True Balance Medical Spa - Spruce Grove

I followed Briana from her previous place of business and am so glad I did. I will happily make the drive from Edmonton to Spuce Grove for her. Briana goes above and beyond for her clients, with suggesting massage techniques unique to my needs as well as recommending stretches and exercises to prevent reoccurance. I will never see another RMT other than her. I also love going to the spa, it is calming and elegant and everyone who works there is so pleasant. I can't wait to try all the other services the spa offers. Would highly recommend both True Balance Spa and Briana for her amazing deep tissue massages.

Brianna is absolutely amazing at what she does. I first had a therapeutic massage and then a hot stone 3 weeks later and I feel brand new. Highly recommend. She gets pretty deep and it can hurt, but it’s well worth it!:)

Absolutely love my injector, Michelle! I want natural looking injections, and she NEVER over does my dysport. My goal is to support my skin care, minimize wrinkles while looking like the best, authentic version of myself. 10/10 highly recommend

For Filler, Botox/Dysport, I highly recommend seeing Michelle! I started seeing Michelle after multiple botched filler injections from a different local business. She thoroughly discussed a treatment plan with me and I immediately felt so much relief. I am beyond happy with the finished product (my lips) and grateful for the amazing job she did. She is truly talented!

Spruce Grove is lucky to have this medical spa located in our community. I've been looking for a local spa for massage and beauty treatments and decided to try this place out. I LOVE it here. They have a gorgeous private lounge where I got to wait for my massage, my massage therapist Sharon was lovely and so kind, and it was just a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I went in to True Balance for a TCA peel. This helped tone down my melais on the first visit. The second peel was remarkable. I’m pleased with the transformation. Kylyn was helpful and supportive of my skin care needs.

Let me start this off saying, I have never left a negative review in my life. I received a gift card for my birthday for true balance. I usually get my injections from somewhere else.

I booked an appointment with Michele for Botox/dysport. We both agreed to lift one eyebrow a tad to make them more symmetrical as I have always done before. Fast forward a week later, and the eyebrow had been relaxing more and more instead of raising. I made numerous calls in a desperate attempt to get this fixed as I didn’t even want to leave my house because it was soooooo bad. Not once did anyone ask me to come in, or even see a photo. Instead, I was gaslit, dismissed and hearing things like “this is normal” “give it the full two weeks” “I know how to inject! ”. How were you so sure something was normal when you didn’t even know what it looked like?

It was a truly horrific experience and I am upset about the way the situation was handled.

Luckily I was able to go somewhere else as I absolutely refused to come back here. They got me in right away and addressed all of my concerns. The injector there suspected I had eyebrow ptosis in one eyebrow from too much Botox being injected into that area…so yeah, “completely normal”. I had to pay another $250 on top of what I initially paid to partially fix a treatment that could have been easily prevented. But hey, Michele “knows how to inject”

I got a PRP with micro needling facial treatment with Lauren, it was a wonderful experience. She took excellent care of me and it was absolutely painless and I’m looking forward to the results! Can’t believe there is such a lovely medical spa right here in Spruce Grove:)

The atmosphere is so comforting, they are always busy so you have to book well in advance. I have went for a facial and massages here. They have a sauna you can use also.

Today I had my first ever facial with Skyler. I am 37 weeks pregnant, and have been struggling with my dry skin. She walked me through the entire process and explained what I needed for a skin care line. My face feels so hydrated, and I can’t wait to come see her for more services!

I haven’t had a service from here yet but the place looks so luxurious and relaxing I am excited to try it!

$21.00 for an upper lip wax.which took all of 3 minutes? I will NOT be back!

Your response to my review would be laughable.if it wasn’t so sad! Expertise of a “technician” (in this case) must include the 30 seconds it took to dab make up on my upper lip?). No, $21.00 is STILL outrageous for the less than 5 minutes I visited! You’ve requested feedback? Ok lower your price for lip wax.would be my only suggestion for improvement. I have experienced this service in many places, and different counties.yours is the MOST expensive!
