What a fantastic experience and phenomenal service. When switching our Winter tires, they checked over our vehicle, and provided a report. The staff at the front was so helpful. Picked up a screw in my tire and I was able to get my car in at Trail Tire right away. They had it fixed fast and I haven't had any issues since.

Mitch was great help they fixed my leaky tire after kal tire said I would need new rims. The location is very clean and had a nice place to work will I waited for my suv to fixed!

I had four new winter tires put on at a good price here. After the change my jack was nowhere to be found, and called to see if it was possible that it was lost during the change. Bill, the manager, took my call and talked with his people, when there were no news of the jack, he went over the videos of the tire change (the whole operation is recorded), and confirmed that the mechanic never handled the jack. It seem that the car went into the shop without the jack already (where it is, is a mystery of life). I am very grateful for the kind and professional behavior of Bill, and the time and attention he took to confirm the jack was not lost in his shop. Amazing customer care. Thanks!

Our family has been using the services at the 99 st location for over two years.
They have great customer service, the staff are able to recall customers by name on arrival/pickup. They provide service within the timeframe booked.
