Very courteous, friendly helpful staff. Had a flat tire repair, a thorough once over exam was performed, informing me of potential issues and remedies. No high pressure to move ahead, questions were welcomed in spite of being busy.

These guys are dope. They'll help you out, won't mess you around and provide excellent customer service.

Great service and professional stuff! First time I had flat tire and it was fixed less than an hour, when 3 previous services told me to come back in two days. Also oil change took around 45 minutes. So I’m glad that we found this service, strongly recommend! Will come back again!

I popped in on Friday morning asking if I could get my tires changed not expecting the same day service! My appointment was for 3pm and by 3: 50 my car was finished
The guys were very professional and friendly and I'm so glad I went there.

Used to be great service when it was B&L but since it became TT, service has deteriorated. Ignoring customers while on the phone, continuing personal conversations; full of excuses for delays and watch your invoices for charges unrelated to work being done. Will not return.

Amazing people! I called to have my tires done here and even though there was no immediate availability, the man that answered was super amazing and polite! Explained how him and his team had been working overtime to help people feel safer driving on the roads and offered to fit me in on his earliest available date if I wasn’t able to get something for today! I may not be able to patronize your service this time but will gladly recommend you to anyone based on your amazing reviews on google and your amazing customer service even during a stressful time! Had my tire repaired and they did not put my hubcaps back had to tell them to do it. I returned after a few days for a retorque and i saw the technician had to spin one lug nut too many times meaning he forgot to tighten it when i had my tires repaired. Poor service! Spent 44 dollars for a patch. Not worth it. I will definitely buy tools and i will do it myself if it ever happens to me again.

I visited Trail Tire Auto on Macleod today…I was in need of tire repair and they took care of me right away. I was so happy with the reception and the service that I will return for future work. I will also be recommending them to friends.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Trail! They have saved me more than I care to count, especially this last snowfall. I had to travel in the snowstorm to a family funeral, and they were able to squeeze me in during their busiest time of the year to switch my tires over AND fix an additional part on my vehicle. I cannot thank you enough. You're always so kind and take time to explain what's going on in my vehicle. I feel so well cared for and completely trust the work that is done. Thank you again!

Glad I found this tire shop. Excellent customer service and workmanship, had a gash in my wife's front right tire that needed advice on. Not only did they not try to upsell me but provided me mutliple options for what might be the best and most affordable options for me the customer, not what's best for their business. It was a really refreshing experience. Kent the service manager went above and beyond and would highly recommend checking this shop out for your tire needs.
