Swapped my tires in no time, didn't take long.
The Only issue is that they put the wrong tires on my invoice but they said they would correct that

Customer service is lacking. Didn't appreciate being told on the phone that the cost to swap tires is $160 when they charged me $183. Unsure why there is a $5 environmental fee added to my bill when that isn't necessary for swapping tires. I asked them specifically to adjust the tire pressure to make all the tires even but they didn't do that. More transparency would be great. Won't be going back. But I wish the business well and hope they improve on their customer service.

This location has been great! After getting new winter tires installed and balanced, I went back to have brakes and windshield done.
Service and staff treated me well. I am so pleased with the care put into my vehicle.
Shout out to the manager John. This man goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. His staff treated me great and I think it speaks volumes to how John treats not only his customers, but his staff!

For over 15 years this location has provided me nothing but quality service. Over the years I've visited other mechanic shops with horrible results. Time and time again this Trail Tire has been fair and honest, willing to work with the customers situation and ALWAYS honors their quotes and work. I've learned my lesson and will not be going anywhere else, even if I have to travel across the city.

I called the shop to order new tires for my car and the man I spoke to was soooo rude! He was so useless and made me feel as if I was stupid instead of doing his job and helping me. Maybe he was having a bad day but he left me with an awful experience and I will be going somewhere else for now on.

I never had any issues in my 40 years of driving with getting tires changed until I started coming here. One year I went to get my summer tires to be put on, only to be told that all 4 hadn't been put on in the fall even though I paid for all 4 to be changed. I hadn't realized I spent the winter without the proper tires, resulting in an accident. This time they threw out my tires and tried to con me into buying new ones. The tires I did buy from them barely lasted 2 years. Avoid at all costs.

Brought my car here today for my tire changeover! I had big issues with a different location, so I decided to switch shops and come here! John and his team went above and beyond, and were very friendly and polite, even though i got a tad fristrated (SORRY JOHN)! Started off a little rocky as the tires i ordered didn't make it there in time for my appt, But John personally drove to go pick them up for my car and got them installed immediately after and had them done before I was even done work! Amazing service, I would definitely recommend and be doing more business here! Thanks everyone!

Top notch service here - Josh took really good care of us, we were from out of town and he got us back on the road quickly and with a smile. Thank you very much for showing me quality service still exists!

Not only did they replace all my tires on a Saturday of the long weekend, Charles personally got the special tires my car required. They went above and beyond to get me out of there as quickly as possible and I even got a great price for everything. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My boyfriend took my car there Horrible customer service very unfriendly and did a two wheel alignment charged for 4 wheel and neglected to tell me I needed to get new tires on the front first. They aligned my car to bald tires and it's completely out of line.had to take it in for a second alignment they said it was fine.absolutely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. They say they are still blaskin and lane but far from it.don't trust them.

First of all thank god my tires wore out when they did. My whole front end was on its last leg. These guys fixed my truck up real nice and the price was fair.

Trail Tire at this particular location is awesome and I dealt with Widad and Josh. They were very understanding and courteous. Another location had asked me to purchase 4 new tires instead of patching a flat tire, but Trail Tires assessed my tires and quickly got it fixed in less than half an hour. Also helped me adjust the back-up plate on my rear wheel which was making a scraping noise.

All in all, I’m 100% satisfied. Will recommend to anyone in Calgary!

Highly recommend! Will only be going here from now on. I went in for a tire change and the customer service was fantastic. I dread having to get anything done on my car because I always expect to be told there’s 100 things wrong with my car! Not only did they change my tires, they did a full service at the same time which I was due for anyway so this saved me that expense. And he told me that everything was in great condition (did not attempt to upsell unnecessary services). I really appreciated the fantastic service and transparency and will only go here from now on and continue to recommend them!

They're beyond transparent! The disk and brake pads they installed were top quality. They're so easy to talk to, no aggressive upselling, great prices. They even inspected the car for free, rotated my tires for free. Of course I was sold, and booked the service immediately. Highly recommended!

It’s not often that a repair shop will tell you that your current tires are fine, and you don't need to spend $ on replacement right now. Honest and quick service at the same place! Bonus!
