Chris was fantastic helping me replace a blown tire. He made extra efforts to go above and Boston’s ensuring that I have my vehicle on time for an important trip. He communicated very well in advance with some additional work that was required and offered competitive/fair pricing. Chris also did research on a recall for my hatch issues for my specific make/model of car to save me some money! I would definitely recommend for any vehicle needs.

The guys here are helpful and friendly. I had a nail in my tire and stopped by and they removed it right away. I also got my winter tires here and they do the changing too. They are always friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for!

Came here to get my wheels and balancing looked at in a rush. The shop manager got me in really quickly for the emergency service and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Every other place said I’d need a whole list of services done, but the guys here ensured me they would only do what was actually necessary. Would definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for some honest and quality service.

Was super fast in finding tires. Mechanics took no regard for my aftermarket wheels scratches chips in paint and lip very upsetting. Great price tho if you don't care about how your wheels looks afterwards

I usually go to the Westwood location but I had an electrical problem and their electrical technician was not available.

Josh, the service advisor at this location said he had experience with my problem (he is a mechanic). This phone call gave me immediate confidence.

Steve, the mechanic did a thorough computer and drive test. He cleared the warning light and narrowed the problem down to a couple of possibilities. No cause could be confirmed. Just monitor it. He did the best he could do. I agree!

My fee was much lower than the time he spent. I appreciate the goodwill, honesty and competency of the team.

Great shop. I’ve had my BMW m550i and Nissan Titan fitted with new tires. Work was done right and the price is competitive. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Love my tire change! This place actually knows how to balance a tire on the first go no shaky steering wheel, just a nice smooth drive on my new tires thank you guys!

Surely not the best place for your automotive needs. Was recommended to sway away from my car's manufacturer's recommendations on tire size, thankfully cross checked with another place that specializes on my car and opted to stick to original sizes. Next, bought tires against an estimate but was charged more. Thankfully I was holding onto the copy of my estimate, many might not even check. Called back and was denied of any differences, probably thinking I won't be able to prove. Had to go back to the place in cold weather with the copy of original estimate and invoice and, thankfully, was refunded the difference. Lastly, didn't fine the supervisor (hopefully he was the one) very pleasant to speak to while other associates we're very polite and friendly. Overall, not an experience I'd be going back to nor would recommend to anyone.

So on January 17 th I recommend to my friend that he orders his tires online from tire warehouse. The tracker shows delivery to this location. We are in the car and call the branch and speak to Ryan.

Ryan said he could not install the tires today and when he was told that we just want to pick up the tires he then said it was not there. So we phoned up tire warehouse who then told us the tires were indeed delivered and signed for by Ryan!

When we called back and informed him he simply brushed it off and claimed he didn’t see them. All this for the installation money. Big disappointment and will never go here again.

Do not give them your business. I purchased a set of tires and paid for the premium maintenance package with the installation. The premium package included one free alignment for the life of the new tires. About a year later, during a regular service at Heninger toyota, I was told that the vehicle needed an alignment. I booked an appointment at Blaskin for an alignment. When I dropped off the vehicle, the person seemed visibly annoyed that I had my receipt and proof of free alignment each year. I received a call a couple hours later, I was told that I had to replace tie-rods before an alignment could be done and presented with a bill to do the work. I said no and picked up my vehicle. Took it back to Heninger, they did the alignment without the need to replace any parts. The vehicle has been fine since then. No issues. The additional services/features they sell with tire installation are complete scams.

Ryan and his team went above and beyond when I brought my 2012 Chrysler 200 in with a laundry list of repairs following a recall service (passenger safety restraint and airbag) at the dealership. Ryan persuaded me to have the vehicle reevaluated as to ensure the work the dealership deemed necessary was truly required. Sure enough, following the diagnostic, the team confirmed that at least half the work was not required, consequently saving me well over $1,000.00. A huge shout out to Blaskin and Lane (Chinook) for your help and for being so personable.

Always on point customer service, from the front desk to the garage. The waiting room is bright and comfortable. Never been a question in my mind what company to go to for my automotive tire needs.

Don't bother making online appointments. I Had to move around my whole entire day and when I called them ahead to confirm I was bringing in my car at the time their website had given me (Date and time available for this exact location), they had no idea what I was talking about. What is the point of taking appointments online and making me choose all my tires and other services needed and then making me choose from a list of available time slots at the different Blaskin locations?

They then went ahead and told me that they had an appointment the week after available but didn't have the tires I ordered and won't have time for a wheel alignment. What a waste of time

Dishonest. Do not give them business. I went in to get a wheel alignment and they called to tell me the bushings on my lower control arms were torn in two and my rear strut had leaked out all fluids. That it wasn't worth doing an alignment until they were fixed. I went to look at their quote and it was $1,216.05 I have a mechanical background so I took their quote and ordered all the parts myself online for $150. I took off my wheel to replace the control arm and behold they were perfect, there was no play in them. They had general wear, such as a little weather crack, but they certainly were not in two. Moreover, I took off the rear tires to look at my struts and there was not as much as a sweat, let alone them being leaked out. I have pictures of all of this and will try and attach them somehow if I can. Dishonest and trying to milk me for money. I must not look like the type to know mechanics because they tried to play me for my money.

Good pricing, quick reliable service. Had vehicle ready early. No charne for estimates. Some counter help better than others.

A frustrating visit to Blaskin and Lane! I went in to get my car fixed at Blaskin Lane a couple weeks back - after leaving it with them they diagnosed and fixed the problem so they said and I paid my bill - upon driving my vehicle for a few days the issue reappeared so I went back and had it test drove again where they diagnosed the problem for the second time - I then made an appointment to have it fixed once and for all today- when I dropped off my car I gave them my cell phone number and they said they would call me when it was time to pick it up when it was repaired properly - after waiting all day and not getting a phone call I went back in only to find out they we're trying to call me on an old phone number because they couldn't find the issue which as I mentioned was already previously diagnosed by one of their technicians - I was then told the worksheet I completed when I dropped off my vehicle was now missing which is why they didn't have my new number and that I should have dropped it off at 8 a.m. To have it diagnosed even though they already knew what the problem was from the previous appointment - needless to say it was very frustrating when they try to pretend it was my fault and in the end my vehicle still wasn't fixed - talk about a wasted appointment and day! Sadly Roach who helped me the first time I was there was not in the shop and the two guys out front at the service reception that were helping me today we're pretty much no help at all!

They were able to get my vehicle in for an alignment same day on short notice! Staff was great! Had me out and back on the road in just over an hour! Thanks guys!

The guys here are top notch. Another shop made a very frustrating error & they squeezed me in and fixed me up on the spot. They noticed I had groceries in the car and they put them in their fridge!

The service at this location was excellent! Very friendly and helpful and got my alignment done much faster than they originally quoted me it would take. I needed an alignment and Blaskin and Lane was the best price I found when I was calling around. I live in the NW but came down to this location because of the poor service I got on the phone from the 16th Avenue location when I called for a quote. Needless to say the service I received here was well worth the drive across the city. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!

I purchased winter tires for my SUV and got them installed by Blaskin & Lane Tire Centres on December 31,2018. Repairs were done prompty and properly.however the pressure to upsell on a new battery and an expensive upfront cost to diagnose a simple issue left a bitter taste. Somehow managed to work up 2.1 hours of labour to diagnose and replace an alternator; a job that could otherwise be done by teenagers in a McDonald's parking lot with household tools. If not for the fact that I was otherwise stranded I would not have used their services.
