Receptionist don’t even listen to what you’re trying to say they just hang up on you. My dr is awesome but get new staff

Terrible service.i called the office at 9: 33 and they rushed me to come before 10am.i manage to come at 9: 45.only to find out i will be waiting for 2 hrs just to see the doctor.i am a walk in patient and i do understand that i need to wait.but be transparent enough that i will waste my 2 hrs or more for your poor service.i could have done a lot more on those wasted time or better yet not to proceed if it was divulged right at the moment.

Dr. Van Vurran has been my family doctor for years. We have never been treated bad by any of the staff. Some times you have to wait a little to get in if there are a lot of people, but thats the same every where.

Reception very inconsistent with policies/rules. Each different receptionist seems to make it up as they go. Different patrons treated differently. More training needed by all reception staff.

Since 2009 I have been seeing Dr. Marius Van Vuuren, and he has been an amazing Doctor. I have also noticed that the staff too are helpful, professional and polite, even when working constantly to accommodate people's needs. Thank you.

I just want to thank you. To all the staff who's doing a great job for being so kind and patient.and to Doctor Zahid, for removing my skin tag from my neck.especially the cyst from my left hand, he did it so well, thank you so much Doctor for it's been a month now since you removed it.and the pain since then is totally gone. I've been suffering from so much pain every after work and numbness but now finally gone.thank you again and God bless.
