Treehouse Indoor Playground - North Calgary

Amazing place to be. My kid loves it. I like the fact that entry for accompanying adult is free.

Kids really had fun. They enjoyed everything the place has to offer! Staffs are nice and friendly, kuddos to that! Surely coming back here again!

I had a fantastic experience at Treehouse. The environment was both safe and engaging, which made it a fun place for kids to explore and enjoy. Staff members were friendly and attentive, always on hand to ensure the kids had a great time. I highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxed day out with children:)

Visited Treehouse with my kids and had a great experience. The play area was clean and well-maintained. My kids enjoyed playing and the Chicken Fingers were a hit! It's a good spot for a family outing. Highly recommended.

The salad made by Khalil is the best tasting salad. This place for kids is very nice and parents get the best satisfaction because of Khalil’s skillful customer services. We have come to treehouse for a couple of years and still the best place ever until now because of the professional staffs.

We just hosted a birthday party here. Kids had an amazing time, staff were great and the price was amazing!

If I could leave a zero, I would. The only things worth any positive rating at this location are the young staff members that try their best.
This location (like many people on here have mentioned) is absolutely disgusting. Ownership clearly isn't concerned with the health and well being of its customers. Nothing is cleaned or sanitized unless you take it upon yourself. Half of all the arcade machines are broken and eat your money. The ball launching guns are always broken and never maintained. The scooters and the wall ball games are frequently not working. I get that things breakdown, but ownership never takes the initiative to fix anything. This is one of those classic places that gives the northeast its terrible name. Point being, don't waste your time. Go to hide and seek (same price, and exponentially better in every way.) or flying squirrel (more expensive, but worth every penny.)

Took my 21 month old son here today and it was a lot of fun. The staff were kind and helpful. The facility was really clean and staff were walking around actively wiping surfaces down. The washrooms were clean and the stall where the changing table is located is nice a large. There are lockers on site to store your stuff which was AWESOME. I VERY MUCH appreciated the specific toddler room for littles only and that it has a locked gate on it. It can be so hard taking very small toddlers to places when they almost get run over by other larger kids, thankfully this was not the case here. My son was able to walk around freely the entire time which was wonderful and he had a lot of fun. The food menu was fun and tasty as well. Some of the arcade machines were broken, but there were signs on them saying they were trying to get them fixed ASAP. The only feedback I would give would be the rule about outside food. Very small toddlers can be quite picky and my son currently has a milk allergy, so it's important for me to at least be able bring snacks and safe options for him. I did pack his lunchbag with his own options and we bought food for ourselves as well. Thankfully we weren't given any hassle about him having his own lunch box and I have no issue supporting the venue by purchasing food and drink there. We definitely will be going back to this location in the very near future!

Great place for kids to play, daughter loves this place. Staff is friendly, good deals, cheap entrance fee. Overall good place for kids to get their energy out.

My kids come here twice a week at least. They love it here. Staff are friendly and the food is very decent. Clean facilities. Fun for up to 10 years of age I would say

The Calgary North facility is absolutely disgusting. Most of the arcade games are broken (not that they tell you that before selling you tokens for it) and very dirty/sticky/dusty. The toddler zone is not fit to let a baby crawl around in and the structures and toys are sticky and visibly dirty. The floors everywhere in the facility are filthy, from sticky liquid to crackers/food and coffee stir sticks. There is even food and food wrappers throughout the big kids play structure. The staff were rude and impatient, even when dealing with the kids trying to cash in their tickets. A few years ago this location was nice, but it is terrible now. I will never return to this location. I’d be shocked if this place could actually pass a health inspection.

Clean facility, really nice staff. They enforced the toddlers only in the toddler area. The big kid area was also suited to toddlers. Food was insanely expensive at $12 for 4 cheese sticks and just over 10 chicken popcorn nuggets.

Great place and has some big space compare to south branch.just need to organize a little bit specially on toddler area which all the kids toys is everywhere and much great if make it operational.food selection is great as the other branch. 4/5stars for me and i would recommend this branch.

First time visitor at Treehouse. Amazingly well kept considering how busy it was when my wife and I were there. Great staff with a LOT of patience. Gets a bit pricey with 3 kids of your own and their friends but I guess I shouldn't have had so many! Will be back again for sure.

I have been to this Treehouse countless times with my 2 and 3 year old children. We had always experienced kind staff and a clean play area. We recently booked and had my daughters 2 year old birthday here and it was perfect. Everything was done in a timely manner, the whole play area was tidy, the staff was wonderful and the food was exactly what we ordered. I’d like to give them a higher rating for making a kids birthday SO easy to have. No set up! No clean up! Happy kids, relaxed parents.

Great place to take your kids of all ages to burn some energy. They do birthday parties as well. Have food and drink options inside. It's cheap on Tuesday for kids. Parents are always free.

Fantastic place to take the children! I have searched for an indoor playground that is fun, appropriate for my 2 year old while being affordable and this is the place! I like to take my son on Wednesday mornings because they have 50% off admission Wednesdays between 9AM -1030AM (You can stay all day the times listed are based on arrival) and its usually not as packed versus afternoons. So much fun for the kids. They have toddler area with ballpits, blowup bouncy castle, lots of climbing areas and arcade games. My only complaint is that you cannot bring your own food and drinks, they do have lots of variety for foods and drinks but I find they are a little high priced in my opinion other than that this place is just great for the children. You can definitely spend quite a few hours here. This is only based on the North location, I have never been to the other location.

Awesome playground. Awful food price and small portions. A joke so on that note. We will go less frequently. And not at all in the summer

This place is fun but disgustingly full of germs! I took my daughter there twice and every time we go the next day she gets sick, and I mean really sick. She keeps puking and has a bad fever. The same thing happened to my nephew. I highly doubt the staff are trained to sanitize the place or if management even pays attention to the matter.

Ordinary indoor playground. Tunnels too narrow for a accompanying adult. Changing area is just wrong - benches are too tall and no carpets, watch out for your falling kids. Staff doesn't care.

Way over priced for what they have there. Facility is not clean at all and it's hard to find anything that not broken. Wont be going back there for sure

Absolutely fantastic place. Great place for toddlers so much to do, definetely can spend an entire day here with the kids. Prices are very fair and they have specials like 50 percent off on certain days and times. Cant bring any indoor food or drinks which is major downfall as their food and drinks are quite pricey but adults have free admission so it makes up for it. Best indoor playground yet!

Very cooperative staff, excellent environment for kids, one of the workers there, Logan, is an asset for treehouse. He rocks. He now visit this place very often just because of him. Awesome simply

This is by far my family’s first choice for indoor playground in the city! We have been to almost all the indoor playgrounds in the city, like hide n seek, big fun, flying squirrel etc. But the staff here makes all the difference! Nyola was amazing today, but every time we go (which is almost every weekend) the staff on duty is always awesome️️️️

Excellent place for kids of all ages. Clean and well maintained, I was not worried about my 2 littles running around here. The bigger kids can do the climbing equipment and slides by themselves and you can see them the whole time from the seating area which is great. The toddler zone is large enough for the already-walking crowd but great for crawlers too. Great ball pit in there too! Wahsrooms were clean and the food service area was well stocked and cleaned, but I didn't buy anything so I don't know about their prices. Treehouse is big enough for great fun but small enough so no one gets lost!

This place is fun for kids but i dislike how separate everything is. If you go by yourself and more then one child its a little hard to keep track when it gets crowded. Its good for those nights when you just want the kids to burn some energy off before bed. Priced well for what's offered, the food is so so, we usually eat before or after. Bathrooms aren't kept super clean and water fountain seems to be broken or just a trickle every time we go. Staff is friendly and readily available.

Always a great place to bring the kids, only thing, noticed the staff on their phones when they should be helping the customers

The staff make this place! They are phenomenal with the kids and incredibly aware, I saw one guy jump the counter and grab a kid as he tried sneaking out with a group. The play place is clean and lots of fun, prices on food however could be more affordable.
