Since I don't see anything for your new TES based out of Edmonton, aka the old Gibson terminal. Just want to leave a heads up.
The management team you have in place up there is deplorable. Forcing driver s to work on therir days off and leaving the dispatch team to discipline accordingly. Sitting them to teach them a lesson. One member of your management team actually shook the hand of a driver that breached safety procedures. A field rep was caught on a trailer with no fall arrest and your safety team was there. Nothing no repercussions. This does not sound like a company that has safety at the heart of their core values. The way they spell team is I.
Hey here's a tip for you. Why don't you GPS your field rep trucks. Especially the one you just took over in Edmonton. They are robbing you and your company of time by not abiding by the hours they claim. Just a heads up.
