The parts department was fantastic to deal with. They found me a part that was discontinued, which saved me a ton of money. Then when there was a delay in shipping I got a little frustrated. It definitely wasn’t a great moment for me. But the person I dealt with in parts, handled it very well, and the situation was resolved quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

We booked our trailer in for some repairs at the end of September, they went above and beyond to make sure all the issues were repaired. It is appreciated when you have knowledgeable staff members who go the extra mile to ensure all your concerns are addressed.

We have been dealing with Traveland for some time and appreciate all it has to offer. Even when something is not up to our standards the staff is willing to go out of their way to see what can be done. The supervisors have been just as good for making sure all is good after. They have even taking on some of our personal suggestions and seen if they can make it work even when its not the standard practice. When something has been missed, we have noticed they try their best to fix the situation with a solution that works for both sides. I strongly believe in good and fair communications both ways. We will continue to go to Traveland.

I was driving through on my way to move to Alaska and pulling a loaded 16' cargo trailer when I decided I had to have a WD hitch because my Tundra wasn't handling the trailer well without one. Not only did Traveland have one in stock but they managed to squeeze me in for the install that same day so I could continue my move and not have to spend an extra day in Grande Prairie. 100% super happy with Traveland and very grateful for their help.

We were in a bit of a time sensitive situation when buying, due to the fires around Grande Prairie last weekend, and Andy Poole our Product Specialist was very knowledgeable, and very quick to help us find our unit that worked for us as a family, and our budget.

Bob Balderstone in Finance was also very helpful and supportive in working out the details quickly for us. All the Staff from Management who worked out the numbers, to the staff in service worked together very fast and we went home in less than 3 hours with our trailer.

We are traveling across Canada from Alaska to Nova Scotia. Our roof tore and blew back on our camper. We pulled into Happy Trails RV looking for help. We got the best help, kindness and professionalism that we have ever received in an RV place! They took our camper right in, repaired it and allowed us to to park at their business, hooked to electricity, for the night. I really enjoyed dealing with Walter, he was very attentive to me and my family, and supported our choice. He wasn't pushy and aggressive, but was more able to listen and deliver on what we needed. Now I was originally just kicking tires and looking around but then here came Walter, with his big smile and showed us around. And thanks to him and his paying attention he set us up with a nice trailer and me and my family have enjoyed it a lot and made some good memories. Even though I showed up fairly late they still took the time to show me the unit thoroughly and even completed most paperwork as they knew I wouldn’t be able to drop in to complete the rest anytime soon due to my shift. I walked into Traveland GP, not completely sure on what I was looking for. I’ve been on the hunt for an RV for sometime but just wasn’t completely sure on my options. We bought a new Jayco White Hawk this spring and I won’t rate the product other than to say to be on first name basis with the service department after a couple of trips out with it should say it all.
I dealt with Steve and Bill the first couple times and Carol on the last trip in and it took a little convincing for her to see my side of the story but when we got on the same page they made things happen.
We were leaving for vacation Thursday July 1 and Wednesday morning having had the fridge plugged in for a couple of days we knew it didn’t work and was told to get in ASAP and six hours later picked it up with a new fridge installed. Great job guys and I give you top marks for service like that.

Our power converter failed while we were camping. I phoned several places in Prince George bury no one had one. Decided to phone Traveland and they had one. I talked to McKayla in parts and she was very helpful in finding and making sure the converter was the correct one. She also took care for shipping to us.
We have dealt with them before and would recommend them to anyone who needs help. Very very satisfied

I am very disappointed with the treatment from the staff at happy trails. My car just got a flat tire 50 feet from happy trails and I was able to get it jacked up but my tire was siezed on. A very kind gentleman stopped to help me as I was unable to get it off and also couldn't get in touch with my husband.

Even with his assistance we were unable to get the tire off so he went up to happy trails to ask if we could use a bar to help release my tire from the hub. Instead of even checking (thank God I didn't have my children in the car), they told him to get off of their property.

I am very disappointed with the complete disregard for someone just trying to help a lady out.

We recently bought a motorhome in Grande Prairie and are very happy with our purchase.
We dealt with Ryan who was a no pressure salesman which I really appreciated.
We were treated well and kept in the loop throughout the whole process.
Jessica the kind lady at the paperwork side of things was also super and made things painless.
When picking up our Winnebago and going through everything we noticed a problem with the batteries, they were being switched out within 3 or 4 minutes by the technicians.

Staff was great to deal with. We are a first time buyer and have never owned a trailer before, the walk through after buying was great and very informative in how everything worked and made our camping experiences over the summer very easy. Can't wait for the summer of 2021.

DO NOT BUY HERE! So a few months ago me and my fiancé bout our first travel trailer. What an ordeal the salesman Rolland was great. And that’s where the experience gets bad. We showed a bit of interest in a newer 2020 model but we told finance we want to get approved on the 2010 unit we were more interested in. So we get a call a couple days later saying we were approved. On the 2020 which I asked to not be submitted to the bank. And the finance manager when asked about the 2010 said she Would need to submit that as she had worked on the new one and had not on the 2010 which I specifically asked not to submit on the 2020. Me and my fiancé were pushed for an hour or more about buying the new one after I repeatedly said we are NOT interested at all. The payments kept getting lower and even after I said it wasn’t about the payments we just don’t want it the finance manager proceeded to tell us lower and lower payments. Even after I said the payment was not the problem were just not interested in it! The finance manager even went as far as splitting us up and pushing my fiancé on the newer one when I was talking to the salesman (very unprofessional) which we continued to say we were not interested in it at all! We wound up finally getting the 2010 approved after a full day of wasted time.

So we take the camper home and it sits for a couple weeks before our first trip. We were told that the campers at happy trails were inspected. The inspection must just make sure it has 4 walls and the wheels turn because even the smallest things were missed on the inspection. The breaks are heat warped and chatter at low speeds. The sink was leaking (was told leaks were part of the inspection) the drain plug for the fresh water tank was missing (got to the campground at 1am because I had to run around town to find something that would work.) And to top it all off they never even check to make sure the sewage hose was there just told us it was.it’s not big surprise there. (Yes I realize I should have checked on delivery but I figured as it was inspected it was there and I did ask and was told it was there)

Not a good first experience buying a camper and will from now on I will take my business anywhere else but here!

The sales team took the time to review what we wanted and what would meet our needs in size and comfort.
We found the unit! It took about 3-4 weeks and they patiently helped us through the process as first time buyers.
Would I recommend Travelands RV? I would and have and will again. My family is already thinking about our next unit and we know there is only one dealer for us.

This is the second used RV Toy hauler I bought here and the staff went over and above to get my family camping for the first weekend and took care of a few issues we had the first weekend out. We were greated right away by a great salesman. He never rushed us, let us take our time and we found exactly what we were looking for. If anyone is looking to buy an RV, we will definitely send them to Happy Trails in Grande Prairie!

Stopped by looking to upgrade our 5th wheel, salesman called to get info a few days later and was going to call back after the weekend, thats been 8 days ago, aparently not too interested in selling. Moving on to another dealership sadly.

Probably the best time i have had make a large purchase. Staff is was always happy and polite. Great to deal with.

Recently brought my unit in for some warrente work and techs left the lights on which drained the batteries completely rendering them useless. Travaland is refusing to replace the batteries even tho it was their techs that killed them. If you bring your unit in for service be sure to remove your batteries as they will NOT help you in any way.

We bought a 2018 brand new travel trailer in june of 2019, when we initially bought the trailer it was owned by Happy Trails RV In Grande Prairie, AB it has since been bought out by Travelland RV and we have had nothing but horrible service since, we are in the midst of warranty work that needs to be done eg faulty furnace switch for one and the lady my spouse is dealing with is anything but pleasant, she is rude and has zero customer service! And figures that they shouldnt have to warranty anything as it was purchased before they took over, well Jayco is Jayco and should be warranteed by Jayco, prior to Travelland, Happy Trails customer service was amazing, travelland shouls follow suit.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our new Pinnacle 5th wheel. We were in Arizona for the winter and did a lot of research for a unit that would meet our needs and actually found the unit of our dreams online. We dealt with Jorden the Internet Sales Director who works out of their BC location and actually the unit we purchased was at their Grande Prairie location. Upon our return to Alberta we made the trip up to Grande Prairie with our trade in and picked up our new unit - all went well - no surprises - the staff at the Grande Prairie location were great to deal with and we look forward to dealing with the Airdrie location staff for any of our servicing.
