Zero stars. Worst company ever. Home Depot should be ashamed to use this company. New fridge left in the kitchen and not in the space its supposed to be, Old fridge refused to be taken to my basement after paid for and measurements given, no call ahead of delivery, and lastly mud tracked across my off-white carpet. Stay away from these rip off artists.

Same truck almost ran me off the road twice on the way to Calgary in a blizzard. Totally unsafe driving. Plate 2670 7K on the trailer. 30253 on side of truck

No articulated truck and trailer should be taking an inside lane! This is an accident waiting to happen. Oct 18 7: 05 am hauling trailer 32701 going from 100th to Glenmore.

Terrible experience. Driver could not take away old appliance, and did not return as promised.

A couple of miles west of Glacier National Park today on Hwy1 one of your drivers almost ran me and my family off the road at the end of a passing lane. I guess the lane ends in 200m means nothing to him. Just drive us into the barriers it’s ok right. Trailer number TDA53-79404

So much bad experience with these guys. They have unprofessional people in dispatch they don’t know how to deal with drivers.

Terrible experience - Calgary, Alberta. I purchased a dryer from Home Depot with delivery and installation service. When they delivered the dryer, they initially refused to install the dryer, their reason being that I did not purchase a new washer with the dryer and they claimed to only install if we buy the new set. We got the impression I was more to do with laziness to be honest. Then with Home Depots help, it was arranged that they would return to my house a few days later to install the dryer. Now there is a large scratch down the side, right in your eyeline as you enter my house from the garage. They also left a mess behind.
The delivery driver seemed to be trying to persuade me to accept the damage as they were installing the dryer as a favour because they only 'helped me because I have a small baby'? ! No - this is a service I paid for. I'm in shock. I will be avoiding any future purchases where this company is involved. To my knowledge, both Home Depot and Costco use this company which is unfortunate.

Terrible experience. Dropped my new oven outside (didn't use a ramp to take it off the truck) and then claimed the damage was from shipping from the manufacturer and intimidated me into keeping it and calling home depot to "get a discount for the damage". They insisted it was not their fault. I didn't feel comfortable calling them out on dropping it - as a single woman who was alone in the house, I was very intimidated. Little do they know, my doorbell camera caught them dropping it (the oven bounced!) and I'll be sharing this with Home Depot in the hopes that they never use this company again. In addition to the damaged oven, they tracked muddy snow up my stairs (carpeted) and all over my wood floors and scuffed my newly painted walls. I now have to wait another 8 days for my replacement oven (HD did not offer a discount for the damaged one.they want me to have a brand new, undamaged one that I paid for) and I've been waiting since before Christmas already. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy - at least until something is done about their delivery drivers.

Pretty sad. They use no protective coverings while move expensive appliances. Lazy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
