True North Mortgage

I was needing to renew my mortgage and given the current economic climate, I shopped around as much as I could. After all, the wrong decision could cost tens of thousands of dollars. In addition to 2 options from my current lender, I also collected 4 other options but wasn’t happy with any of them. I found True North online and decided to contact them as their advertised rates looked attractive. After filling out the application, I was contacted by Gaurav.

My mortgage is now being finalized and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Gaurav. He made it a personal commitment to get me the best rate he could. He’s incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time with me to ensure I received the best rate possible and my new rate is significantly lower than the 6 other options I received. I have another property coming up for renewal in the fall and will absolutely work with Gaurav again. I’ve worked with great brokers in the past but moving forward, he’ll be my guy.

Do not refinance or renew without talking to True North Mortgage to see what they can do for you. You’ll be happy you did!

I worked with Maria at True North Mortgage to purchase a property in BC. I was amazed how responsive and professional she was. Not only that, but she worked to secure a rate that was much better than I could get from my bank. Without exaggeration, TNM found a rate that was a full percent lower than my bank would give me. I have excellent credit and no debt, so it was somewhat surprising that True North could get a rate so much better than Scotia (the bank I had a preexisting relationship with). Lesson learned, use TNM and let the banks bid on your mortgage.

This is the second time we are using TNM and both times it’s a great experience. Agents (Rebecca and Jackie, in our case) were ALWAYS available to answer ANY questions over phone and/or e-mail! TNM mortgage not only finds best possible rates but also provides several options to consider. This was very important for us because we were re-financing.

Very satisfied with the rate I got and the service with True North. I worked with Josephine here from pre-approval though getting my mortgage. She was very helpful, very quick to respond, and helped to get the approval process moving along rather quickly to help with a short closing time frame. She periodically checked in during the hunting process. Overall made the whole approval process as painless and stress-free as it could be!

Josephine Ng at TNM helped me to secure a mortgage (in a short time request). I did not know much about TNM before. I used to get my mortgages through big banks before. I was/am surprise and amaze how efficient Josephine was in helping me with the documents. Her works are thorough, prompt response and clear instructions. The mortgage rate that She helped me to secure is MORE THAN GREAT. I don't think big banks can match TNM rate and services. If you need a mortgage and have good credit rating, talk to Josephine.
