ShiBing is an outstanding massage therapist. I have seen him multiple times and have referred family and friends to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable with workings of the body. I have had two major back surgeries, he is the only massage therapist I fully trust to assist in my healing. I try to see him every 3 weeks.

Booking is simple over text and direct billing to my insurance company is very convenient.

Shibing Jin is awesome! Do ask for him and get an awesome massage. He's funny and professional.

I had a shoulder pain for a few weeks which stopped me from lifting weights. I haven't really be a massage guy but I needed to get my issue fixed. Told the front desk person about the issue, had the guy for the massage.

My shoulder was at 80% better the next day. 2 days after I was lifting weights again with minimal discomfort. I'm about 90% about 2 weeks later.

Have always had a great experience! My wife and I love going to TruRelief. Today I went for hot stone and deep tissue massage, Shibing is very knowledgeable and focuses on the area with appropriate pressure. It was a great experience! My wife went for prenatal massage and she also found her therapist to be very knowledgeable and had a great experience. This is becoming our go to place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic massage! I've had many massages over the years from many different people. I am very picky with who I go to. Shibing is great! He knows anatomy incredibly well. Each time I go, he has been able to resolve my problem areas. I will continue to see Shibing, that alone is a huge compliment. I highly recommend him.

I recently moved from BC in March and discovered this place. Been going there since and even though I now live quite far from it now, I prefer visiting this place than going somewhere else. The experience during every visit has been top notch - great communication by Cathy, awesome therapist Shibing, relaxing atmosphere and is billed directly to the insurance company. Have never been disappointed here! Will keep going back:)

Excellent experience. My mother had knee and back pain from a couple of years and no doctor could help saying that it was just because of the old age and bones density. However we decided to give Accupuncture a try and my mom has been feeling a lot better after just three sessions. She’s now going on regular walks which she could not before. The staff is very nice and welcoming so I would suggest anyone who has been going through any body pain to try acupuncture here)

I've been to four of the therapists here and they were all stellar. Knowledgeable, responsive and adaptable, they provide a treatment that gets to the root of the issue. Bonus: the online booking system is easy to use and their availability is usually great for a last-minute booker like me. Highly recommend!

After sitting at the computer all day for work, it is so relaxing to get a massage from Shibing. I usually have a bit of lower back pain and neck pain. After the massage everything felt so much better and less sore! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to find relief in muscle pain and soreness

My experience was so good at TruRelief massage. His technique was different than I am used to, he did go deep and was able to soften my very stiff muscles. I felt very good afterward and no pain the next day. Thank You.

Went for a 60 minute massage for back and legs. My back is usually very tight and I find that most therapists are unable to apply enough pressure to work out any of my knots. However, Shibing was very good and used just the right amount of pressure for my back.

He also understands muscles really well, as he recommended some exercises for postural improvement, which were also recommended by many older physiotherapists.

One of the best massages I've had the luxury of experiencing. Lilet is extremely skilled, professional and comforting. She found and focused on areas that no one has ever been able to find. Wow! I am so impressed!
Only thing is it is located inside a gym, and you constantly hear weights being dropped but Lilet put me in a state of ultimate relaxation and I almost dozed off. She encouraged me to fall asleep.

Had a 90 minute massage and back scrub from Lilet and she was absolutely amazing! I was in so much pain in my neck, back and leg but I feel so much better now. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. Thank you Lilet!

I came in for 60 min shoulder and neck massage due to stiff muscle and RMT Jin was very knowledgeable, attentive to the area of concern. He went over my concerns prior to the treatment and made professional suggestions on how to relax tense muscles. I had muscle pain after overusing my shoulder from golfing and the treatment relieved the pain and stiffness. The clinic provides relaxing and calm environment, and I felt that they are caring about their clients. Also they do direct billing which is very convenient.

Excellent massage therapy, kind staff, clean and good price. I love this place and we will continue to go there. I recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Shibing and lilet for nice service.
