Treehouse Indoor Playground - Red Deer

We hadn't been since covid, and we were so glad we decided to go back. The main play structure is definitely the best part. The slides are endless entertainment. My kid ran around for 3 straight hours. It's genius.

The arcade was disappointing, BUT the staff were aware and the games were going to be repaired. Also, it's optional so no big deal really.

There is an area for babies and toddlers to play and it's gated. So cute and safe from the rambunctious kids

The entry past the foyer is gated. Parents and kids get matching stamps to verify they belong together so no one can leave with your child without your saying so. A staff member has to press a button to release the magnet that locks the barrier. Kids can't crawl under it.

You can leave and come back all day.

Adults are free. Lockers are free. There are plenty of spaces for boots and a coat area as well.

My ONLY real complaint was the washroom. It smelled so weird and gross. I think maybe they need some automatic air purifiers or something and have the fans going all the time.

Oh, also you can buy food there as well as snacks, coffee, juice, etc. I'm not sure if there is a water refill station.

Obviously, it's loud. I wear loops (ear plugs). If your kids are independent, bring a book and sit at a table on the second floor that overlooks the play structure. Might even be relaxing!

Kids loved it. I wish there was a washroom upstairs too, helps for those kiddos with small bladders playing and eating upstairs.
Other than that, great location and wonderful activities for the kiddos!

My grandkids love it here. I've never been and was really surprised. It seemed to be quite busy but it's so spread out with little areas, there's no waiting to use the slide, or anything. They can run around and just have fun!

Birthday party for our 4 year old granddaughter. Everything ran perfect. The pizza they handled was hot the refreshments were cold the room the right size a visit from Paw Patrol great venue everyone was excited and had fun.

We love the treehouse. My 4 year old can play for hours here. In the alberta winter it's great to actually be able to bring him somewhere to get out his energy

My grandkids still love treehouse to play in. Oldest is 12. They have cool arcade games that spit out tickets to redeem for treats. A bday party area, concession and the indoor playground is amazing. Only thing is not enough supervision for kids.

We love playing here! It's a great place for the kids to play freely and the parents to fit and watch or have fun as well

Treehouse is a fun environment. My toddler loved the little gated space just for little ones. He was able to play away from the older more wild children. They have lots of healthy snacks to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly too.

Very nice place to take the small ones when it's cold out. My only gripe is the arcade section is loud as hell and can be off-putting for the smaller kids

Watching 15 kids is not an easy task when organizing a birthday party. Luckily the gate is always close to come in and out. My mind is at peace and not scared to loose one of the kids.

Staff were friendly and efficient, facility was mostly clean, bright and pleasant.

Several of the arcade games were out of order, a few of the areas in the back portion of the climbing area were difficult to see and poorly lit.

Bathrooms needed maintenance/cleaning.

Food was underwhelming but not unexpected given the venue.

Music was far louder than it needed to be, adding to the already chaotic and overwhelming atmosphere.

My 1 yr old and I had some serious fun here along with his cousins can't wait to make another trip

A great and clean environment for kids to play! They even have an area for smaller kids to play with a ball pit! They also have an upper room with more toys for smaller kids and some cool cutouts of a police station, grocery store etc. In the upper Cafe.

Pretty great place. Well thought out space. Bottom could maybe use a bit more padding on the ground imo but happy it's around:)

My kids always love going here. The staff members are nice and friendly. My kids love the games and the opportunity to win prizes.

Always a fun time bringing my kiddos here. The price is good, especially after 7 and adults are free. The food is good and reasonable too. My favorite indoor hangout when I'm bored.

Very cool place with lots of things to do for kids. Arcade, a huge big playground, a toddler area, snacks/food available.

Love coming here with my kids, we all have lots of fun so much so we keep coming back. Great staff and customer service. Only issue I saw is that the air was stagnant, smelt like feet as soon as you walk in.

Friendly staff, diligent in checking stamps, i see them cleaning frequently. Bathrooms needs work.

This was such a great place for kids to play. Well supervised by staff to make sure no one got too badly hurt by others shenanigans

Kids had a blast. The staff is very blah here they do not like their jobs and it's very evident. But the facility is awesome a bit over priced if you have multiple kids, and the games take more tokens then I remember and only give a couple tickets, for dollar store garbage prizes. Kids have fun still though for them.

While the space is fun for kiddos to burn off some steam, I don't particularly appreciate being threatened with police being called for not wearing a mask (I wore one but, the principle remains). We won't be back.

Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere! Threatening/harassing my family and I on calling the police over a mask is pathetic. I suggest instead of worrying who is wearing masks, they should be more worried about their arcade games running smoothly.

Really great place for kids and the owner is a seriously kind dude. Highly recommend if you have little ones going a little stir crazy

Pretty cool for little kids. Tough to get around as an adult though. Definitely built for kids

Ample parking and well priced for comparable facilities. On arrival staff was great to check us in, cubby shoe storage and a coat room available. For the small space there is a wide array of activities to engage many ages of kids. The baby area was nice to be safely separated from rough big kids, the main area has target shooting and a spot to race cars. There’s a small arcade downstairs (I loathe tokens & tickets but see the draw of extra revenue) and food concession. Upstairs the seating area is built loft-style so parents can easily look out into the structure but also has TVs showing camera feeds of the areas you can’t see. Pretend play houses there, a room full of Lego, and another room upstairs with more play options (ball pit, large musical toys, small climbing structure, interactive full body moving play) really gives kids the option to play differently or with different people/energy levels as they wish. The bathrooms were ample but definitely showed wear. Leaving I was happy to see the staff cross checking kids with parents to make sure no one snuck out.

It was good I brought my two-and-a-half-year-old there he was having fun the only downfall about it was you buy food or Papi have to pay $0.50 to refill your drink but otherwise it was fine

Besides the things i strongly dislike (food over priced and the itty bitty cups they give you for water because you cant bring your own food or drinks) i love bringing the kids here. Its kind of small and not many places to sit for adults and that alone deters me.i would much rather drive the extra 25 minutes to calgary but its convenient when im already in town.none the less the kids love it.so thats all that matters right!?

My son loves this place and the price is reasonable too! Great way to spend a few hours when the weather isn't cooperating!

Nice place for a small city like
Ours. Could use some maintenance. Most of the toys in the toddler zone dont have batteries. Otherwise a good place for the little ones to blow some steam.

Our little guy (2 year old) had an absolute blast here today. We started in the toddler zone and made our way up to the big jungle gym and he loved every second of it. Great place to entertain kids. We will definitely be coming back!

Kids had a blast here! As a family friendly place I would have expected they have change tables in the men’s washrooms. Just a heads up that this might anger many fathers.

The Treehouse Indoor Playground's atmosphere is very upbeat. Staff are friendly and there are tons of activities for kids. However, it can be expensive to get in and for food. Overall, I recommend as a family outing with children between the ages of 3-10!

A very safe and fun place to take your little ones. My daughters enjoy playing with other children, and treehouse makes that possible for them. It's secured, your child will never leave without you knowing because they check the stamps on your hands.

100% recommend treehouse to parents, guardians and care takers.

Nice place to be able to take your kids to have fun when the weather is less than ideal. Depending on the age of the child and the admittance fee, probably wouldn't want to go there too often. However, it is nice that parents/adults are free. Lots to do there to keep kids happy and active

We celebrated my son's birthday at treehouse it was amazing. The party room, mascot and games, the foods & the staff are amazing, thank you for bringing the indoor playground for our kids since long winter in here again. Aside from party, every visit has lots of fun, from mascots, surprises and promos. Five stars for you guys.

If I could afford it, they would be there daily, just for the sole fact that it’s their favourite place.

Fun fun fun. Great place to be a kid! Loved the large indoor slides & all the playrooms & game area. Assorted food & drinks that accommadated every diet.

The kids always have a good time here. It can become an expensive day out, but they do have deals to save a little bit. It's good for a special treat.

Sounds rude to say, but this place is a bit of dump. Too many things broken or just worn out. Air fountain not working, air baseball not working, ping pong table missing ball and has only one paddle, swinging merry go round not working, at least 3 of the arcade machines not working. When you charge $14 a kid and 7 significant items are not working you don’t feel like your money has been well spent. Time to put some money back into the place fixing and replacing play items. It’s been a long time since I came here last and I remember why. Despite the major absence there’s really nothing new to play with and the old toys are tired and worn.

My kids love it! But it is always WAY too noisy. Even if there is no one there, the music is way too loud. Every. Single. Time. Advise to parents, bring Advil. I've asked the staff every visit to turn down the music, they used to, now they refuse.

Great play to bring the kids on a rainy/cold day. Lots of places for them to play. Only thing I don't like is when parents let their big kids play in the toddler area roughly. I don't mind them if they play nice, but I don't like when they dive into the ball pit with my 1 year old in there.

Such a great experience, went to my nephews birthday there for our first time there, the kids had so much fun and the party room was great, definitley would recommend to anyone!

Great experience for my first time here, you don't just pay for the nice indoor park in Red Deer but also for the great customer experience that you will get with the positive and smiley staff, I can't wait to come back here and look to book my daughter's Fourth Birthday here this September.

Treehouse is an absolutely amazing place to take the kids, a place the whole family can enjoy! The staff is always friendly, there’s always water available for the kids, lots of games, snacks and reasonable prices! Not to mention the effort put into special events! I think my favourite part though, as an adult, is how clean it always feels in there (bathrooms and all!). My kids just love it there!:)

I absolutely love bringing my daughter to Treehouse whenever I can. What’s not to love about the place? Super fun for the kiddos, friendly staff, very clean facility, affordable & even the food you can order for yourself is very delicious! Oh & who doesn’t love the deal of it being half price after 7! Very much recommend from this momma

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here, she had a blast with all her friends. It was nice to not have to clean up my house after a party. Even my 9 year old has a ton of fun here!

Love taking my kids here, they always have a great time and burn tons of energy:)! The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. I find prices to be fair for admission and food. And I love the peace of mind with the security stamps.

Treehouse is amazing.my girls love coming to play. I love that it's very clean and safe! The gate locks so the little ones can't get out. I also love the fact that the kids have the same stamp as the parent so the kids can't go with just anyone. Best indoor playground with great staff! I have recommended treehouse to everyone I know! Can't wait to come back after holidays!

Entertaining and fun for children. Often times it needs cleaned up. Always under staffed and we have to wait to get in, wait to get served and then wait to be able to leave! Attending / hosting birthdays here is relatively painless as they take care of the majority of everything, you just have to show up with a cake and kids! There are a couple different packages to choose from based on your budget. Then, the kids play and have fun!

My kids love it alot, it's been one of the best places to burn energy. Few things I want to see change, the older kids NEED to stay OUT of the toddler area. My little guy has been pushed over so many times by older kids sneaking their way into the ball pit. The ball pit could be cleaned better, it grosses me out to see other people's hair on things. I find my kids end up sick when we leave so that tells me hygiene and disinfecting isnt done properly. Yes I know it's a big place but their should be more cleaning. I love the safety precautions at the entry way and exit. It's an alright place for kids.

Treehouse is always a great idea. Especially Red Deer North I love the friendly staff friendly environment delicious food best place to go even for a quick play time after 7 when you get a great discount and get to go home with tired children!

Love bringing our 4 and 2 year old here! So much to do for the little ones as well as an arcade for some parent/child fun, the discounted coins when paying admission are a great way to convince mom and dad to earn tickets for "free prizes" afterwards lol the food is amazing for all ages, clean and happy atmosphere, happy and accommodating staff, Also love the different activities throughout the week, brings variety to their visit every time ️ we always recommend this place when people are looking for a party venue or just somewhere to take the kids for an indoor place to set your kids free!

We love going to a Treehouse! I know the kids are safe with the locking entrance/exit and I can enjoy some me time while they play. They always know where I am and can find me at any time I’m needed. Even getting older, they can still enjoy time at Treehouse!

My grandkids love to go here! My youngest thinks this is the best place ever! It is clean, well maintained, the staff are wonderful and it tires them out lol. Thanks for having this in Red Deer.

Super great place to hang out when it's raining!

I find the music's a little too loud and definitely the tickets-candy ratio is fairly skimpy. I see a lot of deflated kids walking away with only one or two candies after handing in a bunch of tickets but other then that it's pretty great!

The foods good and decently priced and aside fr one time it's always been pretty clean! (And the one time it wasn't they got on it straight away and got it cleaned up)

All in all a fantastic venue to have in red deer and a fun way to spend a cold and rainy (or super hot) day! Check them out!

Kids LOVE it there! We have a blast, I even enjoy going down the slide and playing the games with them haha so much to do and the chicken fingers are delicious! Lol

Safe, clean, friendly place to take your kiddos to play! The toddler zone is perfect for the young babies/toddlers who want to play and explore without big kids playing over them. The big play structure is a blast for all ages! I often go up there with my kids and have fun too. It’s always clean in the structure and I never have to worry about my child bringing down yucky garbage or something that shouldn’t be up there because the staff do regular checks to make sure it’s clean and safe. There is options of fresh fruits, veggies and sandwiches at the concession which is awesome! The staff check the stamp numbers before people leave to make sure someone isn’t leaving with your child so you never have to worry about your child running away or going home with another family. They even have free classes every Thursday for some sort of craft for the kids! My kids love it there and I feel safe with bringing them here to play and burn off energy.

We love taking our two kiddos to treehouse! They are still toddlers and love the toddler zone! My oldest loves the big slide, it’s always a hit when we go there:)

We have been coming here for almost three years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the facility is always clean. Happy to have this in Red Deer for rainy or cold days.:) highly recommend.

Normally very clean and staff friendly. Would love to see the arcade be in better repair than it is and ball shooters / air blowers in need of repair as well.
