Trailside at Skyview Ranch - Broadstreet Ltd.

So few weeks ago I had written a review about the management at this building. I had written to the area manager and after about a week they called me, the area managers name was Kelli LeLacheur. The conversation we had was less then productive, first off she was condescending and treated me like I didn’t matter. Secondly she kept on interrupting me and not allowing me to tell her my concerns. Thirdly she accused me of threatening her even though I was calm, stated the facts, and was very polite about what is happening to us. Lastly she blamed everything I had told her to be our fault and did not assume any responsibility. When I asked her if I can talk to someone above her, the answer she gave me was she is the highest person in the company. I understand that the rental market is very hot rent now and they do not value their existing tenants, because if they lose 1 tenant they have 100 more waiting in line to rent from them. This does not give them the right to treat tenants with such disregard and disrespect. I do not recommend renting from this property or this company, they have no care for their tenants and they are very disrespectful

Cannot express how much I love living here. The team is fantastic and the rental company has been easy to deal with. Branka and Angela are the best! I’ve been living here for 3 years and the staff are always available anytime I need anything. I hope to retire here.

I've been living here for almost two years now, and all the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very clean apartment and quite community.

Since I have moved in, the management has been very helpful and responsive to my needs as I need them. The space is very open and clean, allowing me to put my personal touch on my space.

They're a life saver! My boyfriend and I had a few months to look for a new place to live because our landlord was going to sell the condo we were renting before. I was in utter panic mode since it was all of a sudden and I am pretty much a worrier. I tried going on renting websites and we would always get a bust, and then I found Broadstreet. Everything was so efficient with them; from booking a viewing, booking a pet interview, processing our paperwork down to the moving of our stuff. We booked our viewing September 30 and we were able to fully move in by November. I really appreciated that their working hours were able to accommodate mine and my boyfriend's work schedule. That's why I'm so so thankful to Angela and her manager who really helped us in finding our new home.
