Amazing staff, they’re all very kind & helpful! But most arcade games were out of order but overall it’s a really fun place & a great place to have ur kids waste their energy
Very rude manager she almost hit and was very aggressive talking and didn't even apologize her name is Gabriela, all stuff are extremely rude and unpleasant,
For the price I think it is a great deal. The children could play (ages 4,6) without direct supervision and I didn't have to worry about them. Definitely will be back.
Took my grandaugher to north edmonton treehouse yesterday, and just wanted to mention that Laura, who was working that day, was exceptional, probably one of the nicest, and best employees I have ever encountered there!
Nothing worked. The place seemed to be held together with duct tape. Everything my daughter wanted to try either didn't work or barley mustered enough power to do anything. The place could also use a deep clean. No reason to not have the place fully functional, you pay full price you should get full advantage of what is offered.
Super fun place for kids and adults and at a great price. Adults are free, you just pay for the kids. They have a little cafeteria with reasonable prices. The fries are addictive. No strollers allowed and adults and kids need to wear socks (they sell them as well for 3 bucks if you forget). Great way to spend a couple hours.
I went Friday early after and stayed for about 3-4 hours with my son and little brother. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because several games ate my tokens and others didn't dispense the tickets I had won however the staff were so attentive and responsive. I'm very pleased with them. We had such a fun time, the snacks were hot, there was a large variety of prizes to choose from and they had my favorite candy! Id definitely recommend this location and choose this one again next time although we live south.
Overall it was a great experience. I had my son's birthday party there. The cheapest plan. I was allowed to bring my own cake and balloons etc. They provided plates, cups, napkins (all in theme), and they had numerous themes you could pick from. Along with said theme you received a visit from a mascot and a banner for the party. Kids got tokens for games, and unlimited play up to 10 kids! It was great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Also facilitates were very clean.
It's not a safe place for field trips. I am the director at a daycare. We had a field trip yesterday, and I found an unsafe activity at there because of the day care which is at same building with treehouse.i brought my concerns to the tree house assistant director about safety issues. Then the man replied: 'They paid for it. ' He didn't care of the safety concerns. Where children's safety is not guaranteed, I strongly not recommend
I was Super excited to come here, but noticed quickly that it’s pretty subpar to what I was Reading in the reviews. I guess I’m the unpopular opinion. I have A 2.5 year old. The toddler area looks like a basic kids basement (Slide, ball pit, empty kitchen area and some random stuff to step on) not special at all. The little houses are about a 5 min entertainment thing (as they are empty) I would Assume kids would have more fun a bit older or if you’re comfortable letting them roam in the enclosed jungle area. Otherwise you’re sweating like a pig, can’t stand straight chasing your toddler in there. My Socks were DISGUSTING by the end. Sticky and black. Never seen one person sanitize, and it was hot as balls there. Won’t be coming back.
I appreciate how Treehouse seems to be on top of their sanitizing since covid hit! Staff are very friendly, if tokens get eaten by games they replace them no problem. My only issue is often I notice daycare kids being sick with runny/stuffed noses.
Great place for the little ones to enjoy and for you to take a break from them. Hehe I also enjoyed myself a little bit going down the slide. My little one is 3 and with tax it cost $10.45. Prices are according to age. Adult is $0. They also have a little arcade for the older kids but a few are off due to covid. They have a good selection of meals, snacks and drinks for you and your little one. They are strict about bringing your own food and drink though.
We have tried multiple play places and this is still my favorite for my little ones 4&2. It's placed so you have an easier time keeping an eye on them. No strange hidden offshoots. Front area is locked. It's not too big so my 2 year old can play on the equipment with their sibling.
I just went there on Thursday afternoon for one and a half hour with my children. During our time there, I saw them wiping some of the high surface play area and sitting place for about three times. I am glad to see that because it make me feel safe that the place is clean and disinfect. I wore a white socks and came home to see the bottom of my socks is not that "bad" which means the floor are also clean. They have variety of food and their washroom are clean also. I bought a package of ten tickets but noticed only receive 9 tickets in the package and they fix the problem by giving me 1 ticket.
Will definitely come back because I feel peace knowing that the place is clean and customer service are really good.
I will never came back to this place one of staff His name MAatteo he think is working in border he is very PICKY don't waste ur 7$ go anywere Recreation center or park better than this place
My 16 month old had the time of her life here! There was lots to do and by the end of the hour we spent here she was exhausted which was great lol. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. So for a fun, inexpensive experience - 5 stars definitely.
Where I give less stars is the covid protocols. They check the Vax pass and have you fill out the waiver which is awesome, but 2 of the daycare staff I saw working did not have masks on (pulled down under their chins) and none of the kids had masks on their faces (not even on and pulled down under their chins- no masks in sight at all) even though they were clearly way over the age of 2. I understand it is probably hard to get kids to wear masks, and it is freaking hot in there too lol. But the staff should still be enforcing it.
It’s fair that they don’t allow any food from outside but the ppl there not cooperative at all. We had a reservation for birthday party on the weekend but we came before at the birthday day to blow out the candle for the kid, but they didn’t let us. It was really disappointing It’s like saying hey you might pay and play but for the candles… go blow out the candles outside (actually that what we did)
Great place to take my kid for him to run around and burn out tons of energy. It's pretty cheap and the food is pretty good too! The arcade is a blast here, too. Today Chase from Paw Patrol was here, my son loved meeting him.
Used to come to this location ALL the time.after covid they redid the booths and now there are no plug ins! So much for working while my kid plays. Any suggestions for play places that offer plug ins at the table would be welcomed. Disappointed as I cannot plug in my devices to work and this was one of the main reasons for choosing treehouse (and the broc cheese bites… which they also got rid of).
Staff is extremely good, place was well cleaned and maintained. The toddler area is without a ball pit at the moment but that just makes sense with covid. Highly recommend, we will return again and again
I liked the atmosphere. Despite not having many options for my 15 month old, she managed to have a great time inside the toddler zone and on some of the coin games.
The admission price was great too. We went on a Tuesday, which happened to be the $2 off admission day.
In the morning, there was only one employee who was alternating between the front entrance and the concession kiosk at the back, so if you walk in and find no body, just ring the bell.
Overall, our experience at Treehouse was great, and we will be back.
Did think this place is open due to Covid-19 but they're open and they close at 5: 30, had so kuch fun with my 4yr old and she won a shark at the 2$ toy machine, then she drobe the car and took us to the train station. Am 38 and this place brought out the kid trapped inside me when my daughter and I were sliding and swinging. Wanna have a family fun or a time alone quth your kids, look no firther.
Very impressed by the precautions taking place in regards to everyone's safety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My grandbabies had a blast. Thank you.
Well there were only 3 kids in the whole place and the stuff they're using to sanitize is apparent throughout the play structure. Definitely felt safe. My little guys had a blast.
Great place for children of all ages. A good variety of activities to play energetically or quietly. Large cafe area to refresh the family. Definitely deserves repeat visits.
We have been here many times since it opened and have been always satisfied and kids enjoy playing there.but last visit they didn't allow outside food (other playground are OK with outside food). We ordered pizza which was heated not baked in the place. It was very dry.salty and unteasty, they want customers to buy from their menu while it is limited and poor quality.they also offer Starbucks coffee only which we don't like. We will not go back again!
Amazing place! My now 1 year old loves something new each time we go and I feel so happy to see him grow so fast and adapt. 100% recommend it to all mommies!
Fantastic place to take the family for a few hours. Customer service was great. Staff was constantly cleaning. All the arcade games worked. Food was pretty good. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
I absolutely love this place. My daughter and I go here all the time with friends at least twice a month. We even had 2 birthday parties here. The staff are amazing and treat you great. My daughter loves playing the games and trying to win prizes. It is awesome they even have a parent date night and it is cheaper then a babysitter!
My son loves coming here. It's one of our favorite places to go in Edmonton also, I've been to the southside location and found it to be a bit smaller. This one is better, I think.
We've always gone here since it opened. I appreciate that they changed the flooring in the toddler area, only part I dont like at the moment is the pretend play area because my kids also adults tend to trip on the "shops/stores" it's pretty painful! They can maybe put a rubber ramp to prevent any injuries.
My son loves it here, and haves a good time, so it's worth it. But it's pretty much an all day fun day. Plan for it. I am thankful they have high backed booths you can sit in and feel like your not being watched by others, very comfy.
Great place for kids! Staff was s little slow to help and some of the games were out of order or took your tokens without returning them. But fun for kids
Great fun place to take the kids, it's a safe environment you can let your kids run around and play without having to worry about them leaving. Staff are friendly, clean environment, affordable prices. This is the only indoor place I take my kids too and they love it!
I really like how Treehouse maintains its facility. I find it clean and love how there is often new features. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Out of all the play places they are the most diligent about checking stamps when leaving. That makes me feel secure in bringing my children by. My son had his third birthday here and the prices were very reasonable. The food was pretty good and the room is very spacious with lots of chairs. They offer free wifi for guests as well. A great place for all ages. We often come back to Treehouse to play and have a great time when we do!
Would take kids back in a heartbeat they had so much fun. Very neat place sent 40 bucks. Played for over two hours could have played longer but had to go home.
Very dirty.my kids got a horrible virus sick for weeks. Some advise instead of using water to clean add some disinfectant to your spray bottles. I've spoken to others and heard the same thing. Wont be going back.
This happened Feb 23/19: “So my we spent the evening at Treehouse on 137 Ave celebrating a birthday! There was a coloured lady with her child, a boy about 2 maybe 3 years old. She was being loud, talking but minding her own eating & playing with her baby. Other customers found her rude & obnoxious so naturally they complained. Staff confronted her & she had words with them! They called the police! About an hour or so police show up, 2 cops approach her so she confronted the staff member who initially shushed her! 4 more cruisers show up & all hell broke loose! The police handcuffed her & her baby was screaming for his Mama! She was screaming for her son! A white lady took the baby because the mom was resisting trying to get her baby! She was on the floor by now. So I went & tell the lady to take him away he didn’t need to see that! All the customers, mostly children watched all this going down! They bring the baby back to the mom & put him on her lap! Both crying hysterically! They literally rip him from her arms & drag her out! How traumatic for that little guy! Other steps could’ve been taken! Maybe escort her out? Maybe ask her to call family to come for the child? Or help her? Nobody helped her the cops were pushing people away? The police overdid it! Misuse of authority! Talk about disrespect! So we’re all left with our kids asking millions of questions of why this happened? I am literally disgusted with treehouse staff & told them right out they sure got bad rep tonight! Sad world we live in! Long post but this sure tugs at my heart! Treehouse lost my business! ” - Bonnie Lee (posted from Facebook)
This is disgusting. There was no need for this. I know I can be pretty loud with my grandchildren too when playing with them but if this happened to me, I would conduct legal actions. I believe because she was a person of color she was treated so ignorantly. Too many times I have seen white privilege attack or try to police people of color (any not white).
I will warn my family too if not going to this establishment. Traumatizing Unnecessary!
My son and I go here every time we are in Edmonton, however in light of what happened yesterday with a woman accused of being too loud and getting aggressively ARRESTED in front of her child and other children for “being too loud” saddens me that not only did the staff treat her like this, but the very people who are suppose to protect us - the police. Will never return.
