During the severe cold snap in Edmonton in January 2024, our furnace motor malfunctioned, leaving us in a freezing situation. Van, the owner of Trust Home Comfort, and his dedicated technician, Jimmy, were our heroes. Their same-day service was not only prompt but went above and beyond – Van tracked down a motor after hours, brought it to my home and had Jimmy install it that same night. This level of dedication is a rare find in today's service industry. Trust Home Comfort is more than a business; they have a heart. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional service.

I was having issues with my furnace turning on and off the last couple weeks.they were able to come next day and fix the issue quickly.glad to have a reliable and knowledgeable contact for any furnace issues.

Strong recommendation for Trust Home Comfort, given the situation across the province in terms of weather conditions in the extreme negatives it was very difficult to find any company for emergency call outs. After numerous attempts to find someone asap, I contacted Trust Home Comfort & lucked into having a tech at the house in under half & hour.

Upon inspection/troubleshooting it was discovered that the second stage unit was never hooked up/commissioned by the builder/installer. As well as not discovered during two services over 5 years.

The tech had the unit up to capacity within the hour.

We had Trust home comfort come out and give us a quote on a new furnace. Adam went above and beyond explaining their process and the quality products they use. He took his time explaining everything fully and gave us a price with no pressure. We decided to go with them. They came out the next morning. Adam showed the materials that they were using and was quick to text/call if the techs needed him. The two guys that installed were great, took their time to do the job properly. We were very happy with how everything went! Would recommend!

Installation crew was on time, friendly and basically finished in one day for replacement of furnace, hot water heater, humidifier and home filter system. This included changing venting and combustion air. Very pleased with their work.
