The claw machines in this store are not fit for retail. In an arcade, okay! In a mall, in a toy store, branded to attract young children, their presence is a case of disgraceful profiteering.

The kindness and caringness of the workers is immeasurable, a certain special thanks to Natalia, for her extraordinary service!

They don’t answer their phone in the afternoon after several tries and their web site says they are open till 11pm in a mall that closes at 8 pm

They have some really cool products, I'm looking forward to what else they will have in the future. The employees are very polite and helpful too, they did very well in trying to find what I was looking for.

If I can give a negative review I would. I was here not too long ago and a worker that has dirty blonde hair and wears glasses was so rude. She was very dismissive, rolling her eyes when I asked her a question. I will never come here ever AGAIN because of the horrible experience she had me go through.

A friend of mine purchased a product from here and complained about poor fitting. I decided to give it another shot as I liked what he purchased. I was in the store and the salesperson approached, mentioned they have a gift for purchases over $35. I wasn't too concerned and picked what I was there for. Reminded the clerk on the checkout about her offer and she said that she changed her mind, it was a keychain anyways, nothing big. I weighted her attitude toward the customer, my friends complain, the actual aura of the store as a third world marketplace and decided to walk out the store.

Nice little toy store. Everything is well organized and samples of some of the puzzles are available for you to look at.

This is a great store for anime figures as there arent much figure stores in Calgary for collectors only other ones are EBgames (Chinook), The anime stores in China Town Dragon City Mall and maybe some other collector stores/markets. Also they are very good price/quality i.e comes with box and all! I definitely recommend this store i have already bought a Hatsune Miku figure for myself and a Rem Re: Zero figure for my girlfriend! Definantly will be coming back!

Nice clean and organized store with unique collectables, plushies and wood model kits! FYou can definitely find some very unique gifts here, and the most unique would be the wood models kits, some solar powered, some are actually mechanical and they even have music boxes/models as well. The store so has Toonie UFO crane machines! Hopefully they will continue to stock more awesome stuff!
