I was in looking at a used trailer. It was a couple years old but in good shape. I was going to go ahead and purchase it. Inside the trailer it was listed for 21,999.00 I sit down with the salesman just to have the manager walk in and tell me the trailer is now 29,999.00 Not sure what was going on. I felt like they were trying to take it vantage of me. Would not recommend this place.

Excellent customer service for a small sale (extendable truck mirrors). The lady took the time to come to our vehicle and show us everything we needed to know for installation. We are new at the rv thing. Gave us the best service/ and other tips and trick.

After a long drawn out process and being denied multiple times by the manufacturer for a warranty repair on my recently purchased trailer, I was very happy with how travelland handled the situation and was especially happy with the lengths that Les went to, to get me at least some resolution to my concerns about my trailer.

I dropped our Class A off at the Airdrie Traveland and right from the start the experience was a pleasant one. I was met by Service Advisor Adrianna who went over my concerns with me and was assured me that I will be able to pick our unit up in 4 days. We have a camping reservation a couple days later and I felt reassured that it will be ready. When I came to pick up the MH, Adrianna and Brittany, Finance Dept, greeted me and went over everything. Two very personable individuals that are a definite asset to this company. I won’t hesitate to return. Thank you.

The purchase of our first ever brand new trailer has been a great experience thanks to the team at Traveland RV.
We went in with ideas of what we wanted and the salesman, Cody, was knowledgeable of inventory and very patient with all the random questions and concerns being asked. He was very laid back and personable, and didn't come across as a "pushy salesman".
And all of this wouldn't have been possible without the amazing finance consultant, Travis. He helped make this a very smooth experience every step of the way. Travis has exceptional communication and great patience dealing with my many questions that I was asking either by email or calls.
I look forward to picking the new trailer up in a couple days and enjoying the summer ahead.

Bought a brand new Alliance Fifth Wheel from Traveland RV in Airdrie. Sales person Craig Pajek was knowledgeable about a variety of their fifth wheel stock and was timely in breaking down the price difference between our current RV and the various models he walked us through. Without exception Traveland RV offered the best price difference and the best variety of RV options that suited our needs.

As is expected RV had a myriad of deficiencies and damage found post delivery that needed to be addressed through warranty. Worked with a service representative “Tony” who was detailed and thorough on damage inspection upon delivery to them for the warranty repairs. He spent the time to thoroughly and personally inspect and note all areas of concern. Trailer was promised back in approximately 10 days and they delivered in that commitment. Tony walked through the rv with us.and spent the time to inspect every area of repair with us to which all of our concerns were repaired with a detailed repaired report. For those who have been frustrated with RV service failures, this experience was far superior to our history with other dealerships.

Just purchased our first RV from this dealership. What a great experience! I only wish all businesses were this great. Craig was our sales rep. He was attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. His colleague Les was also great and helped with getting the deal done. When it came down to buying parts Jacob was knowledgeable. Dave went through the T@B 320 with us and was very thorough. My girlfriend and I went to RV wars last fall where we first met Jaye Agar. We had gone out to just have a look around and see what we may like in the future but upon leaving, we were seriously considering buying an RV. Yesterday we got our 5th wheel trailer back home. We are really happy with the consideration service from Traveland RV, Airdrie. Maybe it is easy to people to buy a travel trailer, but it is frastrated to us sometimes due to the language barrier. We want to thank all the staff, expecially the sales manager Les Mitchell and Brodie MacDonald, without them we can't have a great purchase experence. We would go to Airdire again if we will buy another trailer.

We had such a great experience here. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the trailer of our dreams. From helping carry some of our bags in when we were signing paperwork (we have a 7 month old), to chatting after hours about specs and different trailers on the lot. Eric Button was fantastic to deal with and did everything he could to make our experience smooth and successful. We are excited for the camping season this summer!

Wow - these folks sure went out of their way to make our purchase so easy and special for us. They paid attention to us and made sure all our questions and concerns were looked after. First time we'd ever made this kind of purchase where most of the initial part of the buying process was done online. But once we were in Airdrie and in the door the personal service made up for the cold online part. Lyle was great showing us all the details of our unit and Randy who took care of all the paperwork made the time there fun. A few adjustments had to be done to one of the doors and the overhead vent needed a bit of tweaking. But they had staff there on a Saturday in the service department to take care of it right away before we were back on the road. I would highly recommend Traveland RV Airdrie for your next RV purchase.

Bought our first RV from these folks, and they were great. Our unit arrived with a few problems and they went into overdrive to address the issues; they don't stop until you are happy. Service department staff are outstanding - very, very helpful and always available, no matter where we were across the country.

Traveland RV respected and responded to the insights and concerns we regarding the repairs we had scheduled them to make. They made available the RV technician Robert twice beforehand and once later to discuss the approach and successful execution of our repairs. Very satisfied.

We purchased a NuCamp Tab400 which we first saw at Traveland. We have been very happy with the everything about the trailer and have received great support from Traveland - especially as first time RVers. The staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - just as promised!

Start to first warranty appointment as been smooth. A little miss communication but in the end resolved itself and my trailer is ready to go for the 2022 camping season.

From the Information given when we were first investigating a Travel Trailer Purchase, to our Completed Purchase of a 23 Foot Statecraft Trailer the Experience was First Class. No pressure selling or financing, just Good Information for us to make an Informed Purchase. One of the Most Pleasurable Major Purchase Experience.

Change of review. At first, the service is great. As soon as you buy something, service is terrible.first month on the road with new rv from these guys was a nightmare. After first trip camping we were told to bring it in for service with some very serious axel issues. We notified of an upcoming holiday, put a new tire on that was worn bald and brought it from a 3 hour journey to drop it off. After leaving it there for many weeks, we came in to pick it up for our trip which they were informed of. When I arrived, they said nothing had been done out of the 15 or so warranty issues including the axel. I advised that I wouldnt have brought it in spending 2 days driving just to find out nothing had been done. I have more to add but atm need to see it play out.people are very nice, service is horrendous and s nightmare!

My wife and I spent dozens of hours looking for the perfect trailer. Living in Maple Ridge the closest Traveland was in Langley. The staff their was awesome. No rush, no pressure. It was a pleasure looking around the entire site. Found the one for us, Jayco, White Hawk 23MRB. As most interiors are predominantly a brown we found out there was an identical trailer in Airdrie with what they call a Farmhouse look inside the trailer. Lots of white with bits of grey on some areas. Now we were dealing with Airdrie. Countless emails and phone calls took place. Dealing with Jaye and Brodie was such a pleasure. Both bent over backwards to make this deal remarkable. Thanks Traveland and staff for everything.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Less Mitchell today in the process of buying my new trailer. He was honest and transparent which in my experience is not too common these day. He got me a price i was comfortable with and made the process as painless as possible. Would definitely refer my friends and family to traveland rv in the future.

Bought a new opus 15 with the expert help and excellent knowledge of Les Mitchell. Les went the “extra mile” to make sure we got the best deal in a no hassle no haggle fashion. I did a lot of research before inquiring about our unit as was surprised that Les knew all the details of even the newest products. Highly, highly recommend.

If you don't want to waste your money and time, please try to avoid this place.
We asked them to inspect and repair a few minor problems in our trailer. However, we were charged $800 but got NOTHING repaired.
For example, our refrigerator couldn't work on propane. They charged us $238, but only told us that without removing sink and stove, which would cost a few extra hundred dollars, they couldn't pull out the refrigerator completely for inspection.it is ridiculous! Later, we learned from the Internet and changed a board by ourselves. We completely fixed the problem, and repairing only cost less than one hour and $160, all in our amateur hands.
How can we trust their so-called "professional" skills? Don't waste your money and time!

Highly recommend this dealership and more specifically, Les Mitchell. I drove to Airdrie from Edmonton to look at a trailer and I am so happy with the whole experience and the staff here. Les is honest, funny and knows trailers inside out. If you want an honest person to walk you through what you're looking at, he is definitely the person you need to see. Not only is he easy to talk to, he has lived in a trailer for I believe 9yrs and lived/travelled all over North America and Mexico. Whatever question you could have, if he doesn't know he'll get you the answer but more importantly the truth. There weren't any gimmicks or high pressure sales and that is huge in my books. I can't say enough great things about my experience here.

Had some issues with Traveland RV and getting our trailer repaired under the extended warranty. A couple mistakes were made with ordering parts and after hours pick up. But they did reach out and make things right, acknowledged and owned up to frustrations I've had. So I'm changing my review to a 3 and will give them another shot. It was very nice of them making the gesture so they do care about their customers and want to work with them if they're not satisfied. Thanks Cori.

I usually don't write review but this was truly exceptional service so far. I bought a trailer on line and my sales person Les Mitchell was great. There were no games; he was a straight shooter and I got a great deal. Considering this was a distance sale and trust was a major factor, he put me at ease right away because of his direct and honest manner. Very personable. Follow up with finance was also great. So far so great.

Worst customer service. Small selection of RVs. Was told I could "hold" a spot on an RV while I made a decision, they ended up charging my credit card and making a sales bill. When I called to get my charge reversed, I was told the finance department was too busy.
Still waiting for my 500.00 refund.it's been a week.
