Fuiyoh, this is an ideal place to get your acne treatment with. The staffs are friendly, the ambiance is relaxing. Specially, I love the way how they try their best to support customer until they get the better result. Fuiyoh, treatments and products work that skin had a big change. I have been coming to Trueskin clinic since 2017 and have seen a *significant* difference in my skin since doing so! Isabelle is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand my skin care concerns, go through all the ingredients in the products I use and create an individualized skin care routine. I rarely have acne breakouts since following the routine she has given me and have had those around me notice a difference as well. Isabelle and the Trueskin team are also lovely people and and I am very glad I found this clinic! Every time I get to visit is a treat!

Very polite and accommodating staff! Came here from Saskatchewan to visit a relative, and decided to stop by this clinic. It was understood I had past IPL damage, and they were very gentle and extremely accommodating. I didn’t catch the lady who did my facial, but lovely lady, very understanding about the past IPL damage.
Came out looking hydrated and refreshed. Skin is extremely sensitive, and absolutely no reaction.

I’ve been going to Isabelle for two years now. The first time I went, I was a little nervous. Was this going to be worth it? And the answer is yes! After a lifetime of skin problems it was such a wonderful experience being treated by Isabelle. Now I finally had someone who completely understood my skin and knew how to fix all the problems I’d been having. The IPL treatments have cleared my red and inflamed skin and the skincare routine she personally put together for me is exactly what my skin needs. During summer heat & harsh Alberta winter weather it stays soft and glowing. I even get compliments on my skin!

I can’t thank Isabelle and the wonderful staff at TrueSkin Clinic enough. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Isabelle is a lovely person to be around, genuinely kind and caring and we always have fun talks when I’m there for treatment.

Even though I moved a year ago, and I now live 2 hours away, I still drive to Calgary to see Isabelle on a regular basis. It’s so worth it!

Terrible experience! The most unprofessional service I have ever had from the owner Isabelle. Total rip-off. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go.

This place is an absolute SCAM! These 5 star reviews are definitely being faked by the company. No washroom in the clinic and no water given to customers. I didn’t get either service I requested and paid almost $200 for nothing. Isabelle refused to do the services I requested and instead told me she does what she wants. No other employees in the clinic so Isabelle runs around doing everything instead of focusing on the client. Customers beware, don’t waste your money here. There are better, more professional options in the city.

I had some sunspots on my face that I desperately wanted to get rid of. I found Trueskin through a girlfriend and scheduled my first appointment, a skin analysis with Isabelle. I was stunned to see how many things can be analyzed with the computer just by taking a few pictures. After Isabelle explained what each image means she created a custom treatment plan for me to follow incorporating products specific to my skin. I'm so happy, I can definitely see the difference after a couple of treatments. I highly recommend Isabelle and her team.

I have been seeing Isabelle for almost a year now. I suffer from PCOS and as a result, I get really intense breakouts. She is a miracle worker. My skin has never looked better.

HIGHLY recommend. To say struggling is an understatement with my skin for years. Embarrassed of it and spent hundreds of dollars at skin care and makeup at Sephora. (Not to bash Sephora cause I still love it) but NOTHING worked and literally had no idea what to do. Had a consult with Isabella and she already knew right away the issues I was having with my skin, without me even saying. It is worth every dollar. My skin has never looked or felt better. If your struggle with acne or anything with your skin this is the place to go. You will not waste anymore time and money- totally worth it. Invest in your skin, you’ll thank yourself in the long run!

About six months ago, I walked into TrueSkin Clinic with some skin concerns I had. I did consultation session with Isabelle; she was extremely knowledgeable and suggested few products for my skin. Throughout the treatment, Isabelle was always available and very responsive to all my questions/concerns. I have being using these products since then and they are absolutely AMAZING and exactly what I needed for my skin. The facial services Isabelle offers are excellent and definitely worth your money. I am extremely happy with the results and I trust Isabelle's recommendations. She truly cares for her clients and suggests the best products and services for your skin type. Nikkie is amazing too! Couldn’t recommend TrueSkin enough! I had a skin consultation with Isabelle where she was able to completely assess my skins needs and go through the ingredients in my current skin care products to make sure they were the ones I needed. She is so knowledgeable and where I was lacking the proper care she was able to recommend what other products and services would be helpful for me to reach my skins needs and improve it. I love the products TrueSkin carries, I have been using a few of them and my skin has been so happy with them. I can’t wait to try the services she has recommended for me!

I really rarely write reviews but i just had to share because i have been so mind blown with my services, i found it hard to pick a place for things like laser and skin care when you really want to know you’re getting the best for your $, so i hope this helps anyone trying to decide! I went to the True Skin clinic for multiple services and am so happy I did, I never knew what direction to go in for my skin care line, and doing the Visia consultation was the best decision. I was able to see my specific skin problem areas that i wouldn’t have guessed (sun damage etc) and was given a treatment plan based on my needs. Previously going to other skin care clinics i always felt they really pressured you about their line but didn’t quite explain any of it. With Isabelle and Niki it was always a very open discussion about what the products would do for me, and i had options! Of what I’d like better. If you already own products that have the proper ingredients for what you need there is no pressure to toss them all and start new, although i did end up getting quite a few products and have really been amazed with them all, was happy it never felt pressured, they took the time to go over what i was already using. A few of my friends have done the consult as well and started a treatment plan, and it always amazes me how specific and different each of my friends products are vs what i got, goes to show they really are picking the best products for YOU. I did a deep pore cleanse with Niki which was great and i feel like helped me kinda start fresh with the new products i bought. I also did laser hair removal and was amazed with my results after the FIRST treatment, of course it takes more, but i never thought i would see results this fast. It was mind blowing and I’m kicking myself for not starting sooner. Always felt laser would be such a long process before I’d ever see results, but it’s nice i am already happier after the first session so it will be a more enjoyable process than i would’ve thought. The ladies at true skin really have gone above and beyond and changes how i felt about skincare, it’s definitely become enjoyable for me. Thank you ladies ️

Since I found the women at TrueSkin I can say after many years of struggling I am actually comfortable in my own skin! They have helped me where no dr could and no medicine no matter what the cost was able to do. Now I feel smooth and younger than I did in years! Not only did I have problem akin but now I need to deal with aging too. So it’s an uphill battle but thanks to them I am on the right road. I highly recommend these ladies to anyone that needs help. They will find what works for you, and not try to just push you into something either. I feel very lucky to have finally found them!

I get my facials at true skin and it has always been a great experience. It’s relaxing and helps clear my mind every time I visit.

I have been struggling with my skin for as long as I can remember. Other dermatologist were telling me my only option was Accutane.
I came and saw Isabella and she has helped me dramatically reduce my breakouts, helped with my skins hydration, evened our my skin tone and reduce my pores. All without using Accutane. She’s also helped me figure out a proper skin care routine that was simple, easy to maintain and didn’t cost me a fortune.
I have never had the confidence in my skin that I do now. I can go to the gym and do errands without worrying about having makeup on.
