I recently visited the Tsuu T'ina Bottle Depot and was quite pleased with the experience. This depot stands out for its efficiency in handling bottle returns and recycling services. The process was smooth and well-organized, allowing for a quick and hassle-free visit.
The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated in a recycling center. It's clear that they put effort into keeping the area tidy and organized, making it easier for customers to sort and return their items.
The staff members were friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience. They were knowledgeable and quick to assist, which helped in making the process more efficient.
One area for improvement could be the wait time during peak hours, but this is a common issue for many recycling depots and is often outside the control of the staff.
Overall, I recommend the Tsuu T'ina Bottle Depot for anyone looking for a reliable place to return bottles and recycle.
I always have a good experience at the Tsuu T'ina bottle depot. Each time I go I bring a lot of bottles. I have had bad experiences at other locations so I have a habit of counting my bottles as they count.
This location is the most honest place for bottle returns I have gone to. So thank you!
They have slippery fingers - no consistent counting it seems. Been here 4 times and each time I get so little for them, go to Chinook Bottle Depot they are the best and they have automatic counting bottle machine so you have peace of mind… just my opinion...
Man has this place changed since it was owned and run by the native people. Before they were friendly and polite. Now? I brought in $75 worth of bottles and not even a “thank you”! I’ll be going elsewhere.
Highly recommend bottle depot. Clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Very fast and accurate counting, don't have to wait long in lines.
To me it's not the same as the old ownership. I enjoyed talking with the sorters and having a pleasant experience. The people that own it now treat you as if they prefer you go somewhere else to cash in your refundables. I dunno I might get used to it again but I don't think so. I do like to use local but if local has no customer service skills then I think I'll go elsewhere.
Me and my father inlaw came in and there and only one customer inside, we came with 12 full large black bag and we would like to get in and out quick, but didn’t happen because the counter person and another person from the back said, they have company policy, that you can not split the counter in two to speed up the service since we have 12 large full of recycle. My first time there and bad experience customer service. So, i took my bussiness some where else
