris and Cody are great and always very honest with the work that needs to be done. I always recommend this shop to my friends and to anyone else that asks.

Big shout out to the manager (Chris) and mechanic (Darren), I heard this location and the people were fantastic so I decided to get some work done here, these guys take so much pride in there work and do a great job to make sure everything is done to perfection the way you want it, they even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my truck was in getting work done, they went way out of there way to make sure I was happy and didn’t even charge me for a few things they probably should have, thanks again for everything and making it painless and absolutely love all the work done to my truck, cheers guys!

Unbelievable service. Much more than fair. I broke one of my bolts when changing over my tires. I called around a few different shops. All shops were booking 3+ weeks out and quoting $100 to $260 to fix the issue. Trail tire was able to sneak me in just over a week later. I brought my vehicle in. They said they were running behind and it would take about an hour +, but they would work hard to get it done. 45 minutes later, the work was completed. They said because it was a quick and easy job, they only charged me $21.40 after tax and shop supplies. Very impressed with their honesty, service and efficiency.

After visiting a few competitors, I found this place and in particular Cody the Asst. Mgr.to be helpful and accommodating! Most competitors were booking winter tire installs for 1 - 2 weeks out. They got me in in 2 days. Full rim and tire package at a competitive price. Got them installed today and back to me in a few hours. Great service! Would highly recommend!

I’ve only been to this location twice, and my most recent experience was a little concerning.

I had my car dropped off to have my tires swapped over, and after picking it up, Something seemed a little off. The front of the car seemed wobbly.

After getting it home a short while later, I checked the Bolts on both front tires and they were hand loose.

I understand you’re supposed to get your tires re torqued within 100km, but this was immediately after leaving the lot. Leads me to believe they weren’t tightened in the first place

I’ve taken my vehicles into many different auto centres in the past and Trail tire on 127 street is by far THE BEST. Cody was the person who helped me and i am beyond satisfied with the service I received. I had to get quite a few things done to my vehicle, Cody gave me all of my options and made suggestions through out the process. I can not say enough great things about my experience at Trail Tire. They are my new go-to auto centre!

Purchasing tires was quick and easy. Install was the same. Will definitely be purchasing again through this company.

My tire on the trailer blow up. It happened one West from Trail tire auto service. I was able to get to the shop. I did explain what to one of the service guys. They told me I have wait for couple hours to fix one tire. Poor customer service

Chris was very accommodating, service was fast and professional. I had an issue with the ️ fee as I took my old tires with me but the government takes it so he has to charge it.

Appointment was for 10: 00 showed up at 9: 30, got me in early and was gone by 11: 00. Bought new tires at that location twice and was in and out with no issues.

I have been taking my cars here for just over 5 years now. Started going for their tire service then learned they provide all mechanical services so started taking our cars in for everything. I am always happy with the service, prices are reasonable, I feel the gentlemen working there are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a specific shout-out to Chris, Brayden and the rest of the team at the Trail Tire on 127 Street and 137 Ave:

I brought my car into the shop for what I thought was a heating issue - it turned out to be way more than that. Not only was I given a loan car for 2 straight days, but they worked tirelessly around the clock for that time trying to diagnose the problem. Although the problem was not able to be properly diagnosed or corrected, I wasn't charged for any services or repairs. They didn't have to do this, but they did it anyway.

This is the sign of a tire shop that truly cares about their customers. They went way beyond the call of duty and it showed in their service. Chris, you have my business in the future, I will be taking my car to you and your team for whatever is needed.

To anyone who is reading this: don't bother going anywhere else, this is the place to come!

I needed air in my tires during the -55 week and it was 8 am on my way to drop kids off at school and work. I had asked another company if they could top up the air and they said no. These guys were so polite and kind and did it right away. I offered to pay but they didn't accept. I can put my own air in but it was so cold and I had little time. I'm very grateful for their help that morning. Thank you guys!

Trail Tire Auto Center is the place to go! Exceptional service and staff is knowledgeable. With this crazy cold weather one of my tires didn't last so I had to purchase 2 new ones. Chris the store manager was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. He took care of me and explained everything.

We have always had great service at the Southside Trail Tire but went to the Northside recently as this location was more convenient. We received the same honest and great service. We asked to have front and rear brakes replaced but they phoned to advise us that rear brakes were not needed. The work has always been great and the honesty of the mechanics is REALLY appreciated. Bradden was most helpful and provided exceptional customer service. We love Trail Tire Auto Centers and definitely recommend them for tires and any other repair services!

I pulled in unannounced, with a cracked sidewall, got immediate service, on my recommendation changed all four to brand new, quick, clean, great service, great staff, highly recommended.

I have been buying tires and getting my vehicles maintained by this shop for years. New name on an established company. Staff have always been very professional and helpful for all of my automotive needs. Highly recommended.

Came here to get a hole in my wife's tire fixed after being told by another tire shop that it was "unable to be fixed" and they were able to fix the tire for cheap. Super impressed with the staff and their ability to help!

Literally my worst experience at a mechanic shop. I brought my truck in for an Out if Province inspection and was quoted over $4000 in items that were not actually required, including close to $2000 for just brakes. On an F150. The estimate also included a $300 charge for removing tint from one window. Yes, $300 for one window. I took my truck into a different shop and ended up paying $1500 for the work that actually needed to be done. The next garage even found an actual detrimental issue that this place missed (a leak in the transmission) and fixed that as well. This place obviously enjoys ripping people off with their Out of Province inspection and I would never recommend anyone bring their car here. Whatever happened to integrity?

Amazing place to take your vehicle to get fixed. Cheaper then any where else I could find, but good quality work. Will definitely take my truck here again. All workers are very polite also.

Called them about studded winter tires. They got the tire started for me and gave me a call when they were done. I made my way there and waited for them to install my tires. Was able to watch everything through the window in the waiting area. Very friendly people, good products, would highly recommend

They were very helpful. They got my mom's vehicle in as quick as possible to switch over her tires.

However with my appointment, the vehicle still didn't go in till 1.75 hours after I dropped it off, so that was a disappointment.
You think with an appointment it would be done within a decent time (just wanted to switch my tires.that were also on rim's already).

Update: After a rocky first start all subsequent service has been pleasant and timely.

I got winter tires and rims for my truck at the Northside Tire Warehouse location. This is my first time buying winter tires and I know very little about the process but if everything goes correctly it should take two trips to complete this chore: one trip to place the order and a second trip to have the tires put on. Unfortunately, the rims they ordered were too big for my truck which meant a 3rd visit was necessary once the new rims came it.

On the 3rd visit new tires were put on but they forgot to put my hub caps back on the passenger side of the truck so I had to return a 4th time to pick up the hub caps. So I drive for a couple of days and then my low tire pressure warning lights up on my dash board. Turns out that the rims they ordered did not come with pressure gauge sensor because they incorrectly assumed that my truck did not come with this feature.

I am beginning to doubt their expertise in regards to tires.

Chris and Tanner did an amazing job within a very short period of time. They switched my winters and mounted my summers on rims within a very short time, less than 45 minutes. They were professional, helpful, polite. I was so impressed with the excellent service! I also saved money by going to the Tire Warehouse and not to my dealership. Would definitely recommend the Tire Warehouse to family and friends, mind you this is not the first time I have had received excellent service from this great place.
