Our initial order was placed in June 2021 with a pickup date of May 2022. Due to the covid issues we felt that a full year would be appropriate. Our initial communications with Joe and Trillium trailers were exceptional and he responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. When May 2022 came around we were informed that there was going to be a delay due to unavailable parts. It was a bit of a shock since we had not been forewarned and it cost us some out of pocket due to pre-planned travel with FantasyRV that we had to cancel. After some discussions over the next couple of months we were informed that the trailer was ready to be picked up in early August 2022. When we arrived the trailer was ready with the exception of an awning that was not readily available. As per usual, there were also a few glitches with some of the installed components that they quickly rectified (outstanding service). I was certainly satisfied to this point with the trailer and was told that the awning would be available by the end of September 2022. To date, September 2023 the awning is still on hold. Communications from May 2023 forward have been questionable at best as I never receive any callbacks or emails. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though as they are struggling with a health crisis in the family as well as relocating their shop. That said, we have packed in a lot of camping and recently had a problem with the hitch that caused it to jump from the truck onto the highway. Fortunately the chains held and the damage was limited to the front jack. We were on our way home so as luck would have it, we were just outside of Calgary. I got the trailer hitched back up and drove to Trillium trailers where they were extremely fast, courteous and dealt with the issue for us on the spot. A new front jack and an adjustment to the trailer put us back on the road again (thus the 4 stars). If they picked up their communications between themselves and customers then I would likely give them 5 stars. Looking forward to having the awning when it arrives and another round of good camping.

In February, we brought our 1973 Trillium travel trailer for maintenance. When we reached the given address, we were informed that the service center had recently moved to a larger facility in Carseland. Consequently, we headed to the new location and had the opportunity to explore their expanded premises, witnessing their ongoing expansion.

In case maps hasn't updated yet. The new location is here.

223072 Range Rd 260, Carseland, AB T0J 0M0

Furthermore, it is important to mention that there were no visible signs indicating the location of the service center. We had to enter through the secondary driveway on the side and seek assistance from other businesses situated within the expansive facility to locate the the facility. But the front access should be accessible now.

INFINITE STARS! Trillium and Joe amazing; I can't recommend them enough. They have done inspections, maintenance and repairs to our vintage 1978 Trillium 4500 trailer. They also sell parts for the work we can do ourselves. It's amazing.
Also, Ive seen the new trailers in various stages of production and am always impressed with the quality. Joe and the staff are friendly, helpful and actually care (the four legged ones are pretty spiffy too). Seriously I can't recommend this place enough - for a new trailer, or maintenance/repairs on the original models.
(Nifty tidbit: Joe bought the rights to the original Trillium trailer molds that they use for the new models so new and old parts are mostly interchangeable)
;)
