Great staff, very helpful, lots of collectables to choose from like comics, Pokemon, hot wheels and more

Note: no public washrooms as we learned the hard way!
I've been to this store twice, as I'm from Edmonton and like to hit up these types of stores in other locations away from home.
Our first visit was pleasant. This was our first stop coming down from Edmonton and my partner really had to use the washroom, and the employee working kindly directed her towards it, which was in a back hallway. We browsed what they had, from old video games, comic books, and pokemon cards, and added a few cards to our collection. The employee working made some small talk with us as well and he was really friendly and approachable. We left enjoying our visit to the store and made note of returning the next time we're in Airdrie.
The second visit wasn't as enjoyable, as once again it was our first stop and this time I had to use the washroom. Remembering where it was located, my partner directed me towards it. The door that led to the hallway was closed this time. Once we entered the hall, a female employee quickly came over and asked what we were doing and abruptly told us that there's no public washrooms. When my partner told her she was allowed to use it last time, the employee said she's never seen us in the store before, as if to say she knows EVERY single customer who has walked in, and was further questioning who let us go back there. It almost seemed like she thought we were trying to get into back areas, and was being accusatory with her tone. It was an awkward situation and the employee handled it poorly, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome all because we wanted to use the washroom. This will most likely deter us from visiting again, which is too bad as we frequently travel between Edmonton and Calgary.

My wife loves this place every time we come to Airdrie she always wants to have a quick look to see if there is anything new.

Our son loves Treasure Cove and wants to spend all his summer time and money here! Staff is so helpful and friendly and they've got so much knowledge to help the budding comic enthusiast as well as the pros!

Went with my girlfriend for the first time today, the owner, John was very polite and accommodating in assisting us with finding what we we searching for. Entering the shop brought upon a rush of nostalgia as I came across things from both my youth as well as my parents and beyond, definitely worth checking out

Solid collectible store.little bit of everything, figures, comics, video games, cards, odds/ends.if you are visiting airdrie, it's a fun store to stop by.highly recommend

Amazing place to shop for cards and boosters. Was able to pull a bunch of Planeswalkers from their set and collector packs so it's safe to say they have some good ones! Friendly staff as well! Love the place.

Will not offer remotely fair price for silver coins that he sells for crazy high. Also, staff charges gst on pure silver which is illegal. Place seems sleazy but staff is super polite and nice so I cant totally trash.

Drove out from Calgary, cool little shop, friendly lady working there. Unfortunately she wasn’t wearing a mask, so I won’t be back.

An okay shop but the premium pricing coupled with the nickel and dime attitude keeps me away from this store. I honestly feel like I’m getting ripped off every time I spend a dollar here.

To start John gave me a fair value in trade for a couple of boxes of comics that I brought in. Most importantly he was very helpful and patient trying to find age appropriate comics for my 3 kids. I will definitely be coming back to set up a couple of subscriptions for the kids and myself!

This store is very unique and interesting! The staff here is really friendly and always helpful! As someone who goes there quite often I am always recognized and greeted with a friendly smile.
The events are always fun and full of new people to meet and hang out with!
I often spend a couple of hours here browsing through hundreds of Magic the Gathering cards while I get suggestions from the people around me. It's always a good time!

A gem of a shop that I surely wish had known about many years ago filled with awesome goodies from the past! A pleasure to chat with the owner (John) who's fair to deal with and has cool stories to tell from his 30 years of shop ownership. Highly recommended shop visit!

This place is alright, just don’t ever try trading or selling anything here. Otherwise they’ve got lots of selection of various collectables and the owner is pretty knowledgeable on most things collectable related.
