I recently had my back brakes and rotors replaced at Trail Tire. Nikki and Jason at the front counter were both professional and a pleasure to deal with. Mark the mechanic took the extra time to thoroughly clean off all the rust before installing my brakes and rotors.

I visit this shop at least twice a year for winter/summer tire swap. The courteous service and relaxed atmosphere ever time I go is greatly appreciated.

Called multiple tire shops in a panic as I found out my newly purchased car only had summer tires on it. No one could get me in, called Trail Tire and they got them done for me same day even though they were already working overtime with their current vehicle load. Thank you guys!

Had my brakes done by Trail, I had a few concerns after so they inspected and adjusted to ensure everything was 100%. All work I have had done at this location has been professional, and affordable. They have also helped us out in a pinch a few times.

I just got hosed by them big time. I said I wanted an "oil change, tire rotation, and two tires check for leaks". My exact words. The tech never asked me a single question after that point.or talked to me / sent me pics after. I arrive to get my can back and it's $220 for that. Instead of an oil change, he did a full synthetic and replaced my filter without asking me (I have a brand new one sitting at home as I always change them myself). That was $100 (on a 2011 grand caravan). He then charged $35 per tire to fix one hole each (one had a nail, the other a screw). The bill says he then charged me $12 for shop fees. How is it possible to use $12 of extra (no-resuable) tools/ equipment for what I had done. Each item on the bill includes all items, equipment and tools needed. I was expecting to pay $150 at high end, but they added $70 extra. Again, no questions asked or info provided.like they were going to use an expensive synthetic oil. $35 to repair "1" little hole that takes like 5-8 min total.

I was passed when I left but waited to calm down before looked at everything. When I did look, I was fuming. I even complained about the price right there and the tech just tells me that's the cost.

I went to them because they had great reviews and were super close to home. Never again will I ever deal with them.

Great service, quick to get a quote and appointment, would ha e been 5 star if they honored the internet prices on their site but were not far off.

Big props to the team at Tirecraft for helping me out in a pinch! I was completing the seasonal change out at home late in the morning on Saturday and found one of the tires completely flat. Called a couple of shops around town and none could (or we're willing) to work on the loose rim/tire the same day due to it being a busy time of year with seasonal change outs. Tirecraft told me they'd be able to take care of it the same day even though they were just as busy. I dropped it off about an hour before they closed, and they had it repaired and ready for pick up not long after they closed for the day. Tirecraft will definitely be at the top of my list when requiring service in the future!

So pleased with my recent service by Craigh & his team. I was able to make an appointment for my tire rotation and oil change on a Friday afternoon for Monday morning! Talking with friends & colleagues they were waiting 2 weeks for an appointment elsewhere. Craigh was adhering to public health guidelines and was also super professional & pleasant to deal with. My car was taken care of & Craigh called when it was ready. I've taken my previous vehicle and my new vehicle to this location for the passed 6 years & have always been treated with respect & great service with great advice. Highly recommend.

I am still so impressed with the staff & service at this location. I have always appreciated the knowledge & the customer service of the front desk staff, even though there has been many different faces over the years. Top notch! Thank you.

I had a blown out tire on my dump trailer. It was a Saturday at 1: 15. They told me they were closed at 1: 00 pm. They stayed open and installed a new tire in one hour. Super knowledgeable and super friendly and have the best tires in stock. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to go there for tires.
