Solange is the queen of botox and filler! I’m super picky, and she always makes me happy. She’s also very kind, caring, and honest, which isn’t the easiest to come by these days. The ladies at the front are super sweet and inviting, and they always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend Solange and True Balance St. Albert.

My go to spa for a massage. Diane is my favourite masseuse. I never leave without feeling better than I came in.

I have seen Caren a few times. She has an artistic eye and generally chooses exactly what areas need to be touched up. She helped me through a particularly difficult time when I had given up on myself because of difficult times, and I left the office feeling rejuvenated and energized.

I have been exclusively seeing True Balance in St Albert for years for fillers as well as laser skin resurfacing and facial treatments. Caren has done my lip fillers, Botox and cheek filler and I have gotten so many compliments over the years on how natural and beautiful the filler looks. Margherita has done my laser skin treatments and facials and my skin is noticeably less pigmented (used to have dark brown spots) and smoother. Both Caren and Margherita as well as the whole staff at True Balance St. Albert go above and beyond with their clients. Exceptional customer service! I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to them.

I have been coming to True Balance St. Albert location ever since Daisy transferred from another location, for pedicures and various touch-ups. Both Josèe and Daisy have been looking after me with great attention. I appreciate their skill, knowledge, humour and relaxed personalities, which is exactly what a spa needs for attracting and retaining loyal customers! Furthermore, the St. Albert location of True Balance is a top grade facility with all the services one could imagine. I highly recommend for all services big and small!

I will follow Caren wherever she goes, she is the best. Caren’s extensive background in healthcare, women’s health and cosmetic and medical injections is paramount. She treats her clients as individuals and truly assesses their individual needs giving them the best unique results you could ask for. I have long suffered with migraine and jaw issues as well as just really bad genetic skin. Caren goes above and beyond in her consultation and expertise and makes you feel like your best self while also showing you the best experience possible.

I recently had my brows powdered by Daisy. I had been seeing her and Josee for threading and waxing and always loved the results. After seeing many of her masterpieces I decided to go ahead with the powdered brow. I am in love with my brows! They look better than I could have even imagined. Daisy is so talented and thorough. She knows how to frame the face and combined colours to make mine look very natural. I over plucked for many years and had a horrible semi circle shape. I’ve never had nice brows. I cannot believe these brows and the difference they make to my whole face. Daisy is so personal, professional and makes you feel very comfortable. She takes the time to make sure her work is exactly what you want. I would recommend all my friends and family that want powdered brows to see her.

It’s been a while that I have been trying to find a new massage therapist to work with for my chronic pain. Today, I experienced my first massage with Damon. I was SO impressed and appreciative of his presence and his ability to perform the work so well. I will be returning to him to see where this goes and will update my review in the future. I highly recommend giving Damon a try if you are booking in for a massage.

Also, kudos to the girls at the front, including the manager Tanya, for being kind and for taking the time to help me with my inquiries.

I had the great opportunity to have a luxury spa experience with True Balance. I had a divine massage with Marissa, she was very professional, skilled, had amazing massage techniques, and most of all was very good at listening to my needs and wants for the treatment (definitely recommend)!

In addition, I had the luck to experience a pedicure, laser hair removal treatment, and a facial with Josee! She was soo lovely, calming, and knowledgeable. With every treatment she made sure to properly explain the procedure process and followed up afterwards with a thorough explanation to answer any of my questions and concerns. She has a very gentle touch and a warm energy about her, definitely recommend!
