I was both an a first-time buyer and out-of-towner, who didn't know Edmonton well before I began my search. Trisha helped me identify neighbourhoods that would fit my needs, and worked with me within my budget. She arranged ~10 viewings during my "house hunting" visit to Edmonton, and was excellent at pointing out flaws in homes. She wasn't forcing a sale, she wanted to make sure I found something that was actually good and worked for me.
