Tsuu T'ina Gas Stop

I arrived at the Gas Station to find a line-up to fill my car with gas. I waited in line and when I got to the front of the line a nice security guard directed me to the shortest line. I waited for a couple vehicles to gas-up and then it was my turn. I gassed up my vehicle and when I went to drive away my car had locked me out with my keys in the ignition and my cell-phone on the seat. I was very upset because my car has never done this before and there were numerous people waiting to gas-up. The Security Guard came over and asked if he could help. I explained what had happened. He said no problem we will just mark this pump as Out of Order. I went inside the building to use the phone. The cashier dialed the number and I attempted to reach someone at my house for an extra key. We attempted to unlock the car with cellphone to cellphone contact but that didn't work. I didn't have a cellphone do this so one of the employees at the Gas Station said no problem we can use my cellphone. After this attempt wasn't successful I decided to try AMA. - another employee offered her phone so I could make the call. I couldn't get through to AMA so they suggested that the Reservation Fire Dept would come and unlock the vehicle for me. I couldn't believe this but sure enough 3 fireman jumped in a truck and came down and opened my vehicle.during this going-ons the employees at the Gas Station were telling me don't worry this is no big deal we will help you. During all this time they were waiting on numerous customers in the same courteous manner that they were treating me

Not only does this Gas Station have cheaper gas then anywhere in the Calgary region they are the Nicest - Most helpful - Considerate people I have encountered in numerous years.
I can not say enough good about these people.if we all acted like they do our City would be an amazing place

I filled 21 liters to the 20 liters mark of jerrycan. No receipt. This explains the price.

The gas price and servece are excellent. Unfortunately the debit was down the second time i went there. Otherwise the prices and service are great.

Best deal in town (or at least as good as the big box store down the street). If you are even remotely nearby you can save quite a bit on a full tank of gas. Line up tends to be shorter than the other guys and no membership required.

Usually good prices but be ready to wait 15 minutes (yes, I time it) no receipt at the pump and the screen at pump is next to impossible to read

I was just wondering if anyone else has had something happen to their vehicle after putting gas here? My vehicle was perfectly fine until I gased up here, now it will not start up.

Prices are much more fair & affordable then the city. However bigger lady long hair cashier VERY ANGRY & not pleasant to deal with.

Gas prices are cheaper than other places.gas pumps cant be locked while pumping as they are worn. So it’s annoying when extremely cold and have to keep holding the pump.

I don't know why people will wait in that insane line over at Costco which is forever changing and nobody knows really where to go when you could just come here and pay. 02 c/litre more which is far cheaper than the rest of the city and spend your time doing something happier than sitting in line. I've only once ever had to wait in line here and it was only for about 3 minutes. If you were in this area this is definitely the spot to go to fuel up and save a few bucks.

Great prices, never had a problem with the gas. They got their debit machines working at the pumps too!

Store has a bit of everything and it's very clean! Gas is always way cheaper here and open 24 hours pay at the pump.

Great prices, friendly and helpful service. Bit of a wait but nothing like Costco gas bar. Afternoons mid-week not much of a line.

The best gas prices in Calgary! There is usually security on site to help direct traffic. The staff are friendly and the washroom is always clean. I wish that the pumps would print receipts.

Very slow lines, if you pay at pump no receipt is issued. Most people walk into gas station to pay for the gas before filing up the gas. Truly frustrating

Great place to get gas! Anyone can go fill up regardless of native status. Will always come back as they have lower prices than almost any station in the city.especially if you don't have a Costco membership.

New road way to get out put much easier, side by side pumps can get Gas both sides. Security assists where to get gas at pumps.

Not much to say about this place but I wouldn’t suggest filling up here as they are always out of paper and the gas is cheap quality which isn’t great for your car. It’s not worth driving to anymore and people seem to be very aggressive but staff are nice.

I wasn’t able to gas up here because the staff were so rude they told me to go to a different gas station because I didn’t want to reach the long hose around my vehicle keep in mind that I just detailed and washed my entire vehicle so this is the reason why I didn’t want to do that and both staff directing the traffic to the gas station were very rude. I went somewhere else, they caused a huge inconvenience to me.
I’ve never had an experience like this over such a small problem. Really need better staff.

I seem to be paying the same amount when it was $1.79 and today it was $1.49. It cost me 97.00 today and it cost me 99.00 last time I filled up. How can this be? It is 0.30 cheaper. I am not saying they are committing fraud but I think you should look into who is changing the pumps please.

Although they don't have as many pumps as Costco, they price themselves pretty damn close. Would be nice to have the receipts at the pump, but that's just a minor thing. Wait time was short, and the Tsuut'ina Security Staff are there to help direct traffic during busy times.

Great prices, efficient pump management and kind staff! The machines are a little different to operate than the regular ones in the city but there are instructions right on the pump which is helpful. You also don't have to worry about which side you go on as their pumps have special tubing which can go around your car!

Inexpensive gas. The lines are not bad and it's well organised. The path to Reconciliation is best paved with economic development.

I mean, if you're looking for competitive gas prices, this is one of the places you gotta go to if you want to save on gas and don't have a Costco membership card.

Good gas station. Good people. I have one problem that is so ridiculous, when you have people that pump gas and then when they are done, they go to gas station store to shop while leaving the car at the pump. It's
just out of this world ignorance and stupidity, especially when they know that there is a huge lineup of cars waiting for gas. Come on people have some common sense. It's really simple just park the car at the parking spot and shop for hours if you want. I hope management does something about this. Put a sign up or something.

It’s my
New favourite. Staff was pleasant and cracking jokes, made for a great atmosphere in there. Quick bounce over to Costco which always has ridiculous lines for gas and they compete price wise really well. I will continue to use this station for my gas as it also has diesel which Costco doesn’t. Win win.

Good pricing, still cannot get receipts at the pumps but they have put squeegees out for cleaning windshields

The place has one of the cheapest gas prices. Its relatively fast, but is getting busier day by day!

Easy access just off Tsuu T'ina Trail on the ring road near costco. Cheap gas competitive with Costco pricing without the line up. Friendly staff, convince store and gift shop

The fuel if cheaper but I think I just figured out why I'm never buying diesel there in the winter ever again. Truck won't start and it's only -26, never had an issue with gelling before this, it's cheaper, but I won't trust that they're using the correct additives for winter fuel again. Half the time the pay at the pump doesn't work, and it'll never print you a receipt at the pump. Seems minor, but that's just the standard now.

Only Costco gas is cheaper, but worth a couple of cents per liter more to not have to wait in the damn Costco line. Spend more than that at Costco waiting. Only downfall is the running of the place. They couldn't organise a party in a brewery. If you find a working pump first time, but a Lotto ticket. No such thing as one side entry only here. It is a free for all.

Beware of premium gas quality. I have a COBB with a tune for my car and tried to get fuel at this gas station and COBB was registering a lot of engine knock. Does not happen with any other gas station, including Costco. Probably won't do much harm if you fill up here once in a blue moon, but if you are a regular, expect problems with your engine in the future. Pay at pumps almost never works. It's probably fine for cars that take regular gasoline as they have lower requirements, although I have no means of getting that tested.

They never fill paper for printing receipt, So you can not get receipt for gas. I am not sure exactly but have doubt that there is some difference of charge on my credit card.when i saw my credit card is charged more than i saw amount on gas machine. I don't have receipt so can not compare but still have doubts

Once I found a pump that actually worked, it sa smooth experience. Slightly more expensive than the Costco station next door, but no waiting in a long line idling the car, so that's a plus.

Great fuel prices, easily accessible location. It does get a little busy and you don't always get a receipt when using self service pumps.

Absolutely no organization here. Waited for a gas pump only to find out it's broken. Then went to another pump, only to have a car come from the other side and steal it. The staff need to understand double standards. I walked in first to ask about the broken pump, and the attendant told me someone else was in line, so whatever, I let him go first. Then I come back in to prepay for the other pump and I go stand in line. Then someone else comes in, goes right to the front counter and she didn't say anything, so I had to tell him I was in line. Also, you have to pay inside and be careful paying for more than you need because they leave the pump running and you can't stop it yourself. Maybe it's a race thing but if they don't want us going there, then it's simple: don't let us. I will be going to another gas station next time and there might be a lineup, but at least it's an organized lineup.
