Horrendous customer service with the owner. Completely lost the business of installing a pool due to being rude and completely unhelpful.

After contacting a few companies for an in ground pool, Trevi stood out from the crowd. We had a lot of questions about the process, cost, design etc… and Jesse was always willing to chat to help us understand all the logistics and make our vision come to life.

The install was just as great. Brennan and the entire Trevi crew were knowledgeable and friendly, and are still helpful to this day as we continue to ask a ton of questions as first time pool owners.

If you would like a poorly built overly priced pool that will need to be repaired constantly, look no where else. These guys are have poor workmanship and build pools of the lowest quality. Do not waste your time or money getting anything installed by this company. Their work will last 5 years and fail.

Above Ground Pool

We had purchased our original above ground pool from another pool company 22 years ago. It was well used and loved but it was time to replace the pool. After looking at Trevi's website that showed their extensive above ground pool selection, we decided to purchase from Trevi instead of our previous pool company and we're so glad we did!

Jesse worked with us to find the best pool for us and was able to utilize our existing pump, filter and heating systems. Jesse always responded to any questions we had very quickly and was great to work with. The new pool is constructed using far superior materials than our old pool. Brennan and his team assembled the pool around our existing deck which was not an easy job! We chose to have our pool assembled in October 2022 knowing we would not be able to run it until this year as it would need to be winterized immediately. We started our pool this month (June 2023) and noticed a few tweaks were needed and Brennan came out right away and fixed the plumbing and now we're enjoying our beautiful pool! Trevi stands behind its products and services!

We can't say enough about Jesse and Brennan, they're really great guys to work with! We highly recommend purchasing an above ground pool from Trevi!

Ps. We live outside of Calgary and there were no issues with Trevi installing a pool outside of the city limits!

We had a pool installed starting in May of this year. It was an extensive project due to some of the grading as well as access. I also added a few additions to the scope of Trevi last minute, which they accommodated with ease. Can't thank the team enough, Jesse, Bren and the crew on site are accommodating, and hard working, and great guys, and delivered the pool on time. We would also recommend using their referrals for the concrete, electrical and gas requirements. It helps in keeping the scheduling on track and the professionalism and ease in communicating with these other group given their understanding of the pool installs makes it a seamless process. Further to this, we would highly recommend going with the automated pool cover (in black). The amount of heat retained from this along with our southwest exposure has effectively eliminated the need for the heater since we got the pool to our set temperature. Given our exposure we are seeing average temperatures of 87-88 degree, while the actual set temp is at 83. Looking forward to using this all the way through October!
