First time going here and I immensely enjoyed it! Not only was the environment and vibe comfortable and relaxing, but the haircut and beard trim were exceptional! Definitely planning on coming back.

I've been with Tenzin Topten for two days now and I must say, he is an amazing person. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had in Canada, and I was really impressed with his meticulousness. Tenzin takes his time to make sure that every detail is perfect, and he's also great to chat with. I highly recommend him as your go-to Barber, and his place is also awesome.

The haircut itself was fantastic - the barber Dolma was clearly very skilled and paid great attention to detail. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and even offered some tips for maintaining my new look.

Dolma did a great job on my hair, she has true skills when it comes to taper fading or low and high fades.i will definitely be going there again for a haircut.

Upon entering this establishment I was immediately greeted by two amazing people and showed to my chair where I exchanged a life changing conversation with a very different breed of barber named Tenzin, not only did he keep the conversation going over our hour long session but also went into very deep and meaningful topics, on top of all of that I ended up with the best cut I’ve ever had the luxury of having done. So if you want to look your best and feel the best barbershop experience go to the True Gents Barber Shop and ask them about their vision for the future and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to True Gents Barbershop in Calgary for the last year and I always go to Dolma for my haircuts. She works friday - tuesday so it is very easy to find a time that works for both of our schedules. I simply message her on instagram (@dolma_barber) and go in that same day. Dolma does an excellent fade and has been very consistent from cut to cut. I found it extremely difficult to find a good barber since I moved to Calgary so I am very happy I found Dolma and will be continuing to go her in the future.

Jason gave my husband one of the best haircuts he's ever had. I highly recommend booking with Jason and the shop looks amazing.

I got my hair cut and a sick fade by the one and only Jason, the StaySharp Barber. I've been going to see Jason for all my grooming needs for over 7 years now, and I've never been disappointed. He always goes above and beyond, and his commitment to various causes involving the less fortunate is awe-inspiring. Do yourself a favour and book a spot with Jason.he will make you look your best! I won't post a pic this time, but look him up and you'll see many examples of his work.

If you are booking online and looking to get your hair cut by a specific person, beware that they do not honour your request. If I request for an appointment with a specific person, I should be able to get my hair cut by that person. It’s not okay to pull a switch on your customers who request to get their haircut by someone they know and trust. I left my appointment feeling like my hair totally was completely uneven with different lengths on my head with little attention to detail.

Sonam gives an awesome fade and great haircut. Takes him less than 15 minutes, including neck shave and it looks great. Love it.

Been coming here since i moved here. Sonam and Jun are the best. Sonam is my go to hair stylist he knows what best for me and he also does my hair colour. I am Always happy with my cut and colour. The place is clean, inviting and mostly the team are very friendly. I will definitely recommend them.
