Trailer Town

One guy with cowboy hat was not accommodating and didn't even say a thing when the key of my trailer was handed over to me. Not sure what was his problem but for sure it was not a good customer impression.
Not going back here to do business with them.

After my utility trailer was broken into, twice, the lock and such was rendered useless. We were moving the next day across provinces and needed this trailer!

The guys were amazing!
They helped me out, no appointment and told me to come over right away and they would look at it.
It’s not what they do typically but we’re more than willing to help me out.

It was much appreciated and we will refer many people to them going forward!

Friendly, expert service on our trailer. They tackled a long list of repairs in a timely fashion. They are very friendly and have some great stories. Highly recommend.

I can’t count how many times Trailer Town has saved our butt! This week in particular they bent over backwards to get us an AC so we could make it to Shuswap on time. These guys are the greatest! Salt of the earth-type people. I love to give them my business!

Friendly staff, a bit old school still. But all together a good place. Thought it was a bit odd that the service desk didn’t have their own tools and made a weird comment about using shop tools. Probably a good idea to get some basic tools behind the desk

I came in with broken leaf springs and no way to get home to BC. They were full and didn't have room, but somehow found a way while waiting for parts for another job. I'm very grateful for the dedication to finding a way.

I cannot say enough about how helpful and informative these guys are! My trailers have been in and out faster than I expected and the quality was exactly what I thought it would be a fair price.
This is definitely a place I would highly recommend and the only place that will be looking after all of my trailers.

Will never come here again. Took them over 2 hrs to change a 4 pin plug to a 7 pin and add a charge line. Should have been a 30 or 45 min job. Very poor service. Do not use this shop. They installed a brake contr that was NOT on the work order. Then had to take it out. Now I have 2 screws in the dash to hide the holes.very poor service and no discount for their mistake.

You can get almost everything for you RV. I bought one key as my key to all cabinets outside the rv was broken.

Great prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Would recommend to anyone looking for RV parts in the Calgary area.

Been a couple of times and every time they are so helpful. Never any pressure to buy anything. Great helpful bunch of guys.

My partner and I were just out and about looking around at trailers because we are going to be purchasing one and as soon as we went into this location and into the office we didn’t feel welcomed. The way the front desk agent greeted us made us feel like we weren’t in the correct place. Not a great first impression. Lacking customer service skills.

These guys always have what I need, even after running around the whole city looking for a part. They are my go to supplier

Worst ever, told me they MIGHT have the part I need, but I had to come in and show them pictures (hello? No smart phone?), told me they were open till 3 pm, showed up at 2: 45 pm to find the yard and gates were locked up and nobody would answer the phone even though I could clearly see there was one employee still there. NEVER use them please!

I broke a part on my Thetford toilet and went to Trailer Town for the replacement part but it was back ordered They gave me the part number and found it on Amazon Even though I did not buy anything the guys there were very helpful Great service will make me go back

I contacted Trailer Town to purchase and install my new camper tie downs. They charged the same price as I was able to get on the net. They ordered and installed the product and charged as quoted. Exceptional, friendly and professional service. Great Price.
Today I was having issues with a trailer plug in. After visiting 4 different sites they were the first to steer me in the right direction and check the fuses and tell me everything was fine with my truck.turned out it was the trailer plug causing the problem! Thank-you for helping me out!

They are spamming Kijiji with ads on the same trailer. These guys will beget ever get my business and it goes to say. They are definitely shady. I would stay away from them! Much more reputable places to get an R. V!

Love these guys, they sold us our trailer almost 3 yrs ago (their old place) followed them when they bought trailer town last Oct, will not go anywhere else Dale is always great to deal with, they always try to accommodate if trailer needs fixing in and out! Keith is always there if you need help, especially when camping out of country! Keep up the great work!

Required a 7 to 4 pin converter for our small trailer, they had one in stock. Got it home and had a issue with brake lights not working etc.

Went back, they tested it, took it into their shop right away, turned out had a ground issue. Fixed me up and off I went, now a happy camper!

We are new to the RV world. Our best decision was to purchase from Trailer Towne. From the first moment, we never felt pressured to buy -Keddy was helpful, informative and very friendly. The financial person, Greg, was friendly, efficient and helpful. On pick up day Bart and Phil made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we pulled out of the lot. They were very helpful and patient and calmly answered our million questions and never made us feel rushed. This is a small company, compared to some massive ones we have seen. We feel we received personal attention from everyone we encountered. We left with a feeling that we were welcomed into the world of Artic Fox, rather than just a quick sale. Thank you everyone! Bart is a little old school, which means he didn't talk alot, but it also means he has integrity, listens and has a willingness to repair things, not just replace them.

For two years my 15 year old 3 way Fridge did not work so well on Propane, worked great on AC. I cleaned, maintained and did all the things in the manual I was supposed to do, to no avail. Over the years and at various times I called multiple service shops throughout the city except Trailer Town.they all spotted a quick fridge sale and said the cooling unit was done, and that I needed a new Fridge.

Now I am no rocket scientist (obviously if I can't even repair a propane Fridge), but I figure if the unit gets cold on AC and even DC.then perhaps the cooling unit works just fine. So I would once again YouTube, research and try to repair myself.

Anyway.long story short.our annual family 3 week 30 degree heat drycamping adventure was looming and I actually was getting to the point of giving up and was thinking about trying a new all DC Compression fridge/freezer (I have great DIY Solar Rig) and phoned trailertown to see if they had any stock, because it was one of the few place I had not called in my previous 2 years.and I was grasping.

Bart asks me why, I tell Bart my issues, fully expecting the old familiar response because he is being asked about a brand new expensive possible sale.

Bart says I can fix that, if it works on AC the cooling unit is fine. I told him all the things I tried, he says yep.he can fix it.

And he did, for about 23% of the cost I was resigned to spend on what they could have soaked me for had I bought a new fridge.

Thanks Bart, it is refreshing to know that there are good honest knowledge people out there, not just looking to make a quick sale. You have a new customer.
