Upgraded for "snow tires" for a vehicle with already cracked windows and smelled bad. Completely unnecessary upgrade based on current weather conditions during my rental. Clerk must have got a bonus for upgrading or something.

Had a great experience with Zoom! They accommodated me when I kept on extending my booking with the car. Very fast & efficient service! And Jag was kind and understanding when I brought the car back late because of slow traffic on the road...

Came to this place. Rented uhaul they lied and told me I was added as an additional driver. The son of the store hung up on me after asking why I was lied to than completely ignored the fact that I’m liable for using the uhaul.

They sold the parts without package and when i go to them back they said bring this within a bag, and secondly they gave us the wrong part.

Excellent, personal and professional customer service ensuring customer needs and desires are the number one priority. Highly recommended renting vehicles from them if in the Edmonton area.

My daughter and I were stranded in Alberta as I had lost my credit card during our flight from Ontario. I could not get a rental without the card anywhere (not the same for other provinces) thankfully these guys have us their last available vehicle...

DO NOT BRING BACK HERE! They asked me to fill up and gave me a credit of 56$ to do so.was filled up like asked and still charged me 56$! So in total it costed me 112$ to go about 40km's!
